    Worst location and zero customer service. NEVER go to this location to BUY a phone or ask for help. Horrible customer service! Would not help me with my new Galaxy Z flip 6 that I bought from them 2 days prior. I also purchased the Insurance that covers any kind of damage. New phone has a Defective LED screen/bleeding. The supper nasty/rude manger (Caleb or Kylon) insisted the phone was damage by me. I called the Verizon Customer Care number (while at his location) and they told him he needs to replace it because is only two days and has insurance. Furthermore the phone is under Verizon's own rule (30 days return) and it should be replaced. It would also fall under customer remorse rules. He REFUSED to replace my phone and REFUSED to cancel my contract. Refused to honor my warranty. Avoid this place like plague . Go anywhere else but here.

    Why less than 3 stars?! These guys are great. I bring my own phone (bought on eBay) and do the monthly autopay unlimited for $70. If you don't NEED THE LATEST PHONE, and can afford to buy an older iPhone, pixel, etc... Verizon pay as you go is a great plan.

    Outstanding 5* star plus service from Jonathan and Ryland. Super helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Jonathan is an outstanding customer service rep that is fluent in both English and Spanish. My overall rating would be higher except the store was packed and it was a 40 minute wait.

    THE BILL THAT WE SHOULD NOT HAVE RECEIVED FOR A 30 DAY TRIAL WHEN THE SERVICE WAS CANCELED A WEEK LATER. NO WHERE NEAR 30 DAYS!!!

    My wife and I got duped by 2 sales representatives (One of their names is Joe) on July 21, 2022 in reference to trying the 5G Home Internet for 30 days. The box arrived on July 25, 2022 and we tried it for a week. The service sucked because the signal strength was not good. We reached out to customer service somewhere around August 2nd or 3rd to discuss this issue. The tech initiated support and we were only picking up 17 to 18 mbps. That is no strength at all. So she canceled the service and stated that she was sending out a return label and box via mail. We thank her and ended the call. On August 6, 2022, we received a $80 that was decreased to $59.35 and then decreased to $20.65 (all reflected in the same bill)!!! We were not even close to 30 days AND it was canceled. I called and got bounced around to 5 representatives, although I asked to speak to a supervisor. None of the 4 were able to help with the invalid billing issue. I got hung up on twice and I had to call back. The 5th person stated that he was and to support and that the issue was the system automatically printed out that we owed even though we were within the 30 day trial period. He stated that he saw that service was canceled and he was going to fix the bill right then and there. He stated it was zero balance. He said that he was sending a box and return label and it would take 3 to 5 days to reach me. We thanked him kindly and hung up. Well... today, August 11, 2022, we received a bill The bill states that we owe $20.65 for this month and a unpaid balance of $80 for last month. Really???? Oh and the return box and label gas yet to come. I called and called today and no support I'm pissed TF off because we took a chance with sheisty salesmen and we got duped and now they are trying to get money out of us and forcing us to keep the internet box which is ready to go back to them ASAP! No one put me on with a supervisor yet. This is a scam!!@

    I have lost cellular service to my I pad and found a Verizon owned support center to go get it fixed. I arrived at 4:21. I was told that it would be 1-1:30 to be seen. I sat out in my car room guy I front of the store for 1:40 and decided to go in and see what was happening. They said the sent me a text a half before which I showed them never came. Even though they knew I was waiting, they did not come to get me, then refused to serve me when I went in because they were about to close! I head a medium sized 200 phone user business and this is the worst service I have ever head. These people should be ashamed!!!!

I walked out frustrated, disappointed, and honestly heartbroken that what should've been a feel-good memory turned into one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. T-Mobile -- what happened to you? You used to stand for something. I remember a time when your brand meant care, simplicity, and service. Now it feels like I walked into a retail graveyard staffed by people who either weren't trained... or just didn't care. Daisy, the main rep, seemed completely out of her depth. I genuinely tried to give her grace, but when I -- the customer -- seemed to more about what was going wrong than she did, something's off. The phone wouldn't update due to full memory, and instead of addressing that, she just kept tapping the same button to update an app -- over and over -- like she was waiting for a miracle. It wasn't troubleshooting... it wasn't creative problem solving... It was robotic, vacant, and frankly alarming. She didn't look like she was all there. Then Xavier, aka "X," stepped in -- and somehow made it worse. His contribution? Telling us: "Everyone loses info when they get a new phone." That's your customer support strategy? Disregard, deflect, and disappear? I've transferred form device to device plenty of times and never missed info. Just boils down to how much you want to try and help. And as if to underline how little we mattered, he warned us WiFi would shut off in one minute -- then vanished behind the back room and killed the signal. You know what that communicates? "We don't care. You're not our priority. Good luck out there." T-Mobile: this wasn't just poor service -- it was a masterclass in how to destroy brand loyalty in almost two hours. I didn't just waste time or money today. I lost a moment I'll never get back. And I want someone at the top -- not just support, not just management -- but someone who still remembers what this brand used to be to ask themselves how many other customers are being driven out the door like this. Because if this is your standard now? You've stopped being the "Un-carrier." You've just become another soulless corporation.

New phone cost $600 by the way. It took them over five hours to try and sync everything I went back to pick up my phone and they said everything synced over just fine. I get home. I have none of my text messages. Half of my contacts are gone at least eight of my apps were not synced over with the login, information, passwords, etc. Total waste of my time and it is taking me forever to get everything back on. Zero stars.

The owner of the other store called this store and explained to them that they were sending me down and what needed to be done to fix my iPhone charging port problem. I paid at the other store and drove the short distance. When i arrived, I was greeted with a smile and was told it would be about an hour. I was so pleased! I went and sat in my car and jammed some music. Then I looked over and one of their signs said 'repair speakers' it dawned on me that I could barely hear when speaking on the phone. I immediately jumped up and ran in. He was still working on the port and I asked him if he could look at the speakers. He said no problem. When it was all done, he said the speakers were just dirty and that he cleaned them for me. He even had me call his phone so I could hear the sound quality. It was amazing! I could hear the other person talking without putting my phone on speaker phone! So now other people won't be listening when I try to have a private conversation with someone. I highly recommend this store just by my experience with them!

Hamilton helped me switch over from Sprint to T-Mobile, trade in my phone and walk out the door with a brand new iPhone 12. The process was not easy (due to circumstances that were out of T-mobiles control) yet Hamilton remained positive, friendly and helpful the entire time. It would have been easy for him to ask me to come back another day or to send me for help elsewhere, but he took the time (even over an hour after this shift was supposed to be over) to make sure I left happy with my new purchase.
