Absolutely terrible experience. TLDR: I got 3 new 17 Pro Max's from Verizon corporate and was told to bring old phones to this location to trade in. So when i arrived, the store said they had no record that i was supposed to go there to trade in the phones from the online upgrade. So what did they do? The dumbest thing you can do in that situation, which is cancel the promo trade in credits corporate gave me, then proceeded to take in the phones as a normal trade in and just added credits to my account. Cancelling the promo and throwing my entire account out of wack. Taller guy with dreads did this. When i called the store to get everything fixed, Steve answered, essentially called me a liar and hung up. This all happened on 12/13/25. Now its over a month later and my account is still completely messed up. Such a shame that this store screwed me so badly. I absolutely loathe Verizon now. read more

Check your Bill very very carefully because Verizon likes to add on charges and they don't tell you about it and soon you're paying more and more and more for your phone bill and when I called the Verizon they had snuck and charged me an extra $200 on my account so make sure your account is correct because they are taking advantage of every single opportunity read more

There is no one to help at 1 pm on a Thursday.... 3 employees (one that keeps going in the back) and 3 customers. It's been 20 minutes and no one has even taken our name. This store has a bunch of clowns working there. There ready to sell you anything. But when you need help with something you basically can go to hell. If Verizon had any common sense they would close this location. Now I know why the parking lot is mostly empty all the time besides two or three cars. A year and a half ago this store was good for me. I went in recently because my mom needed a new phone and she wanted what I had (iPhone 4s) so I could show her how to use it. She's not tech savvy at all and doesn't really get that it's the same way of working it across the models, but that's her decision to make. The kid who was helping us flat out said he doesn't like Apple products (which is fine, we're all entitled to opinions), and she shouldn't be buying an outdated product because "omg it's going to be so slow"... She's never going to use an app and doesn't even have e-mail. The only non-smartphone options they had were 2 flip phones and one with a keyboard so tiny she couldn't read it, so yeah, she couldn't even switch to another crappy phone if she wanted to. She humored the thought of the newer models but had no interest in a plastic-shelled 5c and she won't spend the $200 on the 5s because "it's just a phone". The kid basically just threw his arms up and said he would see her again in 6 months when it breaks because it's glass front and back. There was some arguing back and forth when he tried to upsell overpriced cases and accessories because the answer to "how many times have you dropped your current phone?" was "none" and he didn't believe it. At the register we saw another guy talking to a much older woman about how whatever charger she bought somewhere else was going to blow her phone up if it wasn't a specific brand. I had a horrible experience here. I have Parkinson's and I took two buses to get to this store . I just wanted to upgrade my daughters iPhone . I tried to upgrade on phone but the phone rep told me to go to store. I got to store and the manager Michael Chin told me I needed an appointment . There where 4 employees in store only 1 customer . I told him I just want to upgrade phone . He was rude and said all appointments were taken . He was arrogant and mean . I traveled for over 1 hour . He should be fired !! Luckily a man in the parking lot offered to drive me to Walmart where I upgraded my phone . Went there with my mom and it was super busy. Within one second of us getting inside they told us they would be right with us. And they were. We had a gentleman show us a phone compared to the iPhone that I wanted my Mom to get. He was set on an android but he understood the want for n iPhone. We spent about an hour in there. Just got my Apple Watch series 2SE on Christmas had some problems with the carrier, not connecting to cellular and already reached out to someone but send end. followed all the steps but still wouldn't connect. Knowing that I bought it from Verizon, hoping they would be able to help. I walked in and I notice that they are dealing with customers and I understand that and I just look around. When they're approached and asked if they could help me I then replied with. Yes my Apple Watch is not connected to cellular, and was wondering if you could help me. Then he replies, did you get to watch from Verizon? And I reply yes I did. And he says well we could do it for $30 and then me standing there in shock. I say you know what no I'm good. Thank you . I had a horrible experience with this Verizon store. I was treated with absolutely no respect. This store has no idea what customer service even means. I worked with three different men: Alex, Ahmed, and Ryan, and all three were rude, tried to take advantage of me, were condescending, and were basically out to play the game, make money, and screw the customer. I outlined my experience below, but know-go to a different verizon store-or go online. These guys will try and nickel and dime you and are there to make money, not help people. I wanted to upgrade to a new phone-Ryan ordered me the phone. No issues. Then, I spoke to a verizon representative online and asked about the price of the phone-$100 cheaper online. And I specifically asked him if it was cheaper online. Right then I had a bad taste in my mouth. Then, I worked with Alex a few days later to activate the phone. He was so worried about money being deducted out of his paycheck (which he talked about frequently while I was there) and wouldn't give me my promised online discount. He basically couldn't and wouldn't help me out at all. "It comes out of our paychecks" he said. Then his coworker, Ahmed, began talking to me. I said I was disappointed in the customer service I received-he then said several degrading remarks, and acted like I didn't know what I was talking about. When another customer came in, I told them to check the online price of their phone before they bought from this Verizon store. Ahmed said, "She doesn't know what she is talking about, she is misinformed, don't listen to her, she doesn't understand." He looked up the other customer's phone...$10 cheaper on verizon. I HATE non corporate verizon stores. I feel as though they're shady and just try to upsell you. For that reason, I will pass them until I can find a corporate owned store. I had purchased a car charger about 2 months ago and it broke the other day. I did not have my receipt, so I was unsure what they would do for me. I was quickly helped by Chris. He looked up my account and found my purchase. He gladly exchanged it for another charger and looked at my plan to see if there was something out there better. Come to find out, there was! Great experience. Ed came up to us right away and asked what he could help us with. My husband was due for an upgrade since his contract ended. He got my husband's number and checked his ID, and walked us over to the iPhone displays and explained each phone individually to us in full detail. Extremely knowledgeable on the products as well as the new plan options. He helped my husband set up his new phone and explained all the billing as well. Great customer service! I lost my cell phone about a week ago and I finally had an opportunity yesterday to replace it. I was expecting to fully pay for another phone, since I generally don't believe in extended warranty's or insurance. Brent. my service representative, had reminded me that I had a family insurance plan to replace the phone and directed me on how to begin the process. I came in here to get some changes to my account put in. Upon walking in, I waited for 5 minutes while the person checking people in texted on her personal device. Once I finally got someone he was beyond surly. He raised his voice when I asked questions and told me I was "wrong" in a Trump like voice. Turns out I was right. We after close to 20 years as a customer went to this store and spoke to R. I call him that so they can't erase my review by giving name. We had bought our phone else where and when he couldn't sell us something he told us our phone was not compatible but he would check on it and it could be because its an older phone call back tomorrow at noon. We called at noon like he said and were told he was out to lunch call back at 3 30 we called back at 3 30 and were told he is still not back he will call you back when he gets in. We called at 6 30 and finally raised R on the phone. He said there was still information he needed he didn't get and maybe sometime in the next couple days. I asked to speak to the manager then was hung up on. I called Verizon which tried to put me in touch with the manager. When it switched over they picked up and hung up. Called Verizon again which said the phone is totally compatible with Verizon go to another store sorry for the inconvenience. If you are Verizon you are Verizon. If I am buying something or not. If I could give this Verizon location negative stars I would. I was treated with absolutely no respect by an associate and by the manager. I was having trouble with a hotspot that I purchased at another location and after dealing with customer service multiple times over the past few days I finally went to the store for some in person help, which was a huge mistake. I work in retail so I can understand how some situations and customers can be frustrating but I would never treat a customer the way I was treated there. They offered no help to me in any way. The car charger for my Droid was not working . Debi and Justin were not helpful with this problem They basically did a rope-a-dope on me and blamed my car's electrical connections. Got back home up north and tried an old charger - it worked fine. Went to a Verizon store up here, and they replaced the charger - no problem. The new one works fine. I've noticed difference in Verizon stores' service, and the Park Street one was not helpful to me. read more

This is the corporate verizon store. If you want to go to a verizon store for a new phone, I HIGHLY SUGGEST coming HERE and NOT to one of those authorized or premium retailers, because they do not work well with corporate verizon. I could only go after work on a weekday so there was a bit of a wait, but John was extremely helpful and gave me his full attention even though there were other people waiting and the poor guy didn't even get a lunch break. He handled my problem, which I had been trying to resolve for weeks at various other verizon retailers where no one could help me. I went home a happy camper. Came in with my 89 year old FIL - no real check in doesn't exist in these places. No wonder the seniors (the greatest generation) feels intimidated. EDGAR checks us in, we sit after someone leaves (one bench with no sides)- 20 mins later someone sees us sitting, asks us for our information and says we had not been entered in the system. Really. So what's the right thing to do with an 89 year old senior? Put them at the bottom of the list. That's the right thing to do. You guys make an exemplary effort to assist the 4 year olds whose video games aren't working - sorry I'm digressing. Simple issue on a phone that keeps a senior independent. I had to ask if we were getting close - two minutes to tap the pad to tell us someone in front of us. We have been Verizon customers for years. We waited for a Verizon special to upgrade to the Samsung 8. Have been going to the Park Street store for all our phones. NEVER AGAIN! We went there on Sunday for what should have been a simple upgrade and trading in my Note 4. I was happy the store was not busy. However, after the salesman tried to sell us a new plan, accessories, and every other option and also disappearing in the back room several times for long periods..... we decided it was best for us to stay with our current plan and just buy the new phone, which is what we went in there for. After signing the agreement and getting ready to the transfer everything over to the new phone.... the salesman tells us that we can't get the phone for the $15 a month advertised rate, it's going to be the full price of $31.95 a month when the first thing we asked him, if we trade in the Note 4, we can get the new S8 for $15 to $20 a month, the salesman said yes. Then at the end, he comes back and says that is only for new lines. Then when we tell him to forget it, he tells us there will be a $35 restocking fee, when the data transfer had not even started. So after talking to the store manager, she waived the restocking fee. As I stated earlier, we have been Verizon customers for a long time and have always received good customer service until now. And to be honest, we will still be Verizon customers due to good cell service and no dead zones. We ARE NOT HAPPY with the sales technique used at the store and the unexplained wait times. We are been waiting for a promotion for the S8 and after spending an hour and a half with the sales person, did he finally divulge that the $15 a month price wasn't what we were going to get the phone for. We will either be buying our phones at Best Buy, on line, or at a different store. I guess because we are not spring chickens and my husband was wearing a fishing shirt, we looked liked fresh meat... looks can be deceiving. read more

This was one of the best experiences I've had at a wireless retailer. Courtney was extremely helpful through the whole process. We communicated several times prior to my appointment, and she was always friendly and quick to respond. I didn't just feel like another number. Talk about convenience; I didn't even have to show up during the Black Friday madness to get a deal on my new iPad. She made all of the arrangements a head of time so that I could get the deal, and enjoy a nice morning without having to fight the crowds. Great customer service. My CSR was knowledgeable and helpful. I originally came in for an upgrade for my phone. I called Verizon tech support to get information before I went in so I know the small details or any extra information they might not know of or to my benefit. When I walked in I wasn't greeted right away only because everyone was busy but the door buzzer went off so some type of acknowledgment would of been great but that's minuscule to the experience. Zach was great and knowledgeable. He helped me with the upgrade of my 5s 32G to a 6s 32G also helped set up the iCloud so everything would be transferred over to my 6s. I could of transferred it myself but the fact that he offered the service was awesome in my book. As I was sitting waiting for my phone to finish with iCloud I watched as Zach handled other customers and he was great. The rest of the team was helpful from what I seen as I was people watching lol. This place is not set up for customer service even though it's supposed to be a corporate location. The people that work here are nice enough (Crystal especially was helpful and nice), but I just don't get why the store is set up the way it is. There is hardly any seating (only two small benches). All the service kiosks require you to stand and talk with the customer service reps. It's a big, open space, so there's no reason not to have more seating. I remember going to old Alltel stores that were so much better furnished for the customer experience. They had several small desks with stools for customers to sit at while the customer service reps helped them. Verizon - why not add some stools so your customers can be comfortable? I was there for about an hour trying to get a billing issue fixed, and I had to stand for most of it. There were a number of other people standing around waiting for service because of the lack of seating. Bottom line - expect to be standing for awhile if you go to this location. Also, I felt like customer service was operating very slowly. They seemed to have a lot of staff there, but it just doesn't seem that their model of customer service is very efficient. Some customers left because they were frustrated with the wait time. Also, our rep needed approval from the store manager to solve our issue, but he kept leaving to sign people walking in on his tablet, and that made our visit longer and more frustrating. Why not have someone other than the store manager sign people in? I love Verizon and their service/products. However, I was disappointed with my overall experience at this store. I think all these things can be easily remedied, and then I'd be happy to improve my review. read more

Worst f******** customer service ever!! I was charged for an entire month's phone bill when I didn't even have my phone service through Verizon anymore. When I called I couldn't get past the automated service because it said my number was disconnected, When I went online it would not let me in to my account because it said it was not found. I even tried to use my old Verizon phone to access my account and it wouldn't let me. I finally able to get someone on the phone and spent about 25 minutes on the phone to find out that my service was never actually canceled and that they were going to continue to bill me even if I didn't have the phone service through them. They also said that my port was not complete which is not accurate because my phone has been working since I left the other retailer. Their customer service agent was not helpful at all on the phone. I'm very dissatisfied with the service and will never go back to this company. Don't waste your time or money with this company, it's not worth it. They will rob you blind. Their Service is not even that good in comparison to others. I'm not usually the person to write reviews, but Verizon wireless has made it impossible to access an account to do anything after you have ported your number and then will still charge you if your automatic payment is set up.
