I have purchased 5 keyboard cases and many screen protectors from Zagg over several decades. The…read morehinges on three of the keyboard cases broke, two while still under warranty. Getting warranty replacements from them is a frustrating nightmare. The first one never came back in stock. After about 5 months of waiting they eventually agreed to give me the next model up. The second one was in stock, but what I assume was an AI Bot canceled my replacement because it mistook the requested pdf of my receipt as an image and claimed it couldn't read it. A human agreed this was a mistake and suggested I resubmit the request. Only when I did so, aha, the case came up as out of stock. (I have my suspicions.) They have offered the lower model instead this time around. I am not taking that "offer" and I am not waiting 5 months this time. Friends and I have also noticed that their screen protectors aren't holding up very well either and must be replaced fairly frequently. (I am an adult and not hard on my devices.)

The level of service I have experienced is rare and exceptional in this world yet seems ubiquitous within this company. I had trouble with obtaining a return label. For the life of me I could not figure out this dilemma. I went to the store and was helped by Patrick and Johnathan who is an impressive young manager. I need them to know how much they are appreciated!! Please pass along this message: Dear Patrick, Thank you for today! You really helped to put me at ease with my situation. Honestly I would not have been able to navigate the process of printing a label for my trade in return without your help. You literally took my phone issue into your hands. You even boxed my return and all I needed to do was drop it off at the UPS store. You were also so gracious with the sweet lady whom you simultaneously assisted! We were pleased and impressed with your attention to detail! You are incredibly patient and relatable. Also you know how to be so sweet towards ladies. I bet you make your parents proud! When you told me you were only working there for three days I began to believe this: you have a great future ahead. This particular location is fine, but always busy. My main complaint is with Verizon at large. We…read moreordered a phone to be delivered with their holiday deal witch included a couple other things. We told them our current address, but found our account said an old address and they were shipped to the old one. Before those things got delivered, we called Verizon and told them to change the address. The two other things ended up getting delivered, but we were able to get our hands on them anyways. The phone was caught before being delivered, but instead of being shipped to the correct address, it is being returned to sender and we have to place a new order. This whole process shouldn't have happened because we told them the correct address to ship to. I want Verizon to do something to make up for this.
