Used to be a Sprint customer. Sprint is shutting off their 3G network in January and are forcing us to upgrade our phones, even though the ones we have are just fine. Sprint offered us a free $200 phone or $200 off any phone in the store. We've been with Sprint for almost 20 years and all they can offer us is a cheap, no-name brand phone?? And to top it off, the free $200 phone was actually $216 so we would have to pay out of pocket!! Well, we've had enough with Sprint and the crappy service and not so great customer service, so we decided to switch to Verizon. We visited the Taylorsville location on 12/12/21. There was only one person working, wish I got his name, but he said he was the only employee willing to work - I thanked him for coming to work that day!! Even though this young man was the only employee in the store, he held his own!! He was able to hook us up with great phones and made the transition from Sprint to Verizon super easy!! Not only did we get a great deal on two new phones, but our bill with Verizon is $50 cheaper!! Thank you so much for coming into work and for the great customer service. read more

STAY OUT I would start with no starts. Went in for a phone upgrade and they where happy to sale me the new phone. First I was to be a iPhone 7 that they suggested. Leo my sales man went to get it and sure enough they didn't have any so up sale to the iPhone 8. Ok they have that. I have a family plan and he changed the pass word on it, thanks, my mother inlaw is the one who started this account 6 years so she starts get emails. I get a hot mother inlaw on the phone wanting to know why in the hell did Leo change her pass word? Leo also sold me a phone case that I asked for but told me he would call me in two days to come pick it up. So I call the store I get a costumer service rep. They try to call the store. 5 times in two days from the minute they open. The last rep told me they must have turned the bell off. WTF really!!! So the only way for me to fix everything is to go back to the store. So much for Hi-tec that they sale in the store. I am in sales the one thing is that the sale is never done tell everything on the order if filled in full and the customer is happy. The whole family is due for upgrades and I have two kids to add to the plan a total of 10 phones. Sorry Leo I will work with another store or see what AT&T has to offer read more

This store is the worst store in the Valley. They never answer the phone. They take advantage of people whenever they get the chance. The only way to get anything resolved is to go back to the store. They never do what they say they are going to do. Complete lack of integrity. I would not recommend anyone go to this store. For your own peace of mind. However if you like pushy sales people that can't explain there contracts, over promise and under deliver. If you like to spend hours on the phone and get nothing resolved then go to this store. They are great at wasting your time and money. read more

I would give this store 0 stars if I could!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Went in to add someone as an authorized user to my account, they acted like were doing it. Later found out they didn't do it. When I called the store to find out why it had not been done, I was told they could not do it at all and I had to call the Verizon number to do that. I asked to speak to the manager was told the manager had the day off, asked to speak with the assistant manager was told he was out to lunch. I asked the name of the person I was speaking to and he refused to give me his name. STAY AWAY!!!! read more

I had a good experience at this store my first time there. I had to go pick up a phone and had an unfortunate experience, but at the end of the day Arturo (store manager) really came through. Avoid this place like the plague! Worst customer service I have EVER experienced. The manager, Jeremy AND the district manager, Jake, both refused to speak with me about honoring a credit they promised to keep me from returning my phone and buying elsewhere. Jeremy would not answer phone calls and would only TEXT me from his personal phone, which seemed extremely unprofessional. Jake wouldn't answer calls at all. After 2 weeks of being pushed to the side and ignored, Verizon themselves finally gave me the credit promised. My lesson learned: go to a TRUE Verizon store, NOT A RETAILER!! read more

Went in for some inquiries on my account and loved the experience, the reps were all knowledgable and helped me lower my bill along with giving me an awesome deal on a tablet. Also loved that the store was not busy, so tired of always waiting in line where as these guys got me in quick.
