Sometimes we are so quick to complain and write negative reviews, but don't take the time to share such positive experiences. I highly recommend Wireless World. Jose there is amazing to say the least. I went there with a smashed phone. I already knew the phone was smashed so bad that it wasn't going to be worth repairing. Jose went above and beyond to try to help me fix the phone so I could at least retrieve the pictures. He also gave me a very reasonable deal on a iPhone, tempered glass, screen, protector, and case. There's a new (and very fragile) connection to the iTouch / home button which is easy to break - which I did. I also managed to break the ribbon connection when trying to install the new battery. I went to the mall to see what my options were for a new iPhone. As luck would have it, I noticed The Fix which is near the SEARS entrance on the second floor. The gentleman was friendly and said he could repair the phone. I returned with the phone. Battery, screen, home button and a new glass protector installed in 15 minutes and for a very reasonable price. Very happy to have this service here. This was 4 days after I gave them my phone, and I just requested a total refund and went somewhere else. They clearly do not take the responsibility of handling my devices seriously.
