There were 4 associates (later learned one was the general manager) working but it might as well be 2. The lady has to be new but the amount of questions she was asking she needs to still be in training. It caused a lot of interruptions which increased wait times. As I was waiting for my items to be completed they stopped assisting me to help other customers. When I say stopped assisting, meaning they were cutting/arranging/answering my questions....I get the other customers print jobs may have been easier but with all the interruptions with questions I would have thought they would have continued to focus on my order since I had been patient. That was not the case. Which completely killed my patience with them. I also feel this store is limited on their print capabilities as some sizes with double sided printing isn't available but they are in other stores.
