I cannot recommend this store more than to say if you want the BEST customer service, you need to head here! Seek out Isrrael because he has to be one of the nicest, most helpful people I have come across in customer service, or any other service, in a very long time. I had gone to the store in Beaumont to upgrade my Samsung because it was time and my screen had cracked. The service out there was not helpful at all. After spending about 15 minutes with them, all they could say was that they didn't have any of the 21s in stock. They could have saved me time and said that from the beginning. They didn't offer to check other stores, just that they could order it and get it in November. I proceeded to call the store in Yucaipa and at Citrus Plaza to be told they didn't have them either. I finally called the Victra store and was lucky enough to get Izzy. He let me know they did not have that phone in syock, but recommended the 20 for a few reasons and they had it in stock. He out it on hold for me and we headed down. He was super helpful getting it all set up; they were issues going from 4G to 5G, but I didn't have to deal with it. He made sure to tell me about the different offers I could get and helped me get the lowest increase to my bill. Not only did I get a new Samsung 20 FE 5G, but I got a Galaxy Tab A7 as well. To make it an even better experience, he was able to help my husband out. He's been looking for the 1Phone 13 Max Pro with no success. Izzy called around, did some other searching, and my husband walked out with that new phone and an iPad for $4 more a month! Omar was a super help in getting him all set up and his stuff transferred. These two gentlemen made a what started as a stressful experience, not so. Izzy is assistant manager, but acts much like an owner in the time and patience he put into what he does. The communication within this store is awful; all employees need to be informed before giving out false information to customers (Erik and Jason). They promise call backs, it doesn't happen so don't get your hopes up. Even if the call center speaks to them and tells you they said they would call you back, they won't. I already knew the moment they said they would call me it wouldn't happen. I gave them a little benefit of the doubt that they would at least honor their word with that. Even if it was to tell me news that I didn't want to hear, a call would have been nice. Customer service goes a long ways and I hope they remember that. Thankfully I was able to speak with this really nice lady through the main customer service line, but this store NOPE! I'm so good on going here for the future. And ps: answer your phones! read more

Verizon will not work with me after several phone calls and visits to stores. Did you know if you pay off a $1200 phone on your account and the person dies. They charge you another $1000. They unknowingly to me put that phone in a contract the rep told me. That person died the son or family stole my paid off phone. Verizon does not let me close that line. I thought Verizon doesn't have contracts!!!! Please help!!!! read more

Wow! I am so confused right now! We went in a few weeks ago to upgrade to the new iPhone 14ProMax. There was some confusion with financing but the employee said they could order it and they'd make sure everything got sorted at the time we came to pick it up and if it not, we could just cancel the order and it's ok. So technically we hadn't bought it. We get a call yesterday that it's in, go pick it up and the finance department closes before the store. But we can come back tomorrow (today) and the manager (Bernie) will take care of us. We come back next day (today)get there about 6:45 pm and we see the lights dim as we're walking towards the store. We get to the door and it's locked! The lights are partially on, the door is locked but the security iron gate is still open. Knocked a while. We wait about 20 min and decide to leave. As we're driving past to leave, I see a guy poking his head out the stock room so I jump out to knock. Nope! No one opens. We decide to drive to an actual Verizon store to find out WTH is going on and see if we can just go thru them because this is just looking more and more shady by the minute. I bought a phone from this store back in October 2021. I paid it off via the phone in early November. I had to return the phone and did so before the return window was up. I took it back to the store and Mohammad told us that our refund would be coming from Verizon, not them. It is now the end of February and we still do t have our refund. I have called Verizon so many times I can't even count, as well as the Victra store. They are now playing the blame game. Verizon says that Victra didn't fill out the correct paperwork and held on to the phone for too long, thus making it look like we returned our phone after the 30 day return date. Victra says there is no such paperwork. We are now at the point of filling out a complaint with the BBB and going to small claims court. If you don't want this headache, stay away from this company, they are the worst! read more

The review is for the Redlands CA Lugonia area Verizon store. The store is ok until you request a refund or ask them to match the cost. I purchased Pixel XL 3 and all the accessories plus the tracker/diagnosis gadget. The following weekend Best Buy was selling the phone for $450.00 plus my monthly charges would go down from $38.00 to $18.00. So like any consumer I requested a refund and or a match. At first they said they could not accommodate me. Than they came back and said they would discount it $300.00. Because, they initially told me they could not assist me I requested a refund and I was charged a $50.00 restocking fee on the phone which I said ok that is fine but than they charged me a restocking fee on the tracker/car diagnosis part which is insane. I asked for my old phone back and they said it had been already sent sent out. I did receive 135.00 for the phone. However I will never give up my phone again. All of the accessories are very overpriced and you can do far better online. I will never go back here either. Although, after the loss of the restocking charges I still came out ok. If they had worked with me they would have made money on the accessories and had my business and their sales person would have received his or her full commission. read more

Very dissatisfied. 5 mo later we realized we were dooped. We have not received our credits for the buy back on an $800 iPhone nor received my "box" to return my Galaxy for the buyback either. Verizon Corp says the store was supposed to submit the numbers and it was to be done same date as purchase. Now nobody wants to fix no correct and tell us "we did tell you that". Well no you didn't. My spouse went back a few times to ask why we didn't​ receive the "box" and the answer was always "it will come after 90 days sometimes it takes longer". Verizon Corp informed us there is no "box" coming and you have to register online your EIM (?) number from the Galaxy to start the process. So now we are fighting for the credits and the str mgr says he's been "really busy and haven't had the time to call me district manager". read more

So freaking hot right now I went into the store and hour ago they have no concept of sign in here will be right with you so I sit and I wait one of the customer Representatives is more interested in this person's personal life she keeps taking phone calls and he patiently waits for her the other customer representative is actually helping somebody and just says I'll be with you shortly well lo and behold now I'm sitting in my car because the reason why I went in there is that I bought a phone from Verizon had it shipped to my home bringing it into the store so that I can transfer my information from my old phone onto this new phone come to find out that they're going to charge me $20 to do this so that's about an hour of my life that I'm never going to get back thanks again Verizon read more

A lot of these negative reviews are from the old Verizon plus store that use to be here. This location re opened about a month ago as a wireless store. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. Worst verizion store ever! The "manager" assisted me after the first person I talked to was unable to process a simple upgrade with 2yr plan, during his assistance he TRICKED me into an edge program for the same phone I already owned! He told me he could lower my monthly payments if I sent in my old phone and would get the same (Sam 4) at no extra charge. After I got my first bill I called Verizon and they agreed what he did was WRONG, but because I sent in my old phone in order to "qualify" for this deal I couldn't return the new phone without then being without a phone, they couldn't return the phone I sent in. Montez is the most reliable, resourceful, knowledgeable and best of all - THOROUGH Sales host I had since my last visits to this store. He recommended me everything from lowering bill payments on devices my mom and I didn't need, to changing out the SIM cards in my older phone to my new Google Pixel (powered Droid, he knows his brands well and that helped me out as Droid is my go-to for smartphones). Incredibly informative on the benefits the newer phone had to offer compared to my slightly older one - he even drove to retrieve a XL phone cover to put on mine as it wasn't in stock. Buyer Beware! This store hooks you in with free promotional items and gives false quotes on your new bill. Poor customer service with long wait and the manager and employees have an attitude when it is comes to customer's right to return items to the store and to cancel services within the 14-day grace period from time of purchase. Make sure you read the store policy on returns and cancellations and ask for detailed explanations on what you are getting into before you sign anything. They really hit you with a big bill when you get your statement in the mail. Just went on Wednesday November 9, 2016 At first my experience did not start on the right foot. I was told my new iPhone 7 plus had arrived that day so I went straight after work. I was told that they could not find it. Obviously I got upset I was really excited to get the my new phone. Alejandra told me she could figure something out for me, which she did she made a couple calls & got me an iPhone 7 plus not in the exact color I wanted but she got me another color the jet black. Yes I didn't get the color I originally wanted but I really appreciate that fact she went out of her way to find me a phone & I Got a good deal left with a new phone, case, car charger & an aux cable!!! I thought everything was great. I really liked Sean, however he ripped me off. He told me that he was going to "hook me up" with a cases, screen protectors and extras for the phones I bought. So, I thought it was free and he didn't change me for them. Well I got my first bill today and it was over $400 because he added all that stuff to my bill with out telling me. I had a very disturbing experience at this store. I purchased a flip phone for my mother, who is in a nursing home. During the transaction, I told Sandy, the woman helping me, that we needed to get my sister on the phone as she has the service for my Mom. We called my sister and discussed what we wanted and Sandy said she could certainly fulfill our needs. I concluded the transaction during which Sandy said she had emailed the receipt to my sister. When my sister got the receipt she was puzzled about several charges on the receipt. We were billed for several items we did not purchase. I called the Victra store on Wednesday, June 24, 2020 and spoke to an employee who said because he was not in the store that day he couldn't help me. He said he would make sure Sandy called me when she returned to the store on Thursday, June 25, 2020. When I had not heard from her by 3:00 p.m., I called the store. I called 16 times and no one ever answered the phone. I am now in the process of working with my credit card provider and am sending a letter to Victra CEO and founder, Richard Balot, to let him know what is going on in his store. I am now going through a tedious process for something that could have been resolved with a phone call. If I could I'd give this place zero stars. They're a bunch of frauds I went in there initially because my phone was going out and I wanted to see the cost of getting a new one. I specifically asked the man what the fees were going to be in all SEVERAL TIMES and he told me it wouldn't be more than $200. So I agreed and went on with the process at one point he told me I could buyout my phone which was $200 and trade in that one and wouldn't be paying more than $25 out of pocket plus a $175 in store credit (which they never told me it wouldn't be used on the phone). When it came to ringing me up they told me it was going to be another $209 not to mention they made me pay my phone off first. I declined the whole process and wanted to get my money back because I wasn't aware of the total costs and I was told they couldn't refund my phone buyout. I ended up getting the newest iPhone on Verizon online for $62. DO NOT COME IN THEY'LL TRY AND SWINDLE YOU. read more

I've unfortunately had to use this location twice due to being the only one in the area. Wait time is terrible even when there is only 2 people there. The other associates sit there on the phone and look at you or "act" like they are doing something else. I waited almost 3 hours once before with 3 associates there and only 2 other people. Same guy, I forget his name, sits there and watches the other people work. My fiancé asked if he was busy because at this point we had our infant with us who was getting restless due to already waiting almost 3 hours and he said to him "yes I am," and continued to look down on his phone. This last time I was told I could receive a hot spot free of charge and only have to pay taxes for a promotion that the store was doing and it was, according to them," 0 a month. I am getting charged 10/mo and am now under contract. Thanks. Also during this visit they changed something on my bill (to their benefit) and the when I called customer service I was told that I was charged an overage charge due to them in correctly changing a feature and she felt bad so credited me back. Otherwise had I not checked I would have just paid and never known while the employee was given "credit" for something done wrong. I would honestly avoid the location. While its nice and clean there is nothing honest about SOME of their employees. And luckily I have moved out the area and go to the Victoria Gardens location which is heaven compared to this other one. read more

Stay far away from here. Just go to a corporate location. The customer service is terrible and they are not true to their word. Was trying to obtain the iPhone 12 pro Max. They were supposedly on the phone with customer service for hours on launch day. They finally got someone on the phone and their cordless phone dies, what?? So they left me high and dry. I agree to come in next day. They say okay. I call at opening so I can meet with them to try to purchase the phone. They tell me not to come in they're busy and for me to come in at 11:15am. I stick to their set appointment and it turns out they have already sold the phone I was gonna purchase even after I contracted them and offered to be there first thing in the morning as their was no holds. The run around was unnecessary and they do not care to be of service. I contacted Verizon myself and the sales team was able to order me one immediately. Many other reviews stated unethical issues with selling hotspot hardware (i.e., Jet Pack) to people who don't really need them. My father (79 years old) purchased a simple flip phone and also somehow ended up with a Jet Pack which he has never had a need for - in fact does not even have in his possession. Unfortunately, we (the kids) did not know about this add-on to their monthly bill ($10 access) until several months after he got it. I attempted to reason with their staff who escalated to their store manager (Juan) who simply said, "No!". All I asked for was for them to cancel the contract w/o penalty. This group preys upon the elderly and they get away with it. Our family will pursue justice against this group of predators. read more
