They are usually rude here. I have to come here often. For different reasons. I am in customer service myself as a Manager at Bank and I feel like the Manager here (I have spoken to him once or twice) he can do better when he himself addresses people. The last time I went in to return a broken charger the guy tried to exchange my same charger in new box w old one. I drove away and when my daughter opened she realized he placed used one in old box. When I drove back they were all calling him a rookie and it was like a joke. It wasn't to me. It's my time. I felt Like he did it intentionally to keep my new one. But whatever. I guess he didn't think we would notice. He had gotten the old one to work and perhaps thought we didn't need the new one. But it had been giving us issues and she was leaving out of the country and I didn't want to take the chance. read more

Unbelievable, Travis the manager lied to my wife and and I. He said he could lower my bill if I switch plans and if I add a line my bill would be the same as it is now. After I discovered that he was trying to sneak acceories on to my account by not revealing them as charges and trying to pass them off as perks or free accessories and he would just compensate me by backdating my account. All a lie. I came in 3 different times to ask about my bill and all 3 times he avoided talking to me sending his employees out with excuses every time. My bill is 60 dollars more and I have some Hum device that I told him I didn't want it, unless it lowered my bill. He lied right to my face. I have numerous whitness to prove it. read more

My family and I had a good experience when we came to the store to upgrade our phones. We were helped by Steven and he was very kind and professional from the very start. We were unsure if we wanted the s9 or the Pixel 2. I let him know that I wanted the phone mainly for the camera and he suggested the Pixel 2 which we were already leaning towards. He had great information on the phone and was not pushy at all. We ended up purchasing two screen protectors and an Otter box for my husband and he even gave us trade in credit for our old S7 which was great! However, she did not answer any of my questions regarding my bill, sped through any information she gave me, did not clarify each charge on my account like I repeatedly asked her to, and rushed me out the door while telling me I would have to call customer service. Obviously I came into the store because I wanted to be helped by an actual person and not an automated service, but I guess that was asking too much. Ashly didn't even TRY to help me or answer any of my questions. Overall, coming into this store was an absolute waste of my time and I will not be returning. I later discovered that the manager lied to my face. He told me that there were no better plans/deals to suit my needs and that I should just stick with what I have and not use so much data. Alright, here's the deal. The service is top notch when they want to sell you something. Once they have you, that's it, they don't give a s**t. Due to previous cell malfunction, I had to get a new phone. Since my wife and I were due for an upgrade, we took advantage of the two for one LG Spectrum deal. The phones are awesome...... BUT, when I plug in my cell at night, it auto shuts off when it fully charges. ALSO, when I am texting and I turn the cell on it's side, once every 10-20 times or so, I get an error message and i can't see what I am typing and it tells me to "force shut down". My wife's cell doesn't do that and it is the identical cell. I did what any consumer would do, I walked in to the store where I got it. NOW, everybody gives me the run around. Like they don't believe me or something. I told them, "there is something wrong with the phone" and they tell me that i have to reset it every month by taking out the battery while it's on. I told him that I've only had this cell for like 2 weeks and I shouldn't have to do all this resets. I told him I am tired of having all this problems and that i want a new cell (same model, just one that doesn't have all this problems). I'm afraid they are B.S.ing me around till the month passes by and they tell me I am stuck or that they can no longer exchange it. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone and now that I know how helpful they are NOT, I will tell everybody i know and if I see someone at a Kiosk or in front of a Verizon Wireless store, I will tell them my story. The salesman named Marc has kept several key pieces of information from us. 1. He signed us up with an Edge phone when he knew we wanted that line to assume liability. Afterwards, calling 611 we found out you cannot assume liability on an Edge phone account. 2. He offered to give us a military discount by using a spouse ID card. I checked with 611; this is not possible. He gave false information I think to just get me out of the store. 3. We received a $150 credit for porting over a number. Again, Marc knew we wanted to do the AOL. You cannot receive the $150 credit if you do AOL. You must wait for the credit to apply and then change. This credit will take 2-3 cycles. Regarding point 1: The AOL people told me I could return the phone, transfer the account, then buy back the same phone. I went back to the store. Marc did not want to do the return and instead suggested point 2 above. DO NOT DEAL WITH MARC at this location. He does not deserve your business with the way he operates. We should have gotten a clue when, as we were being helped, a couple walked in and Marc mumbled that that couple came in too often and should just go home. He is not service oriented. He only wants his commission and will lie outright to you. If his lies were out of ignorance, he made no effort to correct his mistakes. read more

Went in today to get help switching my old phone to my new phone that I recently purchased and I needed assistance transferring my information. I believe the guy who helped was a manager and he was rude from the beginning. Asked me to put in my Apple ID which wasn't working due to wrong password and he got impatient and told me I was putting in my password wrong cause it needed to have a capital letter in it which it did not. Then another employee yelled to him and he left with her to the back and without even acknowledging me or seeing I was done - which I wasn't even close - I stood there for about 10 minutes and he never came back, nobody even asked if I needed anything and so I grabbed my stuff and walked out and I have never felt so disrespected or felt like I was for even asking to help. Also when I told him I'm not buying anything extra for my phone his attitude completely changed to let's just get this over with. Very rude. Never going back. read more

Very disappointed with their customer service. I took my son's defective phone to the location I had purchased it only to have them tell me it was a defective battery and that I needed to purchase a new one for $39.95. The phone is still under warranty and less than a month old. Went to a different location where they immediately replaced it. I will never go back to this location. Where to begin? I went in to this Verizon store to have my phone looked at because it wasn't working at all. (Blank screen!) When I first arrived at the store I entered with a mask around my neck (the previous store did not enforce mask wearing) and I wasn't sure about this one. I asked the person in front of me (store manager I found out) if this was a mask-free store, jokingly. He did not respond back in a friendly manner to say the least. He then shamed the store next to them for not wearing masks, and was very visibly upset with me for not believing in wearing masks. I felt very uncomfortable and intimidated after speaking with him and asked to speak with someone else. (Note: This was after I put my mask on!) He said in a very loud voice and quite rudely, "You either talk to me or leave my store now!" I responded with, "I am not leaving because I need to get my phone fixed." He said it again, "You either talk with me I am the General Manager or leave my store!" I reiterated, "I would prefer to talk with someone else," and He said "If you don't leave now I am calling the cops!" What? For what? I then left and the door was shut as I was still standing there. I then reopened the door and asked for his name on a card and told him that I was going to turn him in. He still was yelling at me and a couple in the parking lot asked me what was going on! I started to explain what was happening and he came out and over talked me to the guy and I just left. I went next door and proceeded to let the manager next door at that store know about what happened and he knew right away who I was talking about! He said he saw him yelling at someone that same morning for similar reasons! He also said that he had others in his store tell him the same thing that he was mean and rude to them. I eventually drove across town to get my phone fixed! Javier (nice and normal manager) fixed it and was very nice to me. He told me to call corporate and to complain about how I was treated, which I did that day. I heard nothing back for 4 days. When they finally called me, they had already talked with the store manager and believed him over me! I told them everything that happened and they said he said I called him a blank blank blank?? What? He lied and lied about other things as well! They basically ended up doing a review and because of no audio found no fault with him. They basically did nothing! I will not be going to that store again. He should have been written up or fired in my opinion. Because no one came forward to say what he did he got off. I don't know what else I can do but I am here to tell my story as I see many others have done the same. Maybe someday there will be justice. Quite possibly the worst service I have ever encountered. I went to the store with a broken phone to hopefully get an upgrade since mine was due in two weeks anyways. Unfortunately they made sure to do absolutely nothing to help. Even after I spoke to corporate customer service who gave them the authorization to push the upgrade up two weeks they still refused. I had to order my new phone through the customer service lady I spoke to on the phone from inside the Verizon store (who was very helpful I might add) rather than just buy it from them. Unbelievably disappointed, don't waste your time or money at this location. There really didn't seem to be one person who knew anything about setting up a phone from a different country. They did give me a refund for my plan that I purchased. What a rip off!!! These are the worse people in the world. They are so rude in this location especially the guy name Chris or Christopher I think. About two months ago they sold me a life time/unlimited glass screen protection for my iPhone 6, I paid $80 and they said I can come at anytime to this location or with in this zip code (10 or 15 miles radius) and change it to a new glass screen protection whenever my screen cracks. They even got my phones serial number to make sure I do not bring in some other phone and claim it to be mine I guess. They also told me to keep the screen on the phone when it cracks and when I come in to change it they will take it off themselves ( which also will proof that I didn't lie that my screen is cracked) I thought that was very accusing and cheap, yet I said no problem I can do that. The guy also took my phone number, my address and my email to keep me on file. Wow! I said... this is a serious purchase. He said they need that to look me up when I come in next time to change my screen. So, 2 month passed and I came in today and I was told that I am saying ridiculous things and that I have to deal directly thru manufacture of the glass screen protection. They said: "we will not help you and you are not in our system and you should leave" I was shocked and was speechless about their customer service. In order to try to help me and see what else I can buy there to make them more money they basically kicked me out and I was very sad for people like this do exist. This business should not sell something to people by lying or by doing false advertising. Please be aware that anything they will try to sell to you has a hidden secret to it. I would like for this place to close down for such customer service. If they treat our town like this, we will all be always unhappy. I could go on about this, but I hope my point was clear and thumbs down all the way to the floor for the manager of this location for letting his/her employees treat the customers in such a horrible way and for doing false advertisement. So my wife's phone conveniently crapped out 2 days before before the "upgrade" date..good news right? Just go on down to the store and they should be able to do it 48 hours early. WRONG! I've been with Verizon since 1998 and some jerk manager at the store wouldn't do the upgrade 2 days early. In fact, it wasn't even 2 days, it was more like 32 hours. Not sure why, ended up going down to Best Buy and they went ahead and gladly did it for us. Wonder if the people at Verizon get commission for the sales of phones? Too bad for them! Wow what happened to Verizon customer service? I left about a year ago and after a year with another company I thought that leaving Verizon was a huge mistake. However I was ABSOLUTELY WRONG coming back was an even bigger mistake. Long story short there customer service is ATROCIOUS jump ship. Ever since coming back it's been one thing after another. Lied to by store manager never got the promotion when I signed up at the same time there other store kept calling me trying to incentivize me to open my account with them. Felt like I was at a 2 bit used car dealership. Without going into too much detail if you must know send me a message. This past weekend Financial Service and Retention gave me the run around. They pulled the old "bait and switch " I asked to be escalated and the manager sent me to a store that was closed after being on hold for 45 minutes. TWICE different managers. I asked to speak or get transferred to the Verizon Executive Relations the manager lost it went off and hung up on me. It's funny how they have a policy where they are allowed to record the conversation and us (the customer) are not allowed to. Too bad that that's there policy however I don't work for Verizon and recorded each and every call. I will be posting all over to expose what a disgusting experience with Verizon this past weekend was. July 10 update so far NO ONE HAS REACHED OUT TO ME. Not surprised. LIES AND COVER UPS. "Executives Relations Team" does not exist I have written in twice with Delivery Confirmation and yet nothing. They SUCK BIG BALLS. I walked to this store to get my second line, I have ATT but don't have a good reception at home, I get 2 bar sometimes 3. I told them the only reason I want o get the second line because I need full bar reception at my house. They checked my address and they said they have a full bar in my area. I got the line came home and no reception only one bar!!!! I went back they changed the SIM card and said it could be a Sim problem came home same thing. They will be friendly and eager to help you, however, once you sign up and your 14 days have past, don't expect any kind of customer service. Not sure what just happened here! I'm so confused as to what I just experienced walking in to Verizon. Frankly, I've been a huge advocate of Verizon and a client for 5 years now. I went in trying to get my wife to join on my line as she is with AT&T. First, he thinks he has the wrong person because he mistook my name for a girls name and then when he saw my last name he said "oh you have a crazy last name too". Whoa there CHRIS! Discrimination and judgmental mental much?! Unfortunately, their price is not only outrageous, but there's not really any advantage to doing a family plan other than saving a mere $5 a month, which represents barely any savings at all considering that the price of their phones are already through the roof and that their plans are also overpriced. Anyways, I'm not one to always look for a deal or to save money, I always go for quality over quantity! What I really wanted to highlight here is the poor experience walking into this "Corporate store". Not only was the associate rude, it was just an overall customer service nightmare from when we called on the phone for information all the way until we walked out of the door. I get it, you guys are the leader in wireless communication, but treating your customers like they're less than important and talking with a condescending tone will lead to your demise. I have to say that after shopping around, I understand why people switch to other carriers. People are tired being treated like numbers and having to deal with less than ordinary individuals working at a job that probably also treats them like numbers! I am making this review from a cellphone and so I don't want to make it too long, but I will say this: if you are obviously pregnant and have to use the ladies room in the middle of your transaction, you better learn how to hold it because they will NOT let you use their restrooms. Visited the store and experienced a long wait to discuss upgrading a phone. My husband and I both thought it was odd that a Spanish music station was blaring over the speakers the entire time. The salesperson was very "flat" and unhelpful. Obviously did not want to be there and not customer service friendly at all.
