Stopped by the store to get my iPhone headphone extension, again! This is the second time in 2 months I had to go to the store because I lost the one I bought last time. For some reason this thing came off from the iPhone easily. Anyway, Jenni and James helped me here. They tried so hard to have me switched to T-Mobile but definitely not going to happen for now. Verizon has a better coverage. Heard about it from people who use both. The store is nice and the employees are helpful. read more

Stopped in to get a SIM card and set up service for my iPad and no one knew how to do that. I had to walk them through the process and the manager kept giving me wrong price quotes. T-mobile, just when I thought you couldn't get even more obnoxious, you've managed to screw up my vacation. I am currently on vacation with my boyfriend and he just transferred service from Google to T-mobile, an awful and devastating mistake. We have called T-mobile customer service for approximately 25 times while on our vacation in Taiwan. We've downloaded the T-mobile app and have spoken to oh about ten more incompetent individuals. At the actual store, we have e-mailed MALVIN MARTE for a question, who has been unresponsive. Now, my boyfriend's number has not been transferred over properly. He has been included on SEVERAL three way calls. EACH representative has promised and guaranteed that the number would work. EACH representative blatantly lied. He STILL does not have his number and when I try to call him at his number, I get a "this called does not exist" message. T-mobile then requested that we call another transfer number, which we called another oh, three times. Each representative said to check in 24 hours. IT HAS BEEN FIVE DAYS and a nightmare! I do not understand why the customer service has been so appalling and NO ONE has addressed our issues. It is all documented. T Mobile called Google Fi in a three way call and Google Fi confirmed that everything was fine on their end, so this is all T-Mobile. On the customer service calls, I've spoken to HERBER, ZEUS, VICTORIA and IRISH, but the chat has disappeared for several of them and I cannot identify the others. These are just to name the few that I have spoken to just this morning! INCOMPETENCE! The last customer service representative was so bold to give me $20 for my trouble and the issue STILL IS NOT FIXED, AND then while speaking to a customer service agent, they had to call their own customer service number, because they didn't know what to do. This is god awful god awful customer service. You're going to give us $20 for this BLATANT DISREGARD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ABYSMAL SOCIAL ETIQUETTE? So now five days later, mistakes made on transferring over information and numbers. (3) Oh wait, he has no number. I AM LIVID. This may not be MY direct problem, but I am on vacation and dealing with it as well. Someone needs to call him back and fix this or we are BOTH LEAVING T-MOBILE. I'd like to reiterate that because he has no phone number, no one can reach him and he is missing important work calls and personal calls. T-mobile wins for the most UNPLEASANT experience I have ever had and I will find a way to report this company if nothing is done. read more

Just tried to unlock a old tmobile iphone that I would like to donate to charity and had the WORST experience. I spoke with TJ and he was extremely rude and nasty! He told me there is nothing he could do besides put me on the phone with customer service meanwhile I had already spoken to them and they told me to go to a store. Not only was he not helpful, but extremely rude!!!! I will definitely be reaching out to a manager at this location because I am trying to donate these phones to people in need and he was very nasty. read more

It's seriously so difficult to receive good customer service with the T-Mobile branches. This is the second time I have come into this T-Mobile and they're always just sitting staring at their phones, yet when they speak to you it's with nothing but condescension as if you're wasting their time and they need to promptly get back to doing nothing. I walked in and was greeted by Jennifer when I asked if I can return a phone, she said no and I should have just went to the post office. I asked if she can help me get a shipping label then she rolled her eyes and said no I need to call customer care, as they are separate branches. I asked if we can do anything in store, which is fine if they can not but she did not offer to help in anyway or even call customer care with me considering they were literally multiplied employees sitting down staring at their phones including her. Then she muttered Jesus under her breath and rolled her eyes which was my signal I was clearly getting no help from this employee or anyone else. read more

Really nice people at this location. However. I needed to get a new USB fast charger (standard USB to micro). However, they were only selling a charger for $25, and a separate cable for $19. With tax, close to $50 for an item that is currently listed on Amazon for $12.90. So, as nice as the folks are who work in this location, I most certainly would not recommend spending money here. read more

To Jaylyn, Silvio, James, Laura, Noe and Louis and Rose (I hope that is the whole team), You all are fantastic. This team is patient, thorough and very, important, knowledgeable. They provide the best customer service. I appreciate great, on point, common sense customer service. To other businesses- this is a winning combination if you want people to buy your products and stay loyal to your services! On my last visit, I purchased about $80 in accessories (thank you Louis) that I had not intended to spend. I am not an easy sell. Louis was committed to the products and made the experience a good one. I was also softened up by the previous visit with Jaylyn, who was so thorough; she made the long time spent in the store after a longer day at work, go by quickly and made the experience worth the time spent. All while she was training Noe, who promises to be a good associate! James and Silvio are veterans who have always assisted our rapidly growing start-up with all of our mobile phone services and products for over 2 years. This is the only place I will go in NYC for T-Mobile products and services. read more

611 customer service couldn't help me over the phone so I came in to get my hotspot fixed on my iPhone 4S. I'm visiting New York but live in Southern California. These guys determined I was using an old SIM card (2G model SIM card) and so they swapped it out for me at no charge. They were also friendly, fun, and very helpful. If I could I'd clone them and make them work at all T-Mobile locations. Great work guys! read more

I have never experienced better and positively effective customer service then when I went to switch over my phone plan at this T-Mobile location. My T-Mobile representative was Valdimir Volcin and he was absolutely the best. He understood the product (I-phone 6), phone plans/coverage, and created a new phone plan for me with great ease. I ultimately recommend going to this location of you need attentive, helpful, and organized service. Thanks Valdimir!! read more

I just switched to T-Mobile from another carrier and am so grateful to have been assisted by Vladimir Volcin. I just loved his "can do" attitude! He explained everything thoroughly about the transition process and made the whole switch for me seamless.
