Went today to take care of some issues and also upgrade my phone. The 2 ladies were very helpful. At one point they needed to get the manager Milan and he was also helpful. These 2 entitled Caucasian ladies (although one stayed quiet most of the time) came in and treated Milan like inferior trash and let me tell you he handled it exceptionally. He didn't even lose his composure for a moment. They continued to mock him and the staff for the next 30-40 minutes and not one of them said anything in response or mistreated them at all. One of the ladies kept saying she was going to sue them and that she was going to get her story all over the news. I could sure learn a thing or 2 from this Verizon team. Keep up the great work!

Tell me you hate your job without telling me you hate your job!…read moreI have never in my life been treated so rudely and unprofessionally by someone providing customer service. This experience at the San Leandro Target on September 1 at approximately 12:50 PM was incredibly disappointing. I had a curbside order totaling around $180, with many of the items being for work, including drinks, snacks, and other supplies. For some reason, my order was split into two separate orders. I received the first order and then waited approximately 20 minutes for the second order. When the employee finally came out with the second order, he began unloading the items into my trunk in a very careless manner. He was essentially throwing the items into my trunk and slamming them down. These were items I had just spent $180 on, and I expected them to be handled with at least a basic level of care. After he finished, he closed my trunk, but it did not actually close all the way because some of the items were sticking out. My car beeped and the trunk automatically reopened. When I got out, I noticed that items had fallen out of my trunk onto the ground. I said, "Excuse me, you didn't close the trunk all the way or load the items properly. Some of my items fell out." His response was honestly the worst part of the entire experience. He looked directly at me, turned around, and simply walked away without saying a word or offering any assistance. I was completely shocked. It was not just the careless way my purchases were handled--it was the complete lack of acknowledgment, professionalism, or basic customer service afterward. I regularly shop at the Pinole Target, and I have never experienced anything like this there. I understand that employees have busy days, but being busy is never an excuse to treat a customer this way. As someone who manages employees myself, I would never allow one of my employees to treat a customer this way. Customer service should include basic respect, accountability, and professionalism. This interaction genuinely ruined my entire day. It was the way he looked at me and intentionally walked away that really stuck with me. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will not be returning to the San Leandro Target for curbside pickup. I have already shared my experience with my friends and coworkers because I believe customers deserve better than this. I sincerely hope management reviews what happened and addresses it with the employee, because this is not the level of customer service I expect from Target.

I was super picky and he and his crew accommodated everything and the quote was the exact price I was charged. Context: I initially hired Man Cave of America to mount two Samsung Frame TVs - one in a media cabinet and another on a plaster wall. In the end, the work on the media cabinet was so subpar that I did not trust them with installing a TV on a delicate plaster wall and asked them to leave. Pros: - They were able to widen an in wall hole for wires without drilling into the wall Cons: - Lack of precision. They had to drill 3 sets of holes. Any experienced mounter will tell you that Samsung Frame TVs require precision - they clearly did not understand this or have experience with this. Now I have a number of holes in my wall for no reason. - Lack of efficiency. They quoted 4 hours of work for 2 TVs. I thought this was high given prior mounting job experiences but they had good reviews so I let it slide. Mounting one TV took them no joke 3.5 hours. I was flabbergasted. - Poor communication. I noticed that the team was having trouble mounting the TV and asked if there were any challenges. They said no and said it would be just another 15 minutes. 20 minutes later, I asked them again how it's going, they said it would be 15 minutes. This pattern repeated for three cycles and I lost trust in their work. I would much rather have someone explain the challenges they're facing so I can understand the issue vs. say nothing is wrong and burn time. - Lack of attention to detail. After 3 attempts to mount and 3.5 hours of work, the TV is still not level - again, I was flabbergasted! - They left a number of tools at our house which is just unprofessional. How mediocre their work is became very clear when I had another mounting company, R8Works, install the TV on the plaster wall. The mounting took less than 1 hour, was mounted on the first try, was perfectly leveled, and was legit 1/3 of the price. I cannot reccomend Man Cave of America but highly recommend R8Works.
