There were 4 associates (later learned one was the general manager) working but it might as well be 2. The lady has to be new but the amount of questions she was asking she needs to still be in training. It caused a lot of interruptions which increased wait times. As I was waiting for my items to be completed they stopped assisting me to help other customers. When I say stopped assisting, meaning they were cutting/arranging/answering my questions....I get the other customers print jobs may have been easier but with all the interruptions with questions I would have thought they would have continued to focus on my order since I had been patient. That was not the case. Which completely killed my patience with them. I also feel this store is limited on their print capabilities as some sizes with double sided printing isn't available but they are in other stores. Found this to be extremely odd as they seemed to have the same equipment as other s Will shop around for another store or do jump back online to order things in the future.

Isaish was very helpful over the phone and confirmed battery availability and Google coverage. They also cautioned me that I might have to pay for glass replacement - though as it turned out, the original glass survived the replacement, so the replacement costs were fully covered by Google. I got delayed in traffic so I called ahead to see if I could still pick up the phone five minutes after closing; the answer was yes so now I have a phone that holds a charge for more than 30 minutes. Yay! I also brought in two Apple devices with dying batteries but after getting price quotes, I decided that they'll just need to keep limping along - very helpful in making the repair vs replace decision.
