I was searching for a specific Anker charger that showed as in stock online at multiple stores, but after calling over 20 locations, most immediately said they didn't have it without checking. This was the only store that actually took the time to look into their inventory, and they were able to find the exact product I needed. I came in and picked it up without any issues. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the store manager, Tawanta, who was incredibly welcoming and kind. She took the time to listen to my needs and introduced me to one of her team members, Gerson. He was just as friendly, knowledgeable about Verizon's products and services, and most importantly, never pushy or overwhelming when it came to upselling. Both Tawanta and Gerson made the entire experience smooth, respectful, and enjoyable. Their professionalism and customer-first attitude are the main reasons I confidently made the switch from T-Mobile to Verizon. If you're on the fence because of the reviews, don't be. Went in to drop off my phone and was told there was a queue with two people in front of me unfortunately after waiting 15 minutes Jennifer and one of the other associates decided to skip me and help two people who came in after me. When I approached Jennifer she stated the customer had a simple transaction when I expressed that him and I had the same transaction she stated that she didn't have time to go back and forth with me. All I ask if you're going to use a queue system honor it. I will never go back to this location. The security guard had the audacity to pay attention when a customer is irritate been not when the customers are being treated unfairly. read more

Every single time you go in it's an hour wait minimum. They don't care at all in the order you came in. People just want to ask questions sometimes but they can't deal with you. So I came in four months ago and all I wanted to do was traded my phone for another phone while the guy that was here who no longer works here talk to me into a whole different plan because they get bonuses for opening certain types of accounts and the amount of accounts And was straight lied to about what I was being offered, and what I was being given and not only did it triple my bill but now when I go back to fix it, I'm being told that it's not allowed to be fixed because it's been longer than one month I didn't initially notice because along with the phone he got me to open a credit line with them because he said it would make it cheaper which it did not and the bill would be on the credit card so he literally got me left right and center as far as pulling the wool over my eyes so if you go here, you need to watch out for the sketchy sales tactics and their thieves they will straight up. Tell you one thing and then do another on their end and you know act like they're helping you when what they're really doing is taking money out of your pocket to line there pockets the managers is a specific Mark who I dealt today said that since he wasn't privy to the conversation that he couldn't do anything about it well, I told him that it kind of felt like theft and it sounded like that and he was like well there's nothing we can do about it so again, do not trust the salesman here and the managers back up the thievery so they're been hand-in-hand thieves it's like the car salesman now at the phone stores. The first guy gets you. They bring the manager to try to act like it's helpful. When really they're just hitting you for a higher amount more money so they can get bonuses and incentivize stations towards their paycheck by screwing over the little guy group of Jack that work here are literally trained to get as much money out of you as possible and then make sure that when you come back that there's nothing that they can do about it and they just tell you to call Verizon customer support because there's nothing that they can do in store even being a store manager again, the store manager name that I dealt with was marked you could tell by the look on his face that he knew exactly what his employee had done, but he wouldn't say it out loud because that would be admitting liability and that they stole from me in fact, he's probably one of the guys that trains that sells people on how to grift regular working people for their hard earned money if you want the best service the month-to-month prepaid $60 unlimited plan. Anything else from here is just theft and thievery and they work you in to all these different plans and deals and you end up with a super high monthly bill and a bunch of stuff you don't need that you can't get rid of because they signed you up on some contract again watch out for Mark the leader of the thieves and watch out for the sales people who were the regular thieves read more

The people here are very nice. Unfortunately, they operate with zero sense of urgency. I waited 15 minutes before anyone even thought to check me in even though I asked, and then they made small talk and chatted forever with every single customer in front of me before even getting to their issue. Two customers walked out and one of them said "that took forever." I know that we live in a world of higher, faster, louder, and that's not necessarily a good thing... But these employees moved so slowly it's mine boggling. there's a line of 15 people waiting to be served or spoken to... That means you need to hustle. Worst customer service and employee locked my partner out of his phone. We came from two separate providers to move to Verizon. We were there 2.5 hours trying to unlock his phone and were basically kicked out because they wanted to close close early due to staffing problems. There were three employees there and not too many customers. I tried to explain that my partner's phone was locked out because of an employee to which the 'manager' said it wasn't their fault and we'd have to contact the other provider even though we were already transferred over to Verizon. Never going back to this location. Can't believe they made us leave without fixing the issue leaving my partner without a working phone. read more

This store is terrible customer service. I had bad experience from this store. I took my wife to exchange her phone because she bought the iPhone 14 only 2 days but the phone was getting hot I called the Verizon customer service, they referred me to come to this Verizon store 5941 farm to market 2920 suite D. Spring tx. My wife went there and waited 1 hour 10minutes. One of the girl come out and I asked her to help my wife to exchange a new phone with different color and the phone get hot faster when used the Navigation screen. She refused to exchange my phone because she tell me that the phone was exchange couples time now the store don't lets her to exchange but I was talk to the Verizon customer service and they tell me bring to your store. now you tried to excuse the store won't allow her to exchange. She told my wife that's something wrong with your phone that's why you wants to exchange. She told us talk to Verizon customer service and tell them to send the new phone to me Her manager told her to tell me to contact customer service and tell them to send me a new phone. I told her that's you are work for Verizon why do you excuse for other Verizon customer service to help me. This is very bad experience I don't recommend anybody to come to this store. I went on an afternoon where there was only one person there, a person named Destinee Oliver from Snyder, Texas who closed down the entire store for almost an hour so Destinee Oliver could eat lunch. When Destinee Oliver finally took down the sign notifying everyone Destinee Oliver was eating lunch and unlocked the door, we went inside. I was shocked to see that Destinee Oliver was not wearing a protective face shield, which Verizon requires of all employees. I just assumed Destinee Oliver forgot to put one on after Destinee Oliver ate lunch. I asked this person to please wear a mask while we are there and Destinee Oliver refused and said her/his mother works with "corona patients every day" and that Destinee Oliver doesn't have it. Such ignorance and outright disregard for human life and safety is disgusting. I am new to the Big Spring area and was looking for a new provider. Thanks to this disgusting Destinee person, this Verizon lost my business and I'm sure others as well. I asked to speak to the manager, and Destinee Oliver laughed and said there is nobody higher up in Verizon than her/him. Yeah, right. Well, I obviously know that isn't true and it is quite evident that Destinee person maybe has a high school diploma and judging by Destinee Oliver's sloppy appearance that this person is having an extremely rough time with finances and finding healthy food. I'm not even a Verizon customer because of Destinee Oliver's deplorable dangerous behavior and rude attitude, but I am reporting Destinee Oliver's actions to Verizon corporate, the Chamber of Commerce, and the Better Business Bureau. Pretty sure I'll be leaving Verizon all together because of the lack of service I have received every single time from the people at this location. When I've asked to see the manager in the past they refused to come out of the back room!!! Whoever it is apparently just hides out. No wonder they have police security there at all times! Be careful going to this location, these guys are sneaky and avoid answering the questions you have, will tell you what you want to hear to get the sale. The salesman started activating the phone before verifying fees to make sure we agreed with the cost, when confronted he avoided answering the question. My husband also asked about the cost of next months bill and the gentleman said "don't worry about that we'll get to that later".. he basically dodged any and every question and in case you're wondering WE HAD TO ASK AGAIN FOR HIM TO TELL US, which then we find out it included fees that was not agreed upon..this man tried sneaking the fees in our next month bill! Ready to go home or he was being a shady sales rep, you be the judge. VERIZON WHATS GOING ON WITH YOUR HIRING PROCESS! Customer service and honesty is definitely their weakness! I had just purchased a brand new Motorola Razr. After having no luck online in activating it, I was sent to an actual store to have someone there activate it. BAD MOVE. The guys there were both unprofessional AND clueless about the product. This phone already has a built in SIM card (an e-SIM). Nonetheless, the complete moron tried to jimmy the back of the phone open to "add a SIM card", as he mansplained it to me while flashing me a SIM card, as if I didn't know what one was. His manager wasn't any better, and it was clear they had NO IDEA what to do with that phone. So jerk #1 fiddles with it for a few minutes, tells me its activated, and literally cuts me off. SO I took my stuff and left. He never once explained the new charges, the new mandatory plan for the smart phone. It was all emailed later.
