I want to give a huge thank you to Mikayla, who went above and beyond to help me solve a login issue with my My Verizon account. I had already tried getting help from another different Verizon location over three times I even call directly to verizon, and no one was able to fix the problem. I came into this store ready to cancel all my contracts out of frustration. But Mikayla completely changed my experience. She patiently worked for over an hour, making calls and troubleshooting until the issue was fully resolved (my phone was a very old version). On top of that, she helped me get a great deal on a new phone. Her dedication and professionalism were far beyond my expectations. I also want to thank her coworker, who spoke my language and made the whole experience even more comfortable -- it really meant a lot. These two showed what real teamwork and excellent customer service look like. Verizon, please recognize this team -- they absolutely deserve a raise! read more

I have been with Verizon for 20 years. I have the credit card, the home internet and 3 lines. Recently went into the store to get a sim card and they gave me a new internet router cause the one I had was being phased out. I have a recording where the rep says I will not be charged at all. We'll I was. Called up and they could give me a 32 dollar discount for 2 years....lol...so I got a mint mobile account to port a number and they sent the attached notification. Did they honor it, nope, I got the runaround and told that I needed to click on it. I said I did and it went to a home page. Now everything is lost apparently. I am so disappointed. read more

Verizon shut off my phone service even though my bill (automatic payment) had been paid. It was Verizon's error, but I was not even notified that service was being shut off. Phone rep service was no help because I forgot my pin#, so I had to go to the store. After waiting for more than an hour, the salesperson's demeanor bordered on downright rude. He got the phone turned back on and re-set my pin, but made an already unpleasant experience even more unpleasant. read more

Michaela is a super star employee and such a kind hearted person. My brother and I came in here shortly after opening looking to replace his phone that had been stolen in a very traumatic incident a few hours prior. He was very shaken up and upset, and Michaela was so kind, empathetic and helpful. She really took the time to help us in this stressful situation. She helped us pick out a new device, recover his Apple account and report his old device stolen. Miquel is amazing! I've been looking to replace my phone and have been calling around several Verizon stores nearby and nobody had the phone I wanted and they all referred me to go do online shopping. The Arden store didn't have what I wanted either, but Miquel offered me an even better solution. He was also able to match the online deals! In addition when most stores tell you how to transfer and set up new phones, he was more than happy to do it for us. I am an educated, articulate and competent person. I was treated very poorly by the salespeople at this location, both in person and over the phone. Backstory: In March of this year I purchased 3 brand new iPhone 13s with screen protectors and cases. I transferred 3 lines over to Verizon from a competitor. A couple of the screen protectors cracked recently, but since the Victra store I purchased them from at Folsom and 65th closed, I decided to go into Arden Mall to this location. I didn't have an invoice for all the product I purchased but figured they could look it up in their system. I told the girl my situation and she said, we don't carry the screen protector for your 13 Pro Max go to the corporate Verizon store across the street. I go to the corporate store and they said I have to go online to replace the screen protectors. I go online and have no idea what type of screen protector models I have. They said it was Zagg (side note it was PureGear not Zagg which I learned later). I decided to call the 1-800 number for Victra. They can't look up my receipt. I decide to call the Arden Mall location even though I had been there in person already. The person who answered (Brittany) treated me like a second class citizen and made it seem like what I was asking for was unreasonable and she really didn't want to help me find a solution. She was speaking to other customers while we were on the phone, which was confusing because I didn't know if she was speaking to me or them. She put me on hold several times and didn't tell me she was putting me on hold but I could see our call was still connected. I found that very rude. I also found it very rude that she was speaking with the manager, Charles, referring to me as "she." Refer to me by my name. I asked to speak to the manager, but Brittany said he's busy with other customers. She sounded new and had lots of questions for the manager, which is fine, just don't treat customers like they are idiots. I wasted about an hour on the phone between the corporate Victra person (who tried to help) and then Brittany. I told her to have her manager call me when they weren't busy and email me a copy of my invoice so I could see the brand of screen protector I bought, which they did later when they looked it up in their system. By the time they emailed it, I had already found a solution on my own... Instead of waiting to see if Brittany or Charles would even contact me, I decided to take a risk and call another Victra location not far from my house in Midtown. The person I spoke with, JR, was very nice, asked me for my phone number, looked up my history and right away told me what I had bought and what the solution was. He said if I bring the phones in he could replace the screen protectors on the spot, and I would pay a small recycling fee. DO NOT go to this Arden Mall Verizon location. They are small and unprofessional. The location in Midtown is new and all the staff were very kind and professional. Every interaction I had was great and exactly how I would expect to be treated as a Verizon customer with 3 phone lines. JR was on break, and the girl who put the new screen protectors on our phones was smiling and happy and very sweet. I will now be writing a five star review for the Midtown location. read more

Just really took the time to make sure she was happy and everything was set up. He got her laughing and she's a total introvert. I spoke with the manager of this location yesterday about a rude employee. I enjoy Verizon Wireless, there are at least 6 employees who have helped me in this last year as a customer who have been professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The employee I reported engages in odd competitive behavior with me. He is verbally suggestive, aggressive, and abusive whenever he helps me as customer. He becomes irritated and judgmental with me because I am African American, and makes small tasks insulting. The other sales associates make him seem ridiculous in comparison, he doesn't seem to have any idea what the difference is between his abusive treatment and the professionalism of his fellow sales associates. He looks like he is half black and half white which makes the situation that much more confusing and sad. The Verizon manager assured me he would formally report my complaint about the employees behavior to the regional director. read more

I purchased headphones one week ago for Father's day, before paying or them I asked about the return policy. I was told by the guy that I had 30 days to return hem as long as the boat was not torn. So I came back today to return them because they were not the style that my husband likes. He didn't even try them on or get them out of the box, so upon wanting to return them, there was a girl there and told me that all headphones were final purchase and that I couldn't return them. I explained to her what I was told by her male co-worker (who was there helping another person) neither one of them bothered to communicate with each other as the male employee was listening to my conversation with the female employee. Now I'm stuck with a purchase of $108.00 with an unliked item.. Bad communication and bad service. read more

The store clerk was also very rude and had a very bad attitude when I had asked if the store would be open at 10am according to Yelp's hours. Perhaps they should change the hours advertised on Yelp, so customers do not show up an hour early expecting service. The sign "Be Back in 15" (see photo) does not clarify the correct time the store opens. Upgraded my IPhone to the IPhone 8Plus. It wasn't planned but I must say, the amazing customer service that DeAnthony, Chris and Ashlee provided was the MAIN reason why we spent the time to upgrade my phone. DeAnthony was very professional and greeted my husband and I with a smile and a handshake which is very rare these days but for me, much appreciated. Chris, I believe the Store Manager, also was very helpful in the process and very knowledgeable in all cell phone products. Please be aware when you go to this or any of Verizon stores. I went here to get the Black Friday deal that was one 1000 for your old phone trading. A guy was there and said yes and immediately filled my application with all my information that took around 90 minutes. Finally he give me a copy of the contract and said that I ordered your Apple 13 pro max that will be delivered on December 27th. He promised to call me when it's delivered. So as I didn't receive a call from them, I went to the store and checked with them but the phone was not delivered yet. I checked again after a couple of weeks, phone was not delivered but the a girl from the store said that your phone has been delivered to another store and I will give one from the store. I asked; with the same deal? She said yes. And she give me the phone and transferred my data. my old phone to my new one and that is it. So based on the deal, Verizon was supposed to count 1000$ for my old phone and my monthly fee for the new phone was supposed to be 3.333$ a month for 24 months. I wish it was true. The girl texted me at night that " sorry, my boss said this deal does not exist anymore only if you have a new line" I asked then why did you trade in my phone and transferred my data? And finally, they were asking for the full amount and got my phone for free. I lost my phone that was a red XR I phone ad I just got it 5 months before. We paid version 100$ extra each month and we have the bills in our account. I finally decide to leave this fraud company and switched to T mobile. So please don't be fooled by their deals and promotions. They are just rubbing your money. read more

BEWARE!! We went in for the Black Friday deals last November. We dealt with Daniel Enriquez & told him we ABSOLUTELY HAD to get our bill under $300 or we couldn't continue with Verizon. After hours of working things out (& having to hear him try to brag about being hungover & how he left his wallet & phone at the bar his friend manages) we got 4 phones & our bill was supposed to be $277.90. I asked Dan to sign the paper next to where he wrote the 277.90 because last time I renewed in that store my bill was supposed to be $245 & ended up being $300. He said, " it's all good, I'm giving you my personal cell # so if in a few months it's still high just give me a call" & drew an arrow from the $277.90 to his name/#. Well it's 6 months later & my bill is $371. I've talked to Dan once who was supposed to have a manger call me back but never did, & spoke with customer service who the 1st time was supposed to look into it & get back to me but didn't & second time after an hour & a half on the phone said they couldn't do anything. They even tried to contact Dan while I was on the phone but Dan said he was off & would not help. They said they couldn't see the Black Friday deals & all they could offer is a one time refund of activation fees. Dan is no longer at the Galt store which is why he wrote Arden fair mall because he knew he would be leaving Galt. Be careful people. read more

First of all, the manager Dan here is a creep. He harassed me and began to call my phone repeatedly trying to take on a "trip to Cabo". He was very pushy and continued to harass my phone until I made it clear I wasn't interested and told him to leave me alone. He also verbally told me I had 30 days to make an return on the Apple Watch if I wasn't happy with the product- but when I came in i was told it was only 14days.
