This program launched in 2016. Now, the T-Mobile Tuesdays app got updated to the T Life app. The app is free to download. On some Tuesdays, T-Mobile offers free physical items for customers to redeem via the app and pick up in-store. Some of those items are reusable tote, winter blanket, socks in honor of Pride Month, a notebook in honor of Black History Month, Halloween "Trick-or-Treat" bucket, and so much more. On April 21st, T-Mobile stores were stocked with free reusable bags perfect for groceries, beach days, or everyday use for T-Mobile customers to redeem. The bags feature a rectangular design with a zipper up top and a grass design around the entire bag and a big T-Mobile 'T' logo. I visited this T-Mobile store on Old Country Road in Westbury, NY. There are a few parking spots up front. I clicked redeem on the perk and it started the timer of 5 minutes for redemption. Staff were friendly and helpful. There are no handicapped parking spaces and ne wheelchair accessibility ramps to get from the parking lot up the curb for any of the stores in this tiny strip mall. Unless this is addressed, we will not be returning to this location.

I look on Yelp for phone screen repair and I found We Fix Phones. No appointment needed and was told I'd have the phone back within an hour. Located in a small strip mall, parking is tight. I walk in and speak with the manager. I voice my concerns, will the colors change on the phone? He said not to worry, the phone will look and perform like new again. I came back before heading home and my phone was ready. Sure enough, the glass looks amazing. Great job to the guys at We Fix Phones. It's been a week and there has been no color glitches or touch screen problems. The repair was under $100 bucks after tax. I want to call attention to the Senior Manager: Ms. Chiliyah Leak and Store Representative - "Deleon" - I found Ms. Leak to be incredibly helpful, polite and knowledgeable; Ms. Leak was able to direct her Employee - "Deleon" to organize a quick and appropriate fix to my issues. Employees at this Verizon location are pleasant and eager to assist all customers that walk in the door. I was incredibly impressed with how knowledgeable these folks were and how willing they were to assist. He recommended me going to a side location which made no sense. I should've known from his lackluster attitude that he truly did not want to be there, and the customer service provided reflected it. I went to another Verizon location and was serviced appropriately, physical SIM card and all. He sat closest to the door on Saturday, January 3rd. Don't waste your time here. Definitely not a good reflection of this company

The phone ended up not working fully. It can not receive calls even the customer service rep over the phone told him it may be a defective phone. He refused to provide his name because he started acting like a chick once he got on the phone with his boss saying I have an active phone so just come back at 8am and they can fix the problem. Meanwhile, I look on line now and they do not open until 10. Karma is real and he will realize it one day. I will post his name on the next review after we go back to that store with their broken phone.​

We met Yeris and she was a terrific customer service person. She was patient kind thorough and knowledgeable. She was a true joy and a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend that you pop in to see her if you are a T-Mobile customer and you need any assistance. We spent a significant amount of time in the store getting the phone and having the information transferred and she was provided complete customer service from start to finish.
