Spectrum was and is the only company that is even trying to better the customer experience. Comcast was the absolute worst. Whenever I have an issue with Spectrum they will try their best to resolve it with a very high success rate. Issues with equipment were fixed with a direct exchange at this store. Service to my household is usually resolved within the day. And lately have received a text notifying me of an outage and an expected fix by a certain time. I'm happy with that and their service overall.

We were never informed of service coming back on and I decided to cancel to get a new internet provider... I went to a store and cancelled then the next day they charged my card again! They claimed that the cycle was from the middle of the month and that they charged at the end of the month. I asked to be reimbursed for the days we had no service and the time remaining that we had on the current month since I cancelled. They told me that they "could not confirm we had no service during the outage" because I didn't call every single day to wait on hold for an hour in order to complain! The manager I spoke to was named Michael and speaking to him was a horrible experience! If you get spectrum your Internet will go out all the time and is completely unreliable and working with customer service is worse than having a root canal!

    I have been forced to have Hotwire communications because of where I live. I have lived here for…read morealmost four months and in that time I have had nothing but problems with the television constantly going in and out. Hotwire sends people out but nothing has gotten fixed. I'm the meantime I have had to pay for the service. It's absolutely ridiculous that a company can charge people but NOT PROVIDE WORKING SERVICE!!!!! I constantly send pictures of the picture I experience everyday and I'm a retired disabled veteran. He was the technician sent to my house. Zoom, Zoom and zoom everything was in perfect working order except that the fact they had my service disconnected because I had been trying to get someone out here for over 2 weeks. No shows, no calls. I gave him the options to disconnect my service or have somebody come and fix it and they disconnected my service. She also promised me that prior to disconnecting my service she would have a supervisor call me. No supervisor called me and my service was disconnected unbeknownst to me. At this point, Shamar told me all I had to do was call back in and they would connect me up and I'd be set to go. The Representative on the phone spent almost 2 hours with me trying to make that happen. I finally asked her to please have Shamar come back over because based on what I have experienced he is the only person who knew anything about what he was doing. She said she couldn't promise, but would try. The very next day at 4 o'clock Shear came to my door came in went in the room and the problem was solved in less than five minutes. I think Shamar is extremely good at what he does. He asked questions he's very very polite quick and very sweet. He also talks highly about the company. I don't write very many reviews but in this case I had to!!
