Best RV Park in St. George area!…read more Sites are mostly level with large gravel. Sites are very well spaced out and deep! The noise level has greatly improved with the large retention walls on the side of i15. The resort is super clean! Free trash pick up, two dog parks, free doggy poop bags, daily propane fill up, and more. Laundry and bathrooms are very well kept. I haven't used the pool area but I always see staff cleaning and prepping the area. Baseball court, swings, and more are available! The prices are reasonable and what really makes it special is the staff! They are absolutely amazing, from Bree, Dillon, Kevin, Rosie, Marysa and Brevin, the truly take care of the resort and the guests. They've started with weekly events to bring people together, including weekly yoga, group cooking classes, poker night and more. Some are for the whole family and some just for adults.

The landscaping is beautiful. There seems to be a good sense of community. One perk they offer is pet services. They have a small store and nice laundry, showers & bathrooms. They also have a kids play scape, a dog play area, pickle ball courts and a pool. The pool is kind of small and always kids in it, so we didn't hang in that area. It would be a plus for people with kids, though! Very well maintained park! We brought our side by side and with our whole set up we were 75' long and they easily accommodated us in a pull through. You can drive on streets in your off roader from the park all the way to the trails and dunes. You do need to purchase a permit to off road, which you can do online before you arrive. They kept us up to date on different happenings through the week...a yoga class, a couple food trucks (which were delicious) and a derby party. Fun touches! We would definitely stay here again!

There's a path that winds through the park that takes you through the trees, past the flowers and the bushes. There are signs throughout that tell visitors what plants are in the area, so you can better identify what you're looking at. Even though it gets extremely hot in the summer, there's a good amount of shade, so this park can be enjoyed morning, noon and night.

There are lots of birds to see in the morning. It was nice to visit a park that doesn't have a bunch of hobos camping out, like many of the parks here in Southern Nevada nowadays.
