Went in to turn in my trade-in phone. Simple. Straightforward. Checked in. 4 people in front of me…read more I wait about 5 min and someone else comes in, tells them her issue,and she gets seen right away. I wait 45 more min. Nothing. Everyone is getting helped, getting checked in on, getting updated on their issues. Me, nothing. I ended up getting on T-Mobile's AI assistant and was helped right away. Never going back in to the store. What a waste of time.

Countless hours spent on the phone, never actually getting the phones we had ordered and constantly being told we had to call someone else, Carlo was mysteriously unreachable, and to top it off we are getting bills for "monthly service" that we have never even fully activated. We are getting handed off every which direction, and I am regretting ever considering T-Mobile.

Avoid excess fees and additions that aren't asked for being charged! Review all charges before working with them and before paying for services you don't want. I found this location to be a sneaky little store that added a REDUX plan for my new upgraded phone WITHOUT agreement from me prior to the transaction taking place and final payment, REDUX costs $29.99. Although they got my old phone transferred to the new one within an hour and half, that also cost $39.99 which was not discussed prior to the completion, interesting right? There are about 10% of taxes included on both of those two transactions that had me out-of-pocket over $200 just based on those two "purchased" items. I was told my receipt would be emailed, but it was only my user agreements and payment plan for the new phone. I had to call the helpline in order to get my itemized receipt emailed to me, and upon review I found that REDUX was automatically included. Do better.

I literally drove out of my way to go to this location because it had good reviews. Five hours…read morelater, on a Saturday night, my $1300 phone has zero apps working. Won't connect to iCloud. I've followed every single direction and troubleshooting aspect the AT&T people have asked me to do. They have completely given up on helping me because it's difficult. They don't want to provide me any other resources. And apparently wasting numerous hours of my day is completely and utterly acceptable. Not to mention, the other unprofessionalism, the store associates had. Now apparently not only do I need to waste more hours, figuring out how to get this fixed, based upon their mistakes.... that they assured were not mistakes, but I have to walk around with two phones, no way to use either device out of my house. And waste numerous hours of my life without any compensation whatsoever.

Worst service I've had in many years. They replaced a screen on my phone but in less than a month…read morethe new screen started flickering and eventually died. I called this place and was told another screen was available. When I came, they said the screen they had was reserved for something else, blamed "a new guy" and told me to wait 3-5 days for the screen to arrive. A week later they told me the screen was in transit and to wait more. Another week later, they still don't have it and don't give any ETA. Their staff has been very condescending and rude. I don't usually write bad reviews, but this place is as bad as it gets.

I didn't check the reviews for this spot before bringing my son's Nintendo Switch Lite in,…read moreso I'm glad I didn't has as bad of an experience as others in the past. :( My six year old dropped his Switch Lite from playing with it in an area he shouldn't have been. Parents, I know y'all feel me. We've all been there. He cracked the LCD screen on the inside and it was all sorts of glitched and nearly impossible to play, and of course, our warranty didn't cover a drop situation. uBreakiFix is really the only place in the area I knew of that did repairs like this so I gave them a call and they were incredibly helpful over the phone. I set up an appointment online, brought the device in for a consult, and they let me know they'd order the part and it would be ready in about 4-5 days. Perfect! The 4th day hit and I gave them a call and they said they anticipated the part being in that day and then it would be a couple of hours to fix. Great. The 5th day rolled around with no call so I called again, and they said the part just arrived but it would "be a little while because it was a delicate fix and they didn't want to rush it." Another day passed... and another day... And finally around 4pm on the following day they let me know it was ready. They would be closed the following day after that so we had to wait another couple of days to pick it up. They also let me know on the phone that some sort of screw "basically disintegrated" during repair and that is was a "common problem" but it left a little gap on the side of my son's Switch. It doesn't affect the way the device works, but I just think if that's so common of a problem, why don't they have replacement screws to make up for that issue? Overall, my son's Switch is working perfectly now with a beautiful screen so he is happy and thankfully, not asking me every single day if it is done yet. Additionally, all of the employees we encountered over the phone or in person were really pleasant to deal with - I just think the communication should be a little bit more thorough if there are days on days of delays.
