I had gotten an alert to my phone that we'd used all of our anytime mins (on a family plan) so I quickly got on the phone to investigate. Maryann knew exactly what to do and how to fix it - I ended up changing my whole plan, adding more data, UNLIMITED mins, and she even showed me how to enable a function that allows me to use voice and data simultaneously WITHOUT having to be on Wifi!!! All this and my monthly bill rate dropped! So I am saving money, I've enhanced my plan, and it was painless. I have been going into this Verizon store for about four years mostly because I like the fact that I don't have a very big wait time and their customer reps have always been good to me. Recently I went in to order a couple of new phones and I was greeted by Jose and I'm so thankful for his help and outstanding customer support. Jose's attention to detail has steered me in the right direction. Also about twenty four hours after we placed my order I received an email from Jose and his store manager Linda thanking me for my purchase and wanting to know how was my experience at the newly reopened store. I was put in a horrible situation when my iPhone crashed on me . I used it for my business and my income depended on it working properly . Panicking I immediately went into this store to seek help . I walked in and was greeted by LINDA the store manger . I told her my concerns and how important it was that my phone be fixed immediately . Was in the Verizon store this afternoon with several iPhone issues, including updates and password re-setting. Was met by Giancarlo who greeted me right away and asked how he could help. Giancarlo listened to my issues and addressed every one of them. He took his time and thoroughly went issue by issue. Carlo is very knowledgeable and well schooled in the operation and phone functions. As far as I'm concerned, Carlo went over and beyond what most customer support staff would invest. He took his time in working on my phone to ensure it was functioning at its optimum. His demeanor was extremely professional and appropriately pleasant. Before I left the store, Carlo made certain EVERYTHING was updated; all the setting were correct; and the phone was "good to go." It was a great feeling to appear so important as a customer. Appears to be a Verizon trademark he embraces. Carlo made Verizon shine like "5" stars when they weren't looking. He presented and represented Verizon in the most positive light. I do hope upper management observes this review as plenty of kudos are due him. Verizon needs to find more, and retain employees with this work ethic. I anticipate a very bright future for Carlo should he decide to remain with Verizon. Hopefully he will as Carlo has what it takes and can see him as a mentor and management material......and yet further up the corporate ladder. Also, I would like to commend Store Manager, Amera as she has also assisted me in the past. Amera has a similar style and manner. There is some real professional talent in the Trinity Parkway Verizon store. Evidently, Amera has a unique style of store and personnel management. The store is both welcoming and with a sense of calm and order. Generally, employees reflect this service style in the same manner in which they are treated by the manager. She's got it! Was not real happy when I went yesterday, I had been told when I purchased my last 5 phones from them that if my screen protector broke to come back in and they would just replace it, that was how this store did things, I went in last month and they told me they didn't have any to fit my phone but to check back because they get them in all the time, so was out in that area yesterday and went in. " oh no we have a new manager and we can't replace them in the store anymore" what , I was in less then a month ago and you were going to replace it. " yeah I can help you file a claim... but that's it" yeah no thanks I could do that on my own. My mother and I visited this store in the hopes of adding her to my family plan and getting a new phone with her same number. We arrived 30 mins before closing and were greeted with Chris to help us with our situation. Chris was nothing but patient, kind, and did everything he could to make sure we had a pleasant experience. He was even willing to stay after closing hours to help us. I learned the hard way that this store is NOT an actual Verizon Corporate Store. I recommend that you go to the Store on Pacific Ave, which is an ACTUAL VERIZON store with VERIZON Employees. So why stay away? This is a "partner" retail store, and they do some pretty shady things. Their prices are different than the ones you see online and different than actual Verizon stores.....and when I say different, I mean they are HIGHER. Also, they charge you a completely bogus fee, called "Set Up and Go Plus." What is this fee for? Its basically for them to take the phone out of the box and turn on the phone for you. And yes, its $19,99. I though this was the "Activation Fee" because its normally $20 to add a line, so I paid it, but when I logged in to my Verizon account online, the activation fee showed up. Beware of this store! Elderly parents are on my account with a non-smart phone. They went in to this store to see if an older iPhone given to them could be used. It was an ATT phone, so could not. The agent at the store was extremely pushy. Parents never signed anything and refused to do anything. I've come to find out the agent put through an upgrade without approval of the primary account holder, causing an increase in charges on my monthly bill. When store management was confronted, they claimed they would take care of it, and call me back to confirm. Several days later, the problem had not been taken care of, and no call was received. read more

With the upcoming change where Verizon will no longer be phasing out the CDMA network, we needed to upgrade two of our phones in our Family Plan. Linda provided us with superior help, answered all of our questions gracefully and patiently (as some things were about the Verizon plan were not as clear). We received two perfect fitting phones for our situation, even though our requirements were a bit 'needy'. We could not have asked for better service, and she setup all the changes correctly, the first time, so we did not need to call customer service and make corrections later (which we have had to do in the past with some dealers/providers). I like to come here since it's closer and less crowded but go somewhere else just to avoid all the troubles. Had bad experience adding lines to my prepaid account. We had to go back to the store 3 times to get the second line working, which took us couple days. And when I added the 3rd line, the employee did not know what she was doing. She set the line on a 500mb plan when I actually told her I want it to be 10gb but she didn't know how to make that work and just lied to me that it was a 10gb plan. I guess she just want my ass to get out the store. A week later my family lost connection to server while driving using gps because there is not enough data. I spent a whole Saturday morning calling customer service trying to get things fixed and also had to get yelled by my disappointed family. One star for their 800 customer service and one star for the girl I talked to on the phone after things are fixed. Good job Verizon. read more

Stay away from this store. They are an authorized dealer and not a corporate store. Verizon Wireless can not help you with any problems you encounter with this store. Albert the assistant manager sold me a tablet on some great deal from his standpoint but never told me about the $10/month usage fee, the $19.99 set-up fee or the $40 activation fee. I never had a tablet before and would never had purchased one had they told me about all of the fees. He told me that the usage on the tablet would just come off my monthly allotted minutes. When I got my first bill and found the $10/month usage fee, the $19.99 set-up fee and $40 activation fee, I called the corporate number and they reversed the $40 activation fee but couldn't do anything else. They told me to go back to the store and talk to the manager. I went back to the store and spoke to Albert, the assistant manager who helped me initially. He told me that he did tell me about all 3 of the charges. He also told me that I only had 14 days to return the tablet and I was beyond that now. When I disagreed with him and told him that I had just found out about the charges he told me he would have the store manager call me. I left the tablet with him and left. I did not hear from the manager or Albert. I got my next bill and called the corporate 800 number. Tiarra was very helpful as possible and she called the store for me. When she called back a few hours later after talking to the store manager and assistant manager, she said their stories did not sound very truthful. The assistant manager said they had been busy with the Black Friday sales (They hadn't contacted me for almost 4 weeks). The store manager said she had called me a few times but never got through. Tiarra said the manager would call me later that day. The store manager finally called me and said she had been calling a number for the last 3 weeks that was one number off and she didn't realize that. She told me that they couldn't do anything because they had me on tape as agreeing to all of the charges and I signed the agreement. Plus I did not return the tablet in 14 days from purchase. I got very pissed off. I was never asked if it was OK to record the sales process. She told me that she would have the district manager call me. I am still waiting for that call. Bottom line is this store practices deceptive and distractive sales practices just so they employees can make a commission. On a previous visit, I asked to use the restroom and they told me to go next door to the Pizza restaurant and use the one in there. When I came back to the store, a lady asked to use the bathroom and they let her use the one in the store. Sounds like discrimination to me. read more

Worse experience/service ever. All the staff including manager are liers. I dealt with the manager directly named Becky. At 1st she seems very helpful even went out of her way to go pick up the phone I wanted for me. Upsetting to find out it was all of a scam sell to cheat me. Told me I was getting 2 phones for price of 1 and getting all accessories free as a bundle. Staff involved in it too. I was not given a receipt till then I got my receipt mailed to me. I was charged for everything for a total of $429. They claim its for inventory purposes but tell me why the receipt lists everything. Don't go this store. Go to a corporate store. If you are unsure call the verison corp #. Had to call verizon to complain to get the refund. Haven't seen the refund back on my card yet. Otherwise I was going file a complaint return everything and dispute the charges. Very unprofessional. Guys are sitting/standing around watching videos loudly laughing and yelling. Day I found out i called and spoke to the manager which was rude and didn't seem to care except that i got ripped off. To any verizon reps that is reading this. What a shame to have a facility like this represent and sell the verizon name. I should of stuck with sprint if I wanted this shitty service. read more

1/21/17-- I visited the store because I had disabled my phone due to too many failed password attempts. It was around 7:30pm, they were close to closing and we were greeted by Natalie (the manager) and Vince. Natalie did everything in her power to save my phone without having to reset everything but in the end she had to (which I was fine with). Long story short my sister and I ended up upgrading to the iPhone 7! Natalie and Vince stayed late and she gave us an amazing bundle deal. They were very patient and helpful with our purchase and set up. I wish I could give them 100 stars for the best customer service ever! They were very nice, easy to talk to, and happy to help us even passed closing. I was so thankful we visited this location while we were out of town. We kept telling them how we wished all Verizon's had managers and associates like this location. I'll definitely visit anytime I'm in Stockton. Keep up the great work guys :) read more
