I've been a Verizon wireless customer for over 19 years with five lines of service. It maybe time to switch! For several years my experience with the Redmond WA. Verizon Wireless store has had subpar customer service, compared to other stores. I try to avoid going there because of the poor service and lack of employee knowledge. On several occasions the employees have been rude and lacked the knowledge needed to assist me. Recently the final straw was I waited for over an hour to be helped. I wanted to purchase an Apple Watch and two new iPhones. There were five employees assisting 2 customers and what appeared to be a manager standing around. Approximately every 15 minutes one of the employees would tell me, "someone will be with you in 15 minutes". After waiting over an hour, the same employee told me " you should make an appointment online ". I walked out without being helped. I called Verizon service and ordered the phones and then bought my Apple Watch from Apple directly. 4 days later I received the IPhone, it was the wrong phone! Another call made and they told me I could send it back or go to the Store to exchange. (Very nice customer service received over the phone). I hesitated, but chose the store route. I walked into the store, an older employee standing across the room did greet me, he said " you can come over here ". He never asked how can I help you, so I began informing him of the issue. Before I could finish he took the package and said " why did you open it?" I tried to explain, he cut me off and said, "you have to pay a $50 restocking fee". Again I attempted to explain what Verizon customer service said. He began talking over me. At this point, I wasn't a happy camper. I told him that this store has the worst customer service, I walked out. While still in the parking lot I called customer service, they emailed me a return label and assured me I would not be charged any fees. They offered to send a replacement phone, I informed them what had occurred and wasn't sure if I would remain a Verizon wireless customer. They apologized and told me to call them directly in the future. They were very helpful and professional. Verizon needs to replace their employees in the Redmond store and train them well.

I was hesitant to go to this store after reading the bad reviews, which seemed about equal to all of the nearby Verizon Wireless stores.

January 10th my phone screen broke and got my screen replaced for about 330. Fine at first BUT a week in I started to experience problems: 1. Camera condensation on both lenses-- my phone was not near any water at work and there was fogging in my camera from the inside. Over time internal corrosion as a result and my phone wouldn't turn on. I NEVER had this issue PRIOR to this repair so WHY are you blaming the customer? 2. Flickering screen-- LCD problem. TELL ME why am I having this already after a recent screen replacement? Paid $50 and took it to a repair shop in Auburn after my phone won't turn on and they said whoever fixed your phone did a CHEAP job and they should do customer service recovery because 1. It wasn't sealed properly and a cheap adhesive was used. and 2. Cheap quality LCD used during replacement. While they offered 250 to repair they thought it'd be more cost efficient for me to pursue service recovery with the original shop. Their customer service was LAUGHABLE: only fix the screen for 209! I rather pay more and get it done at a place that was more honest and less shady! Better yet maybe just get a used phone because the cost is almost as much as my repair. The auburn location even offered a better price if I did choose to pursue them too. HORRIBLE repair and AWFUL customer service!

TARGET @ REDMOND…read more Parking is available in their lot, and there's actually a lot of it. Even during weekends and peak hours, parking is still manageable, you'll most likely end up parking in the back near Target, but the walk is easy and not an issue at all. Overall, parking here is very convenient. Walking into this Target, I really love that the carts are already inside and ready to go. The staff are super friendly, and right when you enter, you'll notice a lot of seasonal and holiday items on display. There's also a pharmacy located near the entrance, which makes it really convenient for picking up prescriptions and quickly finding the most important sections of the store. My favorite part of this Target is definitely their home décor and furniture section. I ended up buying a six-pack of really cute kitchen towels for only $10, which felt like a great deal for the quality. Overall, I really like Target, but I will say that their packaged food and snack items tend to be on the pricier side. You can usually find better deals at places like Safeway or QFC. That said, Target does offer good quality products, and I just love the overall Target experience. The service here is great, there are plenty of cashiers available, along with self-checkout options. Just keep in mind that it does get extremely busy, so you may have a short wait during peak times.

Something has changed in Redmond and it expresses in some stores like this. I mean is Target, but…read moreit used to feel different. Like a department store. Now it is just a supermarket. Some products are locked. Many isles are disorganized. It looks different of there characteristic neat layout. I haven't seen their photo machine near the checkout. It really is helpful! Not too much staff. I see they are everywhere and nowhere. Always on the run. Customer Service is slow. I can see much more people on the Pick Up section spots. And after Fred Meyer closed, it is a colder atmosphere. I would have yo say that there can be more security outside. Clothing has a bit higher price tag than other markets. I don't know if it is still worth it.
