Fawad the store manager here went well above and beyond for his services to fix an issue with my phone purchase and plan that was not even bought from his store, I just went to this location since its an sister store to the one I purchased in SF. He can easily have told me, he cant fix it and I would have to take it back from the original store I bought it from but he didnt. He was able to call customer service and be patient enough to talk for over an hour with them. He also did a very smart thing to have customer service notate everything that was discussed to ensure I dont get screwed over down the road if my trade in credits dont appear. The hours posted are not accurate is the only reason I did knock off a star. I went to the store since I needed help with activating service on an unlocked phone. I came around 6:20p and the agent that was there stated that the store was closed. But he quickly asked me what I needed help with and so generously offered to help me despite having already closed up. He provided guidance as needed, and was very efficient and candid about the costs and issues. Thank you Martin for your help tonight. Other notes: Location was clean. Parking is a bit difficult to find since it is located in a busy plaza so expect a bit of a search. After chatting with Verizon's online rep, I was told to just walk into the store and everything would be handled -- they assured me notes were left on my profile. Well, I showed up, and the man with salt-and-pepper hair sitting behind the counter couldn't care less. No greeting, no interest in helping. Just looked at me and said, "They lied to you." He didn't even ask for my name or try to pull up my info. Nothing. Just sat there dismissively, making it clear he had zero intention of helping. The arrogance and laziness were unbelievable. Mike and Harsh helped me a few weeks ago with reconnecting my lines. I've had the run around with customer support for months, with each rep giving me different answers. I finally went into the store and met with Mike and Harsh. they helped immediately and seemed passionate about resolving my issue. I only had an hour lunch break to try and complete everything, but sadly we couldn't. What's cool is Harsh walked over to my job and handed me his phone where he was on hold with the technical support the whole time. During that time, they were able to reconnect all my lines finally. This is probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced! I needed a new SIM card because my SIM card stopped working after a software update. I couldn't receive calls or txts. I expressed my concerns to them and from my understanding I thought it was going to be a short visit since Verizon should offer a free SIM card to Verizon customers. yet it took an hour to just tell me they can't help me and that I need to call customer service to get a SIM card even though I told them I couldn't call using my phone... The employee that was helping me was calling Verizon customer service too which i thought was weird. They weren't really communicating with me what they were doing and why they were calling customer service when they could've just gone to the back and given me a new SIM card . Ridiculous, I went to another Verizon location and got a new SIM card within 10 minutes. Please avoid this location if you're coming here to troubleshoot your phone. The store is clean. However, that's the only thing nice I can say about it. Before going over to this store, please keep in mind that it is a reseller store and not an actual Verizon store. They will add little fees here and there to make their money off you. The wait is ridiculously long and your name gets lost if they don't like the reason for your visit. I received a confirmation email and had to go check after an hour to find out there is no one in line. They don't work with a sense of urgency so if they say 1 hour wait, add another 30 minutes to that time. I went in last week to purchase a phone. An agent who was not properly trained decided to help me. She was very nice, but did not reach out to her manager for when she didn't have answers to my questions. Furthermore, I had credits that I wanted applied to the purchase of my phone which she said she would check. She didn't. She missed going to the safe two times which stretched my visit even longer. I went in today to return the phone. The manager is the rudest I've met in customer service and doesn't know how to stay professional. If you can't deal with customers, you should look for another job. His little snarky unnecessary remarks are highly unprofessional. In addition, his threatening tactics for you to keep your purchase is quite harsh as well. Many companies offer a no hassle guarantee, but you definitely need to fight for your money here. Instead of offering an adjustment, he refunded the phone "claiming" I got the better deal through him. Fact of the matter is, I didn't get the phone with any kind of promo. He left my line open which I had to settle directly with Verizon later (this was never told to me, but I just wanted to check). They also charged a restocking fee, but I also settled this amount with Verizon Corporate. He told me at the end of the visit that I will not be able to open a line at this particular store again. Do yourself a favor and do business at another location. Preferably an official Verizon retailer. ***Spoke to Verizon Corporate and they will be retraining the staff at this location. Never do trade in with these guys. And better stay away from them in general. Everything works smooth until the moment when something goes wrong (like in my case). If the mistake happens they are not able to solve the problem. You will spend a lot of time, energy and nerves dealing with them. Year ago I did trade in of One Plus 8 and I was promised a promo 400$ in credits. I dropped the phone to the store. During the process they made a mistake in the database and it was shown that I brought not One Plus 8 (800$ phone price) but Blu VP370WW Vivo One Plus 16GB (~130$ phone price). So I didn't get anything for the phone. I noticed it just recently when checked my bill. Here the hell for me started. Multiple times I called to Verizon. They said there is nothing they can do and I have to deal with Victra. I went to the store. The representative was careless and told me to send an email, he didn't even know the address to which I have to sent my email. I did multiple calls to Victra, sent several emails. They were redirecting me between departments. Finally they told me the district manager will keep in touch with me. She called me once, I wasn't able to pick up the phone. She sent an email saying that the credits weren't applied because the phone I brought was One Plus Vivo (which is a mistake). I sent her 3 emails that it is a mistake in a database and the original phone I gave them was One Plus 8. There were no responses from her. She doesn't pick up the phone and doesn't respond to my emails. It is like a black box. The whole story continues already for a week. I spent hours in phone calls with Verizon and Victra. Hopefully I will get this problem solved in the closest future. read more

STAY AWAY. Incompetent staff. They added an iPad to my unlimited plan and screwed up. My bill for less than 2 month of unlimited service was in excess of $8400 which was taken out of my checking account. Verizon has acknowledged their mistake but it will take 2 to 3 billing cycles before they can refund my money (2 to 3 months). I went to this store to move off of t-mobile after years of service. At the time it was COVID-19 precautions and understood the need to distance etc. I went in and a younger lady was the only person there. I set up 5 lines of new service with my existing phones. I had to pretty much show her what to do and even entered come info myself for her. I also self replaced my own SIM cards. The data was activated but I had to port my own lines myself later because she did not do it or finish it. I also had to pay 163.45 for a "setup fee" that she said they would email a recipe for (never did). Verizon also billed me for a one time fee as well. The scam is the I. Store setup fee for really nothing. This is Not a real Verizon store but a re-seller that did not tell me this even though I asked. Do yourself a favor and go to a real Verizon store. My friends ordered two iPhone 13. from this place and was told they were on sale. They went in on 9/30 and spoke to a man named James. and was given a order summery of the order. (Sadly, no price was attached) Application number 243945640. They were giving a price of just over $600.00 each, and that the phones would be ready for pick up today 10/8/2022. I was with them when they called to see if the phones were ready. The person on the phone (A man, did not get his name) asked their name and phone number. He then put them on hold for a while. He then came back and said he was busy with another customer, and he was the only one in the store and would call them back. We were not far from the store, so my friends and I decided to just go in and wait. When we arrived 2 mins later, there was no one in the store but one worker (hmmm) The then checked their order and said he had two phone for them but there were just over $1000.00 each. When asked why they were told a lesser price when they first came in, the man said that he did not know why there were given that price and that there have been several customers coming into the store saying the same thing. (Why wasn't that a red flag on his end that maybe something there need to be investigated) He said they had to pay the higher price or no phones. So, my friends left. I vacillated about this review trying to stay in a more positive lane in life. I won't go into a lot of detail but I finally left AT&T after 25 years and they have superb customer service there's no doubt, my experience at Victara Verizon was the single worst customer service exchange I've ever had. What should've taken under an hour was a 5 1/2 hour ordeal having to return to the store. The first five minutes with W... (representative) I should have turned and walked away he didn't like his job, It was almost as if it was torture to be there. I won't go into all the ineptitude but I will never step foot in that place again and I may just cancel everything within a month at another store. The only redeeming factor is a female employee who is phenomenal and in the end said she expressed her regret of not being the one to service me initially. Waited til 10:30. Other would be patrons came and left. Someone showed up at the door and said they didn't open until 11. When I asked why I had a 10:00 appt, she shrugged. I said I was going to take business elsewhere, and she told me I should. So I did. I recommend using corporate stores. It was a busy holiday weekend and the new manager, German, set up my new iPhone while managing several other customers at once as well as a surprise fire inspector. He was patient as I forgot all my passwords and my old phone was toast. He suggested all the cost effective options to us. I had a complicated business setup and German knew all the work arounds whenever I got stuck or no longer had access to some accounts. German is grace under pressure, pleasant and professional.
