They accidentally tore the wire to the facial ID camera. My fiancé goes to pick up her phone and they feed her with lies on why her facial ID doesn't work. "It's normal" & "that's what happens". Then they try to charge the full amount to fix the back camera. We refused to pay the full amount as they didn't fix the phone, but made it worse. We paid $60. Follow up to the next day: He calls my fiancé on his personal phone to tell her he lied about why the camera wasn't working. He admits to accidentally tearing the wire and that's why the camera won't work. He then offers to refund the $60 out of his pocket. He then proceeds to tell us he can fix the front camera but he's going to charge us $190. HE BROKE THE FRONT CAMERA. Why are we being charged to fix the phone HE BROKE. LIARS LIARS LIARS The manager of the store told me if I…read moreactivated my son's watch today, he had a $150 credit he would apply. It would come in the form of $10 per month for 15 months. I told him I didnt really need it for another 60 days or so, he told me the offer may not be around so I accepted it. Well, the paperwork had $10, he ensured me he just had to make a call to let them know it was a Verizon watch (I had just replaced my other sons watch) and it would make the credit $150. I told him I trusted him that he was being forthcoming and told him I wanted to wait for him to make the call. He acted like he did, leaving and coming back telling me I was all set, and the credit would show on the 2nd billing cycle. Well, it's never shown up, and on top of that Verizon charged me 300% more for the BS fees for a 19 day pro-rated month. 3 watches on the account, one has $1.79 fee, this one, $5.49. This was the case for all the different fees. So, the managers lies cost me $140 in credits for the watch, 2 months worth of service at $20 or so each, and Verizons rip off pro-rated fees for a total of $200 in added costs. They have told me 3 times they are making it right, but that doesn't happen.

I am impressed with how clean and organized you don't even need to go to the actual store when the kiosk is pretty much h a full store in a central location. I've dealt with this gentleman before, it's always been like dinner and a show. I drove from deep Camas, passing five other cell phone repair places specifically to interact with this human being. So if you want fast reasonably priced high-quality work with a touch of smarmy coparent, this is your spot. You can opt out of the coparent aspects, but it is pretty hilarious.
