There are four (count 'em, FOUR) Verizon Wireless stores in my neighborhood, and this is by far the best. The owner/manager, Mickey Kumar, is a true gentleman. I recently had a flip phone replaced and needed to have it activated. Even though I hadn't purchased it here, and in spite of the flurry of customers coming in, Mickey focused on getting my phone up and running. He couldn't have been nicer or made me feel more comfortable. A day later the speaker on this phone went on the fritz. I took it to another Verizon store, whose owner told me it was broken and directed me to a nonexistent repair shop up the block. I went back to Mickey, who examined it and told me the phone was probably refurbished and that was the problem. He gave me a number to call and suggested I specify to the phone rep that I wanted a brand new phone, not a refurbished one. I did, and because I asked for a new phone, I was advised it would take several days to arrive, not the usual twenty four hours. Mickey assured me he'd be glad to activate this one also when I received it. All in all, I plan to do business with this Verizon shop and Mickey from now on. Whether you bought your item from him or not, Mickey treats you like royalty. read more

The team at this Verizon store was beyond helpful and knowledgeable I highly recommend working with them on new phone purchase. I called apple support to help with final steps of moving data to my new phone. Apple team lost my contacts and after waiting hours at Genius Bar did not help restore. The team at this Verizon store solved the issue the next day quickly by understanding the technology and simply wanting to solve the problem for me!! Do not ever go here. Worst service ever. Levi is so rude and unprofessional. They can't help you with anything. They will just call customer service there with you for nothing. He took 15mintues to just reach to the customer service. And when nothing was able to be solved the guy yelled at me that I did not follow what he told me to say (which he didn't) and that he just wasted 30 minutes of his time. DO NOT GO TO THIS VERIZON STORE! High level: They are frauds and will lie to you to make a sale. Here's what happened: I went in on Friday (7/6) asking to replace my iphone 6s with another iphone 6s. I was waiting for the new apple phone to be released in September to upgrade. The salesman told me they were giving $300 for my 6s if I upgraded (my home button needed to be fixed so I would only get $250) - so with that in mind i bought the iphoneX. After purchasing the X I was then told the system wasnt updating and to come back on Monday to trade in my 6s. I came back on 7/9 and was told my phone was only worth $115 and that the promotion ended in June ($65 after home button was fixed). To make right, they said they they would try to sell my 6s on their own so I would get the $250 (looking back I shouldn't have agreed to this). I left my phone with them and received a call 2 hours later saying my phone was water damaged and worth nothing. They had taken off the screen protector prior while I was there and mysteriously now that I am not there are detecting water damage. Essentially, they sold me the phone under a lie that my phone was worth $250 and then went through great lengths to cover for a salesmen who was at best incompetent and at worst a deceitful crook. read more

It took a while and some working out, but in the end my wished-for trade-in deal for a new iPhone, all or most of which had to go through some aspect of corporate, was what I had hoped for and then was led to expect. This was by far the best cell phone customer service I have ever experienced. The Verizon store is owned by Rohit and his customer service skills are phenomenal and he is an overall very friendly individual. I went to the store April 28th at around 3pm and he was able to fully explain the Verizon wireless plans, my upgrade options, get the iphone 7 plus i wanted AND get me $50 for my iphone 5. I usually hate working with customer service reps but because of Rohit and his wonderful customer service, I will continue to go to his store for any Verizon wireless needs, and would recommend you do too. read more

Incredibly nice staff! I had some issues with my cell phone which necessitated several trips to this Verizon store over a week long period. Every time I've entered this store I've been treated with respect and efficiency and the staff member has gone out of their way to help me with whatever problem I was having - even if it did not result in me buying anything from them or paying for their services.
