I got my new iPhone 7 plus from this store on December 2nd. Marshall worked with me nearly 2hours getting it up and running and teaching me some basics. He was courteous, knowledgeable and patient with me. They were very busy that day, with 5 guys working helping customers with a line of people waiting. I can definitely say the team here is amazing! Today Omar helped me set up my new iPhone. Unfortunately on the Verizon end there were difficulties with the swap of the phones. Omar exhausted all options that he could but they were unsuccessful. Due to this problem he had to call technical support. He patiently sat on hold with me for over an hour (due to high call volumes) and eventually talked with several individuals to help get the issue resolved. While waiting on hold, Omar and the team engaged in friendly conversation while continuously thanking me for my patience and understanding. After the initial transaction Omar helped me figure out how to set up my new Hulu account (through Verizon) as well as auto pay. He even helped with my screen protector! Thank you very much to the Verizon team of Yucca Valley and especially to Omar who was more than helpful and kind to me as I am a novice to contract phone companies. We went to Verizon store yesterday to purchase a phone. Our sales representative was Veronica. She was awesome. She made shopping for a new phone a pleasant experience. She also went out of her way to find any promotional deals that were available to us. Walked out the door with a phone and an iPad very satisfied. I'm not a tech savy kinda gal and waited till my phone was on its last bar (I dont like changes). I was greeted by Makayla who took the time and patience to show and explain the different phones to me. After deciding on a phone Makayla and Tyler worked togather to get the transaction thru unfortunantly the computer system kept going down but the two made it work. After goofing something up and runnung back to the store Makayla again greeted me with a smile and a solution. This has been the best phone buying experience I have ever had. read more

i bought my first iphone. the 11 pro max 512gb...i had trouble learning the phone and couldn't even connect it with my cars bluetooth. i just bought a tesla and i'm not very computer savvy. i was totally lost!!! i want to thank verizon go wireless. andrena help me set up my phone and even set up my bluetooth to the car. great customer service!!! i'm even thinking of getting a second iphone for my mom. once again, thank you! read more

The store went above and beyond to help me get upgraded (which was the cheapest option) when my phone suddenly quit on me and would not turn on its screen. The store itself is a small cozy shop and has devices missing from the floor ever so often as most Verizon stores do. I'm not sure how that works but I assume that they sell the devices or when they are broken by careless customers they have to get them replaced by the corporate office and the corporate office might only supply so many to restock the displays. The store is the only one for about 40 miles so it feels busy and rushed but that can't be helped when there is no other stores out in the general area. Unfortunately it was taxing to the workers and not that it helps having to deal with upset and upsetting customers all day. The store does the best with what it's got and that's more than I can say for a lot of places. Sometimes it may seem off putting if they work through a case in a few seconds and don't seem to give it much thought but usually they know the store and especially the product and have done this about 10 times already today and know what to look for. They are actually suprisingly quick despite having a line all the time, usually its cycling through people quickly though that being said phone issues are not ever a "quick fix" so don't expect to go in with a problem and not have to stay a while. The thing about this place is that they work with you and not against you to get you the help with your phone. That can't be said often. I admire that exceptional practice. None of the perceived issues I saw at the store were the fault of the staff, and all the staff did was work hard to get my phone in my hand. That's excellent service, if you have time to buy in person check out the store you won't be sorry. read more

The manager of this store is totally misleading. I was told I was due an upgrade for my cellular phone and was quoted a price for a new phone. I was not told there would be an extra cost from Verizon on my monthly bill. The customer service was non existent. My husband and I ended up having to contact Verizon direct to get my new phone that didnt work replaced and that was after several promises by the store Manager to sort things out for us. We find their practices to be unethical and appalling and totally recommend staying away from this particular store. read more
