The person there immediately assumed it was beyond repair and referred me to a company where I would have to send my phone away in the mail. Not much help there. I walked into Pro Wireless and explained my issue. The person who was working there was professional and immediately suggested it could be a sensor that got damaged from water. We left the phone and he told us to come back in an hour, as well as the price of the replacement part (the sensor). We return in an hour and the phone works just as it did prior to the issue. Turns out it was the sensor and my phone is now working just fine! Affordable, professional and knowledgable. Saved me a lot of money!

They blame T-Mobile for the scheduling issue until I point out I scheduled with them specifically on their website. He wanders in the back to eventually come back saying the screen is a special order and I'd need to reschedule with them. I left. The incompetency all around the whole shop shows me I shouldn't trust them to replace a screen even if I did reschedule with them. If corporate is forcing the online scheduler, then corporate is failing. If they can't figure out anything to do with an online scheduler then how are they capable to repair phones?
