Most helpful crew ever! I went to Verizon in West Covina Saturday. While I was there, the rep kept disappearing for 20 minutes at a time, and I didn't get anything accomplished after about an hour and a half of waiting. I work in Temecula, so I was in town, & I came to the Verizon store here. I asked for Marty since he had helped me before, but I believe it was his day off. But, Taelor had me in and out of the store in under 30 minutes! She was super friendly, helpful, and gave me a great deal! I'm going to come here for all of my phone needs from now on! read more

Was time to upgrade a couple of phones and opted to get a couple of Galaxy S7 Edge phones. Sure enough they had them in stock with cases, screen protectors, etc, everything you need for a new phone ready to go. I went into Verizon Go Wireless yesterday afternoon and was greeted by Ashton. Ashton helped me pick up my new pixel XL phone which I was really excited to get. Ashton reminded me that the only thing that I would have to pay for was the tax, silly me forgot that was the agreement that I made with the person that had helped me pick out the phone. Ashton was very calm and collected over my little spiel. The visit was most enjoyable we all laughed and carried on while he changed everything over from my old phone to the new phone. The customer service that I received from Ashton was over and above, the employees that were there were also awesome. We all just laughed and joked and it was a great experience. Being a long time customer of Verizon (10+years), we've had our share of encounters with other Verizon stores & employees. Quite honestly, if I didn't need a cell, i would not have one. Walked into this store just hoping for advise on how to get my phone working again and we meet Justin Willis. He is Friendly, Patient and Helpful!! Justin ASKED if he could check out our account. We walk into this store  because my sons phone decided to shut down on him when we walked in we were helped by a nice young man named Luis after spending sometime with my son trying to find a solution for the phone the sales person very kindly not only suggested how to get the phone replaced but also SAVE me money monthly!  Which I was amazed with every other location is like a used car lot pushy on new products! I might have came in at the wrong time (20 min before closing) but either way there were 2 people working and one seemed busy activating a phone with some people but the other person was actually the assistant manager and she was just talking to another person about kids, school, and personal life comfortably for 20 min instead of checking in on other customers. At the end of the day she couldn't help me i had to make my changes to my plan over the phone. So I waited 20 min for nothing. read more

BUYER BEWARE! FRAUD Alert: Long story short, I bought 2 new phones for my kids because the sales representative said that I would get 2 for 1, a buy-one-get-one (BOGO). I wasn't even looking to buy phones but the deal was good and he assured me it was a no-brainer so my wife and I decided to do it. He did tell me that it would take a couple billing cycles to clear out and just be patient. Well, I have spent countless months, usually after getting my statements, talking to Verizon Corporate (Verizon number, not that store) on the phone trying to get credit for the second phone's monthly payment installment; sometimes being on the phone for over an hour. For almost a year and a half! At times, they stated they didn't see any BOGO for that phone during that time frame and suspected that it may have been an in-store special. I went into the store and dealt with the manager, Alexander, and then later a lady manger, and then again Alexander, who all assured me that they or their district manager would call me, that night, to try and fix this. I never once received a call from ANYONE! NEVER! I finally went back to the store and gave Alexander 2 days to fix it or I would post my terrible experience with his store online and file formal complaints with the BBB and Verizon Corporate HQ. This is my first step in that direction. I will follow through with Yelp, the BBB, and Verizon HQ as people need to know that they can be scammed at this store. I warn you, don't believe what BS the sales rep might say. There is no follow through on their part. They tell you what sounds good while you are in the store, probably just to get you out the door. If you want a Verizon phone, and Verizon is the best cell carrier, Corporate Verizon is good to go; DO NOT go to this store or any re-seller like Go Wireless but rather ONLY go to an actual, real, Verizon store. I would have given No stars here if that was possible. read more

Excellent customer service! When I went to another verizon store they told me "to kick rocks". This store not only didn't say that, they figured out a way to help me and lower my bill. I would recommend to anyone. Definitely more one on one than most other stores that try and just kick you out the door and move to the next sale. Amazing customer service!!! I have a not so tech savvy best friend, and Jason, Justin, and Marlon were so amazingly patient and all three of them took the time to help us for almost 3 whole HOURS!!! They were all so crazy nice, informative, accommodating and did I say PATIENT!!! We had a little monster toddler with us talking up a storm and annoying the heck out of them, lol... oops and sorry on so many levels. They even adjusted the thermostat for us! The fact that they were able to handle our little group without refusing us service was a miracle. They joked and chatted with us as they called to get lines switched over to this account and to get the go ahead for who knows what, but all in all, they got hers and the kids phone needs taken care of and gave us a free iPad mini to top it off. Those boys definitely deserved a beer after their shift... Hopefully they were able to get one, or two, or after dealing with us, hopefully they quite a few beers! The customer service here is absolutely horrible. One of the associates named Jordan "helped" me get a replacement phone after the charger port in my previous one had gone out. Not only did she sell me a new phone while I was under warranty for the phone (I also have insurance on that particular phone as well), she added a phony line and a tablet (which I did not buy, might I add, nor do I have one in my possession), and also added another 5 gigs of data to my plan, causing my bill to go up to $300 a month. She did all of this claiming it would help me save money. What a joke. When I went down to the store to have it rectified, I was helped by the store manager who is a rather condescending woman, after I was promised to be helped by the district manager in person. The district manager finally got the issue resolved after all of this, but I would not recommend this store to my worst enemy. OH! And I also must add that this is my second time having to add my review, since they deleted my first first one. Stay classy, GoWireless... read more

The professionalism displayed by the Assistant Manager, Jamie T., when dealing with the Frontier cable company transfer was very helpful to me. She displayed an understanding and empathy towards me when I was frustrated with being unable to access my new cable account online. This is the same young lady that helped me and my mother switch over from AT&T. The credit we received and the estimated amount of our new bill with Verizon was exactly what she quoted us-which was a pleasant surprise, variables always come into play nowadays!!!! By far the best experience I've had at a Verizon location. I had Verizon for years and switched over to att to save money a couple years ago and a young lady named Jamie helped me out and she was very patient with my husband and I. We got a new iPhone and got one for free with two new iPad minis for less than $500 out the door with all my accessories. She gave me a piece of paper with all the charges on my bill and she was spot on. I got my bill this morning and was completely blessed to see there were no surprises on my bill. She also helped me get dish for my TV service because my frontier bundle was just too expensive and she ended up saving me $60 for my home services. I am very surprised by the negative reviews about this location, as my experience was completely the opposite! Staff is incredible, James, Yeseena (sp?), and Assistant Manager, Jerome,were all extremely friendly, and helpful. They turned around a potential disaster into a very satisfied customer! I was in town for the weekend with friends, and dropped my phone, shattering the screen, while packing up the car. I had to have a phone immediately, as I was flying out that day on standby, so had to have a phone. I found this location, explained my situation, and they jumped right into action! I was out of there with a brand new phone, and a big smile in about 30 minutes. I even had time to meet with my friends for lunch, before heading to the airport. The only explanation I can find for the negative reviews is they are fairly old, so perhaps they had some bad employees who are now gone, because the people I worked with are incredible. I have been with Verizon for over 5 years, and this reseller does Verizon very proud in my humble opinion. read more

My name is Lauren . Over the course of the year 2013 I have had multiple problems out the GO WIRELESS STORE located at 29560 Rancho California Road Temecula CA 92591. My mother has a phone line under my account. She went into this location inquiring about a tablet. They got access to my account without me being present or my consent. My account has always been password protected. The kid in the store, on November 2, 2012 again without my consent or my written signature changed my plan from unlimited data to the share everything plan with my mother attempting to add a tablet to my account. They let her sign for the account and plan change and sent her on her way. It wasn't until like a month after this I went online to add a phone number to my friends and family list, and it was gone. I called in, and the Verizon operator told me it didn't exist because I was on the share everything plan. I had never heard of such a plan. I went back to the Temecula GO WIRELSS location furious and asked them why they fraudulently changed my account without my consent. The district manager got involved, and the kid who did the change got his 3rd write up. This kid was also the assistant store manager mind you. I told the manager because they got access to all my personal account information that they needed to right their wrong or I was going to sue them for fraud. Lia the store manager said she would give me 2 free Samsung galaxy s3 phones free of charge. I had to wait until March 7, 2013 for the upgrade on both my lines. So I waited and I went in on March 7, 2013 and the district manager was in the location that night and all the sudden the plan for free phones had changed. Now I had to trade in my Motorola phones for credit towards the new phones, and pay tax. So when Lia said free she was lying again! While I was in getting the new phones which cost me $156.03 they kept trying to "up sell' me their special GAP insurance on my phones, which is if something should happen to the phones they will replace them for free. Unlike asurion will send me remanufactured phones. I have had asurion service since 2006 and have never had a problem with them, so I declined the GO WIRELSS GAP insurance. So tonight, I tripped over the dog and dropped my phone on the tile and shattered my screen. I call in to file a claim and find out I have no insurance! Zack out of the Arkansas call center is totally going above and beyond trying to help me. I feel like this store has just bent me over backwards and screwed me at every turn. They shouldn't be allowed to get away with this and continue to do business in this manner. read more

Very nice, answered all my questions, and I felt totally happy with my purchase. So when my dads phone broke I told him to go to this store and talk to Justin too. Once again he didn't let us down. Have been in this store several times. No problems in the past. The last two trips were within several days of each other and very recent. The staff acknowledged us when we came in, were friendly, helpful & nothing at all like some of the other reviews. I'm a bit smartphone illiterate so I have to say they were also very patient. Although the staff was friendly but it seemed they were more interested in selling me something than fixing the problems on my phone, Iphone 6 worked perfect for at least 18 months then a few weeks ago I kept getting messages that I needed to set up something on the "cloud"...I ignored it...then the message changed to "you have no more room on the "cloud" since I never put anything knowingly on the cloud I ignored that also...it was then that my phone started having many problems: kicking me out of e-mail, gps etc., would not hold a charge, some of the functions inoperable...and it would only stay on for 30 seconds and then go to a black screen with that little spinning circle, it was unusable. Took me about 40 minutes of checking out each and every shopping center I went to along the road due to no gps before I found this Verizon store. I told the gal that waited on me right up front that I was not there to spend money...I just wanted my phone fixed...after playing around with it a bit...she said it was unfixable and my choices were to pay $80 for an upgrade which I didn't want ..I liked my phone...or since I had insurance on it I could pay $149 deductible...since the year warranty had just run out in September. I verified several times what the "bottom line" increase for an upgrade would be since $80 seemed to good to be true when the phone was valued between $600 & $700 ...so I caved and opted for the Iphone8. I found out later that it extended my contract which in effect added enough charges to my already half paid off I6 to bring it to a grand total of $709...She did mention how much the phone was, & only that my payments would NOT increase... but after telling her that I wasn't working and didn't want to spend money you would think that she would have explained that it was going to increase the length of the contract and I would be paying several hundred dollars more in total. The I8 may be a great phone for some but I didn't care for it...then I noticed that most of my pictures, videos, gps folders didn't transfer over...and even though the list of my contacts was there in my phone...when I went to search for a number of a family member to make sure it worked...it said not found; also the button at the bottom of the screen was not pressure sensitive like on my I6. I took it back the next day and requested that they deactivate the 8 and reactivate the 6 which they did, but tried to stick me with a $35 restocking fee which I refused to pay based on the fact that they lost most of my information. Now the kicker is that this morning a message popped up on my phone about an "iOS 11.2.1 BUG FIX" so before the phone shut off on me again I clicked on it...and NOW my phone is working 100% again! :) You would think that they would have tried to putting the fix on it instead of wasting my time and theirs & just wanting to sell me something...wouldn't you?...What am I missing here??? read more
