They had really great reviews to begin with for dealing with wedding dresses so I decided to give them a try. I coordinated to meet their expert tailor and she was fabulous and so helpful in customizing a look that would not diminish the overall look of the dress but just subtly tighten a mini strap at the back to shorten the length of my arm straps. It was tailored exactly as I hoped with minimal fuss and all the glory when I tried it back on. I was so happy with their tailoring g and cleaning of the dress before my wedding that I brought it back first them to have it cleaned and preserved for $350. It comes in a concealed and propped up box so that the dress maintains its quality over the years until I decide to use it again and/or maybe pass it down to my stepdaughter. La Buenísima used to be a solid, no-nonsense laundromat. The old PayRange digital payment system…read moreworked well, was efficient, and actually made doing laundry less painful. Then they "upgraded"... and managed to make everything worse. Now you have to physically swipe at every single machine, which is not only inconvenient but raises real concerns about card skimmers and my bank tests me about potential fraud given the number of duplicate transactions. That oversight alone is troubling in 2026, when secure, touchless payments already exist and were already working here. To make matters worse, the network is "out of range" or down at least half the time, forcing customers back to coins anyway. Yes, there's an ATM on site, which is nice but then what's the point of digital payment if it doesn't reliably work? And when you ask the staff on site you get an "I don't know" That's not convenience, that's backtracking. This is the textbook definition of if it's not broken, don't fix it. The old system worked. This one is clunky, unreliable, and feels like a step backward in both usability and security. I'll still come here if I have to, but the experience has gone from efficient to frustrating for no good reason. Please reconsider the payment system, because right now, it's the weakest part of the business. The free dry is awesome and the staff keep the place clean which is the only reason I give it two stars.
