I usually drop of my device with them and go grab a bite , come back to a finished product. Just got my iPhone 12 Max fully wrapped and it feels wonderful, it doesn't take away from the great look of the phone and provides a layer of protection that is very well needed to keeping it looking great. I have it on my Apple Watch as well and I have had it replaced 3 times. If it's that good why do I need to replace it? Well I have had my watch rammed against the wall while moving equipment and the clear coat wrap absorbed it and got the wall paint on it and got it replaced without a scratch on my screen or any marks. I have had other issues wear I have had the wrap absorb the impact hit and it left the watch still spotless. I always get complements on the matte finish on my watch and phone because it provides a small piece of privacy to my devices and they look good in matte finish. I paid around 260 for the replacement. I returned the same day because I didn't have touch functionality in the top left part of the screen. The guy working the both rebooted my phone and explained it was bug and reboot should fix it. When I got home, I continued to have issues with the screen not responding to touch, rebooting, and just the screen randomly pressing numbers, but I was traveling the next day and couldn't go by the mall. Yesterday, I almost got locked out of my phone in a foreign country because the screen kept pressing random numbers for my passcode, and my screen unlock would not work.

I would have given 1 star but gave 2 stars only because someone there was nice enough to apologize. My husband went here few weeks ago to get my son's ipad air screen replaced since it was cracked. When we got it back we placed a tempered glass screen protector right away because we wanted to protect the screen from cracking again but to our surprise the screen cracked just because we were gently pressing the tempered glass on it. When that happened we thought it was the tempered glass that broke so we contacted the company who made the tempered glass showed them the picture and they sent us a new tempered glass with no extra charge. We noticed a day after getting the ipad screen replaced that the home button was real loose and after using it several times it got out of place. We contacted Payless wireless and they said they will fix it with no charge. I left the Ipad there and after almost an hour I got a call from them saying that the crack which we thought was on the tempered glass on the screen was actually on the screen again! I thought, "Wow really!? That is how easily the screen broke after just being replaced!" They said they will replace the screen for another $35 and since we just wanted it fixed we agreed. Got the Ipad earlier today and this young man I talked to didn't even care enough to smile and greet me politely. We discussed about the tempered glass and screen. I was telling him how could the screen crack just because we placed a tempered glass on it and he insisted that we dropped it because it showed on the edges of the Ipad (which is from the past and not after they replaced the screen). I can still see his face telling me there is no other way the screen cracked other than that we dropped it which is totally untrue. I don't write reviews here in Yelp but I just had to warn others. Being rude to your customers will not help your business Payless Wireless. Will never ever come back here!
