I recommend anyone wanting to purchase a device or need assistance, go to this store. Nathaniel, the store manager was amazing and super helpful by taking on a problem created by the Burien store, who btw refused to fix the problem they created without my incurring additional fees, and making it right even when he or his store didn't benefit at all from it. His patience and clear communication made the situation so much better knowing he had my back and was going to do whatever needed to make sure the end result was that I felt satisfied. Awful, my husband and I bought two new iPhones, they were quick to tap our credit card for that, but then, in order to transfer my data to my new phone, they created so much problem ! I ended up walking out with a new phone that doesn't work for a month and the staff's comment was 'after you wait 30days, you can transfer all the data to your new phone.' Why do I need two phones and the brand new one I just bought doesn't even have any of my data in it ?! Absolutely worst customer service and scam. My husband and I wasted two hours there for nothing (but spent money and a new phone doesn't work). We have to deal with this again today with other store. Wish us luck. Verizon, awful! read more

Borderline theft/fraud. Sat down to discuss porting over service and adding a new line. Discussing the deal, I didn't like an aspect of it and chose not to go through with it. It was very clear as I was going to open a business account with 5 lines for 125 + extras/ month. 2 weeks later, after leaving the store with nothing I received a bill for a new account with 1 line for over 400 dollars primarily for some equipement that I never accepted or received. When calling verizon, it is impossible to get information since I never set up the account. Verizon fraud dept wants a police report. Police are hesitant because it is borderline civil. DO NOT give this place any information on you or they will set up an account and bill you for things they don't even give you. As others have mentioned, do not take their word for anything. This wasn't an innocent misunderstanding. It's flat out fraud. read more

Just had a horrible experience with the only lady (white, heavy set, middle aged) working in the store. I was the only person in the store. The lady began helping me then a couple walks in she begins speaking with them. She then informs me she will be helping the customer before me and it will be about 15-20min. I calmly said I was there first. How is it a customer in the store first gets less a priority than one after? well That's when things got pissy real quick. Terrible!!! I don't write reviews. But, when you have such a bad experience you need to share and let people know so they are aware. Last Oct 2021 I talked with Maddie at the Southcenter store to replace/upgrade 1 phone on a promotion. She reviewed my account and recommended upgrading all 3 on an unlimited plan. This included in her words $25.00 monthly loyalty credit. For the last year I've been waiting for them to correct my account and apply the $25 per month credit. She originally put me off for several months telling me it's handled. Then she realized she couldn't and then told me she never promised me the 25 credit. Complete lie! I talked with their district manager and they offered a one time credit that doesn't cover the contract period. Then they bailed and said i should talk with Verizon. I've been talking to Verizon and had a person that said they will get everything handled. He no longer works there with nothing being done. Starting from ground zero again. Talked to another person at verizon to get this going again and they said I need to go back to store that promised me the credit!!!!!!! WOW! I'm so frustrated. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! THEY WILL NOT SUPPORT OR FOLLOW UP ON THEIR ISSUES. read more

They quote one price, don't give you access to the terms of agreement that you sign, tell you to pay first and that the receipt will show show the promised discounts. I paid, got the receipt, and the discount was not what they told me it would be. The receipt identifies that some items are not refundable. After three hours of my time, I left there with the desired phone, not at all happy about the way they conduct business. BUYER BEWARE: this is NOT a Verizon store. They added fees as they went along. Great customer service!! I came in with a weird phone issue and they tried so hard to fix it even past closing. The manager was awesome as was the staff!! It was a few weeks ago so my memory sucks but the managers name I believe was Rav and I can not for the life of me remember the name of the young man that also helped but they made my day! We had a decent experience here until the bill came and the "free" Hum system I was given added a 4th line to my account. I was charged an activation fee for the new line of $40 (Verizon reimbursed me $40) and $120 for early termination of the new line (Verizon reimbursed me $60). NONE OF THIS WAS EXPLAINED BY THE SALES REP. He also said he was switching us to an unlimited data plan that would reduce our overall monthly costs (which he didn't even do, and when I called it didn't reduce our total, it raised it). Finally, he sneakily said my son and I could upgrade our phones free. So, since we were both near the end of our contracts, we did it. He didn't mention the taxes would be due at purchase. $300 worth of taxes! If you want to deal with a slimy car salesman, then go here. BOO! Total fraud. read more

Don't do it. Just go to the actual verizon store a block away! Salespeople at victra will be real friendly, offer you an amazing deal, later you will find out they straight up feed you BS. I came here to upgrade my phone. I was told I could get an upgrade (to an iphone 10) for $250 and no increase in monthly payments. I asked several times because this seemed unreal and the sales associate confirmed. Ultimately, I decided to get a second opinion. Next week, I went to the actual verizon store down the street. Apparently, this victra store misleads people like this all the time (the guy at verizon had heard this before). The Verizon sales rep told me that the offer was absolutely not real and there is a monthly payment that I would have noticed once I got my bill. Except it's an authorized retailer, so verizon wouldn't have been able to do anything about it. So I go back to the victra store and this same guy that told me the BS in the first place tries to pretend it was a "miscommunication." Really dude? Cause I asked you the same question several times and you confirmed no monthly payment several times, just the one time $250. Be warned. They will try to tell you that your bill will stay the same no matter what you buy. They'll try to pretend they are giving you some made-up discount or that your bill be reduced. It's not true. Just save yourself the headache, don't deal with these people. read more

Went into this location with just a question about my phone service, and the staff was very welcoming! They answered all my questions and made sure they gave me a free account analysis. Turns out I had promotions available that I could take advantage of! Walked out with a new iPad! The Manager, Rav, made sure everything was going well! The whole experience was very nice! read more
