After having a horrible experience at a different location my husband called this location and was able to talk to some helpful staff. Upon arriving we met with the store manager Mariah. She was absolutely amazing and was able to set up our new plans and phones with ease. She is very knowledgeable and patient. Marlin the district manager was also very kind and apologetic for the mistakes of a different store. Temecula - Verizon FIOS is all about making as much money off you as they can. First let me say that Verizon FIOS is a fairly descent internet even at 15Mbps. But, I had their hotspot, very slow. So, I had a two year contract, and if you don't take back within 14 days, you're stuck with this hotspot which is a joke. Then, they talk me into getting FIOS internet landline, and it's 15Mbps. The service technician did not make sure I wrote down the password. In order to reset the password, it took several hours of looking online, being on hold on the phone for 20 minutes or more, and when tech support finally got on with me, the call dropped. I finally figured out how to reset it, but DO NOT GO WITH VERIZON FIOS!!! I tell everyone I know what a hassle it is, and now I'm stuck with the hotspot. They could have said, well, since the hotspot is too slow, we'll upgrade you to FIOS Internet. But, no, they talked me in to keeping the hotspot saying I might be able to take it with me if I travel. All in all, they are EXPENSIVE and I can't wait til my phone contract is up, I'm going to change companies!! And, I bet the FIOS Internet will start getting slower and slower, forcing me to upgrade to the 50 Mbps!! or is it 55? Anyway, STAY AWAY FROM FIOS INTERNET!!!!If you look at other review sites, everyone says the same thing. HMMM, does that tell you something? I should have looked at the reviews more carefully to begin with. And, now since I've reset the FIOS Internet, I can't seem to get my other devices to connect. And, I'm sure I'll never get through to tech support like last time. read more

Avoid this place at all costs! Took us over two days to get our phones activated. After that, we had screen protection warranties. The first time my older daughter tried to use it, who is 21, she sat there for an hour and my wife had to finally go down there. Then I went in and due to "policy changes" I sat there for 1 1/2 hours for a simple screen protector. My wife went in there again today, and she has been in there over an hour, they "can't find the account," the website states we have an account on their end but not on our end, etc... They don't have their crap together at all. We purchased and activated four lines from them, and some accessories. I will never do business with this place again and unless you love hanging out wasting time in a cell phone hearing the employees pontificate how policy changes prevent them from remotely taking care of simple tasks/commitments they have made to their customers, I would suggest avoiding this place. read more

Dreading to get a new phone I went into this Verizon off of Rancho California Rd to look at new cell phones. I had At&t and a broken cell phone when I walked in and when I walked out I had Verizon, a new iPhone 7 plus and a big smile on my face. I had the best experience with the associates Jenna & Christopher who helped me get the phone and then the mgr Sheala came over to check to make sure I was happy with my transaction! Jenna was very knowledgeable and familiar with all the phones. She made sure all my information transferred over to my new phone because that's what I was worried about. HATE HATE HATE Verizon. Did I say hate??. Why I have stayed with this, pure stupidity on my part.. I have been lied to, deceived over and over again. Every time I have upgraded my phone I have gotten screwed. Go Wireless like all other "Authorized Dealers will lie to you just to open a new line because they get their commission based on new lines. My last two experiences with different Go Wireless in Temecula as cost me hundreds of dollars. I was lied to about their BOGO (buy one, get one free). What they don't tell you is you have to open another line that you don't need. COMMISSION people! Both locations are so worthless. First treated rudely by Chris at the Verizon on Highway 79, then lied and deceived by Angel at Verizon on Rancho California Rd. about this BOGO crap. When I found out a day later when I went to pick up my upgrade (IPHONE 10 to IPHONE 11 Pro Max), Angel's response was "I was going to tell you about it today" Are you kidding me!! I started dealing with Mariah. Thought she was handling it. We went back and forth on a refund that I was due. Took almost a month. After paying hundreds of dollars to pay off devices, taxes on new phone, closing out bill on my account (I had to open the new line on my spouses account to get the BOGO special), losing my number because I had to get a new number.....I have been getting collection letters andd phone calls from Verizon for another 168.00!!! Un-freaking believable. Call Mariah last week when I started getting calls. She said she would look into it and call me back. No callback at all. So absolutely disgusted with Go Wireless. Apparently going back and reading other reviews about them, clearly proves that I am one of many that feel the same way I do. read more

I am giving this store a 2 star review. I would have given them a 5 star review for the wonderful service we received today replacing my protector screen on my I Phone 7. The guys were nice, quick service, knowledgeable about the products. They advised me of deals that were available to us. We told them we were not interested in upgrading at this time. When we returned home, I noticed a new email with my "new" monthly rate which would be $13 more per month. Apparently they added an insurance protection plan on to our account without our permission. No signature, no receipts...nothing. When I tried to call the store the telephone number was disconnected and not in service. This was all very suspicious to me. I immediately contacted the "real" Verizon for assistance. They confirmed that a protection plan was definitely added to our account today. I requested it be removed as we did NOT authorize any such plan Hey, guys, that was rotten! A potential rip off but thanks to "real" Verizon my account was fixed. read more

It seems we have to give at least a star to leave a review. I'm so irritated right now. I had lost my phone over the weekend and had disabled it through my iPad. It has been found today but I can't get back into it because it's disabled and I wasn't sure how to do this. So I go to Verizon dealer for help and the young blonde kid said he'd try to help but said there was nothing he could do and I asked him if he could just add my iPad onto my account in the data package so I can use it wherever I go and not just limited to wifi. He says oh no, we can't do that, you'd have to buy a brand new one. I said why? Sprint added when I was with them and I didn't buy it from them. He says well we just can't do that. On 7/9/22 we went to the Verizon store at 29560 Rancho California Rd Temecula CA. We worked with Dominic the asst mgr. We had T-Mobile & wanted to switch to Verizon. He told us if we switched all 4 phones would get free cases & chargers. He told my wife to pick out cases while he put chargers into a bag. He asked if we wanted the protection plan and we said "No". We then did the data xfr from old to new phones. I was never told there was a fee for VERY simple process. If he had, I would definitely have refused it. He then had me pay what he described as the tax & startup fees which came to $371.15. Later when I had a chance to download the invoice on-line I learned some very disturbing things. First He charged us for the phone cases & chargers ($180) & he added the phone protection to our account. What makes this even more disturbing is the cold & calculated way He executed this rip-off. He looked both my wife & I in the eye & flat out lied. Afterward I went back to confront him. He was not there however I spoke with Omar the manager. Afterward Omar agreed to refund the cases and chargers however he refused to do anything about the data Xfr "fee". Although I am thankful the Omar did the right thing with the merchandise what made me even more suspecting of this store is the way he handled it. It was as if this whole scenario is nothing new. He gave no indication he was shocked or surprised by my encounter with Dominic nor did he give me any meaningful apology or any assurance he would get to the bottom of it. I drove away with a very strong conviction that what happened to me & my wife is standard operating practice for this store. I would never shop hear again nor recommend it to anybody. read more

I am writing to express my utter satisfaction Ashley's absolute professionalism and strong salesmanship. I came to the store intending to cancel service. This was mainly due to a very unpleasant experience weeks earlier over the phone with an unrelated 1-800 Verizon representative who was...less than helpful. After patiently listening to me pitch a small fit, she simply asked how she might help. Well, she certainly did. She not only was able to zero in on a more appropriate package for my situation, but was respectful enough not to try to up-sell me into more than I wanted or needed, although, she did present it, and I feel that is fair. Essentially she saved an account which was doomed to cancel, turned it into a new 2-year contract, and I left feeling quite decently about Verizon. If she is any indication of the way you folks do business, then you are well ahead of the pack. I hope she get a little recognition for her manner. I think she deserves it. I brought my wife's phone in as it would no longer charge. This happened to one of my other phones so I expected to have to purchase a replacement. I've been raked over by a Verizon store before so went in with caution. We were at this store for almost 2 1/2 hours, not because they were slow but rather that I was asking ALOT of questions trying to hammer out details. The wireless consultant, Jamie, was our main contact. She was quite pleasant and very patient with us. Where she could not answer, she would ask Taelor the manager for answers. Between the two I was able to come to an understanding. They went out of their way to explain the Edge plan and exactly how this will effect my bill. The final test will be when I receive my next bill. But I will give this 5 Stars now for the experience. read more

I had a great experience today at a Verizon store. Located at 29560 Rancho California, Temecula, CA. My main Verizon salesman's name is Mathew. He was amazing in how he assisted me with what was best for my needs. Another salesman who assisted with even more technical expertise was Julian. These guys are great with people. I mean they have real people skills. I'm sure that their abilities have been recognized by upper levels of management and reward these guys with promotions and monetary awards for going that extra mile. Although I may have been to Verizon over 10 times (and not to just this location), I must say I'm so thankful to finally have found a store that could help me. Marlin and Mariah were great working with a mistake of another staff member(s) regarding a phone upgrade. Who I dealt with the most to remedy this issue was mostly Angel. It's been a very long process this get my phone exchange situation figured out but he's been so great through our the entire ordeal picking up the pieces and figuring out how to fix whatever went wrong as it came up. Not to mention I've seen PLENTY of crowds in this store each time I've visited.. these people deal with all kinds of crowds on a daily basis and they're SO patient. The reason I haven't been so pissed about my situation and how long it's taken is solely because the staff here really pulled through and made everything right and made the time i spent there full of laughs.. My old phone stopped working and I needed a new one. I'm not a customer they want, as I don't have/use a smart phone, nor a "plan" as I rarely use the phone and only have it in my car for emergencies. As a result, I prepay a little every month and therefore pay very little for something I don't really need on a daily basis. Apparently, no one at this store is very knowledgeable about prepaid phones, as the young woman spent the next 90 minutes selling me a new one and supposedly transferring what I had in terms of service over to this one. The next day, after having put money on it at the store, I tried to make a call and got a message that there was no money on my account. I had to drive to the store again and she spent another hour dealing with it, finding out in the process that it wasn't what I had before and that refunds were in order, my old number had to be reinstated, and the time this took was exacerbated by the fact that they were having computer issues. Once they said I was all set, I went to my car (fortunately not sure enough of these folks to drive away) and tried to use the phone and no, I wasn't all set. I went back in, more time passed, was told I was good to go, went back to my car and found I wasn't, went back in and spent more time waiting, went back to my car and yes, had to go back in a 4th time! The young woman who was assisting me tried her best and hung in there under what was a frustrating situation and process. What I couldn't understand was that there were approx 6 staff members there, many who appeared to have more experience than her (including the manager in the red shirt) and none seemed to have the wherewithal to see something was seriously wrong and try to assist her (and me). I even approached the manager and he offered little...it just didn't seem to be what they wanted to be doing even though there were scant few other customers in the store (early Thursday and then Friday morning). However, they did have time to joke, talk to each other about personal things happening in their lives, and two of them went into a corner by the register to practice their sales techniques. From what I observed of them, I could write more on that and their ethically debatable practices but that's not the point of this review. Finally, their district manager came out of the back on another issue and after confronting him about the situation, he assisted her with it until finally, I had to go. The phone works except for a glitch with dialing 411 (which I almost never do) and they said they'd call me when they found out what the issue was (they were on hold at the time with Verizon). I said that would be nice but, not surprisingly, they never called me back. They claimed it wasn't there fault but rather, the 'systems" that Verizon has and I don't doubt that. It was fun to watch their district manager get hung up on in the voice mail prompts when trying to get through to someone. Apparently, Verizon voice mail treats their employees like it treats their customers. Overall, I found the staff there to be lacking in basic customer service skills and didn't demonstrate any genuine empathy or concern for my situation. From listening to them chat among themselves for a total of 3 hours over two days, it seems all they're interested in is selling the most they can to anyone, regardless of whether that person really needs it. I rarely need to go to a Verizon store but wouldn't want to use this one again, even though it's very close to where I live. In a word, this place is "soulless." read more

I went into Verizon Go Wireless yesterday afternoon and was greeted by Ashton. Ashton helped me pick up my new pixel XL phone which I was really excited to get. Ashton reminded me that the only thing that I would have to pay for was the tax, silly me forgot that was the agreement that I made with the person that had helped me pick out the phone. Ashton was very calm and collected over my little spiel. The visit was most enjoyable we all laughed and carried on while he changed everything over from my old phone to the new phone. The customer service that I received from Ashton was over and above, the employees that were there were also awesome. We all just laughed and joked and it was a great experience. She gave us exact quotes for rnding our contract and we had her right it down, dates money quotes and etc. We then went to the REAL Verizon store a week later and we showed them the quotes she gave us.
