    I placed my order via phone call on Sunday for a Friday delivery - 3 TVs, 3 mounts, and…read moreinstallation. I stated I moved and provided my new address but the representative only updated the address for ONE (1) of my six (6) items. On Monday the mounts were delivered to the old address, I called customer service and they re-shipped them. I asked about the TVs and he confirmed two (2) of the TVs had the old address listed. He stated he would fix it. I get an email the following day (Tuesday) stating the delivery address couldn't be updated because it wasn't being delivered via a list of certain carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx) so I called back. Customer service was no help! They wouldn't let me pick up my order in store and pretty much told me they couldn't do anything and to call back again tomorrow as the address can be updated upon pick up. I told the guy no, it is their mistake and I have called every day this week and spent over 40 minutes each time talking to them to get this resolved with no resolution and that they should call me back on the number I called from when the TVs are picked up. The representative agreed, but I never got a call on Wednesday. I called back Wednesday and they were still no help saying they can't change the address because of delivery (which by the way the TVs weren't even picked up until Friday morning according to Roadie (delivery company). I go into Best Buy (Round Rock, TX) on Thursday. The person there said I should have never purchased it via phone call because their customer service sucks (preach!!!) and go a supervisor for me. The supervisor (Hayli?) was also no help and essentially sold me two additional TVs. I addressed my concerns of the two (2) TVs being delivered to an address I no longer had access to and she didn't seem concerned saying that would be something I could report to lost/stolen. The other phone number listed on the account did get a voicemail Thursday afternoon stating they were able to update the address. I had no faith! And wouldn't you know Friday morning I get a text from the Roadie (delivery company) that they are on the way. I look up the address and it's the WRONG ADDRESS!!! I text the guy and he called me. He seemed semi willing to drive to my new address until he realized it was "three times the distance" and told me to contact Roadie. He had no contact info for Roadie for me to call. I found a number in my email and called it. After being on hold for 30 minutes it disconnected me. I tried again; after 30 minutes disconnected again. I kept texting the driver while on hold but after an hour he gave up and returned my TVs back to Best Buy. This whole thing was a shit show! I have learned I will never place an order via phone call again. I will always go in or do it online. And that is a huge if because I am so pissed at Best Buy. The one and only bright thing from this was Dave and Joe and who installed the TVs for me.

    George does amazing work. I had him install 4 new ethernet ports (2 of which were pretty hard to…read morerun a cable through due to the location in the house/attic), and mount a large TV and soundbar, along with some in-wall cable/power management. He was meticulous and thoughtful every step of the way. From vacuuming up any dust/debris left behind, to clever cable wrapping so that we could extend the TV out while still hiding the cables, and everything in between. He even had some good suggestions for how to improve and streamline my setup a bit, some of which included a slight additional cost, but I never once felt pressured into any of the decisions. I'll absolutely be hiring him again for any future A/V work needed.

After the installation, we experienced ongoing audio and video issues, including intermittent black screens and audio dropouts. At the time, the problem was extremely frustrating because it persisted for months despite multiple attempts to resolve it. Looking back, I want to acknowledge that George put significant effort into helping us. In addition to mounting TVs, installing network outlets, running cables, and setting up our amplifier and speaker system, he spent time troubleshooting the issue both remotely and on-site. George's conclusion was that an existing HDMI cable that had been installed before his involvement might need to be replaced. We chose not to pursue that option at the time due to the additional cost, which would have been an unnecessary expense (a few hundred bucks). I decided to contact the vendor directly myself and eventually resolved the issue by changing settings recommended by the equipment manufacturer. Once those settings were adjusted, the audio and video problems disappeared. Because the problem was ultimately not caused by the installation work, I feel my original review was unfairly critical. While the troubleshooting process was frustrating for everyone involved, I appreciate George's professionalism, responsiveness, and the quality of the installation work he performed. I wanted to update my review to provide a more accurate and balanced assessment of my experience.

    Buyer beware!!! My 15 year old bought a bag ($37.88) that…read morewas in a glass case that she was unable to see the size of the strap. With the bag on and the strap completely stretched out it barely hit her hip. We walked right back into the store to return it. They do not do returns and there are absolutely zero signs stating this. The person working today was glued to her phone so didn't hear when we originally asked for help. I told her that it's sketchy not to have signs posted stating that they don't do refunds. She said that she just works there. I then ask for a number to someone that can assist in getting signs posted. She doesn't have a number. Convenient. I then say if you have an issue with your paycheck who do you call. She stated my boss. I said perfect I'll call that number. She stated she would not give me her bosses number. I said ok then you can message them and tell them you have a disgruntled customer and have them call the store. She flat out refused to help. I had to call an entirely different store to try and get changes made. It's fishy not to have signs posted about no refunds. We have been into this store MANY times and have bought many things here. The staff we have seen there in the past has never told us of this policy. Never again!

Anyways, thank god the petite chick showed up to work and helped us with our purchase just wish the other chick would wake up.
