I went in to this store as a senior citizen needing help in setting up my voice mail. The man who helped me was very patient and understanding. It took over 15 minutes to solve my issue. He was great and I received excellent service. I would recommend this Verizon store to all my friends and family. A rep name "Jay" assisted me on the many questions I had and answered them all without fail. Provided great customer service! Very knowledgable, and the atmosphere there is unlike the others. Do not buy or upgrade any phone from this store. This store is not a Verizon owned store. It is a franchise owned store. I went in to upgrade my smartphone and they told me it would cost me $220.00 up front. I asked to see the break down of that cost and they refused. I said so cancel my upgrade. They said what if we lowered that amount, would you pay then? I felt like I was in a used car dealership. I said no cancel the upgrade. I later called Verizon and they told me my upgrade fee should have been waived and that my only out of pocket cost should have been the tax on the new phone: $20.00. So this store was ripping me off for $200.00. Make sure you go to a Verizon owned store and not this rip off store. Last trick they use: they charge you for a phone case and screen protectors and tell you they are free. They are not free. You are paying extra for them. read more

DO NOT USE THIS STORE!!! Wish, I would have read an earlier review from another customer. This is an independent store that has NOTHING TO DO DIRECTLY WITH VERIZON WIRELESS. The only thing in common is they can sell Verizon Wireless phones. That's it. Make sure you get a receipt. They told me they'd email my receipt because printer was occupied but that didn't happen because they aren't part of Verizon. They sold me prepaid phone insurance and led me to believe it was part of Verizon.... no no separate indpendent company...nothing to do with Verizon. I thought I was getting Asurion insurance prepaid througth Verizon because that is how they represented it. They said I was prepaying it instead of paying monthly. Yes, prepaing but not a Verizon company. Also called the customer service to check on their insurance company, all I can do is pray that I actually do not need the insurance because you can't get through to them. Don't go to this Store for any reason but to look at the phones! read more

I came into pay my phone bill, that was it. What happened next was really cool. I went inside knowing that I didn't have enough to pay it, I would be three dollars short. Due to the government shutdown, I wasn't sure I would be able to pay it. I live on G.R. which stands for General Relief. It's a small amount of money that the government gives to people with low income. So, I walked inside and was immediately greeted by Crystal. I told her I wanted to pay my bill. She jumped on the computer and started the process. She asked me if I'd been with Verizon for more than a year, I said yes. She checked my credit and showed me that I had $1500 in credit. I was stunned. I didn't know I'd had that much (to be honest, I didn't know I even had credit). She offered me a plan and a new phone, I asked her if it was ok if I brought in a friend to help me make the decision of choosing a phone. She immediately agreed, and waited until my friend came in and explained everything to her. My friend encouraged me to get the phone and the plan, so I did. Thanks to Crystal I now have the new Galaxy J7 V. I walked into pay my phone bill and walked out with so much more. Thank you to Crystal, Mark, and Carlos for helping me out. read more

The salesmen here are really frustrating and make the whole process of buying a new phone take much longer than it really should. I came here last month looking to buy a new iPhone. I was clear I had tried androids already and wanted to see what the iPhone was like. The sales guy, however, kept discouraging me from the iPhone. It was incredibly annoying because I had to repeatedly tell him that I didn't want an android and he kept telling me why the iPhone was supposedly an inferior choice. The best part was that he himself had an iPhone yet said if he could he would switch to android. If he likes androids so much why doesn't he buy them? If I go somewhere and know what I want to spend my money on I don't want some supposed expert telling me why my choice is wrong. Definitely not coming back here. read more

People are nice but very disappointed in my purchase. My mistake is not doing a complete research of their sales tactics. When you buy a phone at this location they are charging you a mandatory $150-$195 for just their set up. They make it sound as it's the activation fee and discounting on screen protectors. When you receive your first bill added on there is the activation fee Verizon charges. If I'd gone a Verizon Store, not Authorized dealer. I would have only paid for phone plus $30 activation. read more

Awesome experience!!!! I haven't had the best experience with Verizon in the past. But when I was promptly greeted by Jon with a happy smile and upbeat attitude I felt good. I had questions about the new unlimited plan and Jon took the time to explain everything in full detail and also got me and my wife a couple new phones. Will recommend to all my friends and family. This store is independently owned and the representatives that work here rather find time flirting and getting to know their single customers rather than maintain a prodessional working environment for all customers in the store. They are not properly trained in customer service as well as answering to the needs of their customers. I've been receiving harrassment calls from Verizon Wireless for over a month, which is really strange since I've never had a Verizon account and have been on T-Mobile for 2 years. I've gone through their "Fraud" department several times and the calls continue. Do not even consider using Verizon as they can't handle their business. read more
