Please do not go to this store. This has been the worst experience I ever went through. Ray, the…read moremanager, advised me that I owed $206.04 on my phone. He could not give me an itemized bill because apparently the store lacked the ability to do that. So I had to call T-Mobile's customer service to get the itemized bill. Curiously, when I did that, I learned I never had to pay $206.04. When I went back to the store, Jay denied me a refund claiming that customer service made a mistake. I spoke to 8 different customer service reps who all agreed I am owed the refund. However, because I paid in the store, they required me to go back to the store to get the refund. Having spent hours on the phone with customer service, I am now told the store cannot effectuate the refund and I have to go back to customer service. This run around is unacceptable, as was the manager's mistake which he refused to rectify when I was within the 14 day window for a refund. If you're with T-Mobile, go to the Flatiron store - the sales representatives there are more friendly, helpful and know what they're doing.

The place isn't a fancy classy joint ..its a quiet laid back office/stock room ..with a shelf full of electronics that they sell. I got the NEST cam and paid and got a receipt with another healthy heartfelt handshake and was promised a guarantee incase anything doesn't meet my satisfaction to come back . Brought the product home.. unpacked it. Got the app for it..hooked it up and ITS EXCELLENT and works exactly as I expected it to. Thanks TITU for great customer service and product. I most DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE to anyone trying to save a few bucks .. 2nd REVIEW. Their business model appears to be buying Home Depot returns or something similar, resealing the boxes and selling them as new. I would imagine they do this with all of their products, so beware of anything you buy from them. The two options they gave me were (i) a partial refund, or (ii) take the fan down from my ceiling, dissasemble it, and take it from Westchester to Woodside Queens so they can "sell it to someone else." As you can imagine, neither was a good option as all I wanted were working ceiling fans. They refused to refund my money because they "had to make something on the deal." In other words, they sell defective products but won't issue a full refund unless they can make some money on it or sell it to the next unwitting customer. Even if the boxes look new and they are friendly, buyer beware. They sell defective products.

When I pressed him on the validity of his promise, mentioning the possibility that he might no longer be working at the store when I'd move, he got offended. So I went with the deal: new iPhone for free, stay at least half a year longer in NY. When I moved to Amsterdam eight months later, I was presented with a bill of more than $600. I called Vic, I wrote to Vic, I did so again and again. He totally strung me along for more than 20 messages and now he's stopped responding. The least he could have done is own up to having made a promise he couldn't make. I'm giving two stars rather than one because Vic did retrieve info from my broken phone and gave me discounts when I was still in NY, but he evidently cannot be trusted.
