BEFORE Cleaning 8'x2'6"..vibrant color
Darlene R A.

I have been going to this cleaners for 30 years I rarely go anymore except for alterations and specialty items that need dry cleaning. I brought in a 8 foot wool runner that I had cleaned here in the past. When I went in to pick it up on a Friday, the elderly lady told me that it was not ready because it was not "dry" yet. I just picked it up today. When I got home I laid down the runner it looked odd to me. hmmmmm...I measured the runner which was originally 8' x 2'6" and now it is 7'5" x 2'3" !! The length was 6" shorter and width was 3" narrower! Let alone the colors are now faded! This is a $250 runner they ruined!! So I took it back to complain and she blew me off saying it was an "old" rug and I only paid $35! Seriously? I paid the price they asked. I asked if they "steam" cleaned the rug instead of "dry" cleaning. She said it was put it in the dry clean machine...yeah right. If this was so, then the runner should easily have been ready when expected, not "still damp". Dry cleaning doesn't do "damp". "Steam" (also known as hot-water extraction) cleaning does damp. FYI: Dry cleaning a carpet or rug produces quick results, as the carpet is generally "dry" and back to normal in the cleaning process. Therefore, because there is no hot water used in the cleaning process, there is not concerns that in time the carpet/rug will begin to fade or shrink. Needless to say, like another reviewer mentioned this business was originally Country Cleaners who were amazing! Country Cleaners are who cleaned this runner in the past and did a fantastic job let alone charged me $10 less. Very sad that Country Cleaners built up an incredible reputation and these current owners seem to be trying their hardest to ruin it. All I know is they have lost another loyal customer and I will NEVER go back. Too bad.

Here's a polished review you can post:…read more Came here to wash an extra large comforter, pillowcases, and heavy bulky clothing. This laundromat was very clean, organized, and spotless. The machines worked great and the whole place was well maintained. Definitely a good place to do laundry -- I'll be coming back!

Then they "upgraded"... and managed to make everything worse. Now you have to physically swipe at every single machine, which is not only inconvenient but raises real concerns about card skimmers and my bank tests me about potential fraud given the number of duplicate transactions. That oversight alone is troubling in 2026, when secure, touchless payments already exist and were already working here. To make matters worse, the network is "out of range" or down at least half the time, forcing customers back to coins anyway. Yes, there's an ATM on site, which is nice but then what's the point of digital payment if it doesn't reliably work? And when you ask the staff on site you get an "I don't know" That's not convenience, that's backtracking. This is the textbook definition of if it's not broken, don't fix it. The old system worked. This one is clunky, unreliable, and feels like a step backward in both usability and security. I'll still come here if I have to, but the experience has gone from efficient to frustrating for no good reason. Please reconsider the payment system, because right now, it's the weakest part of the business. The free dry is awesome and the staff keep the place clean which is the only reason I give it two stars.

Best Laundry - I hope the manager calls me to address this issue!!

I've been coming to this laundromat for years, and watching it fall apart has been incredibly…read morefrustrating. The owner should be embarrassed by the condition of this place. Machine after machine is broken, yet the prices keep going up. How does that make any sense? Customers are expected to pay more while the equipment barely works. I've had to wash the same load multiple times because the machines didn't clean my clothes properly. Nobody should have to pay twice because the laundromat can't maintain its equipment. The worst part is that this isn't a new problem. These issues have been going on for a long time, and nothing gets fixed. It feels like the owner has completely given up on this location. For a laundromat that's open 24 hours and sits in a great location, the lack of care is unbelievable. Stop raising prices and start fixing the machines. Customers have been supporting this business for years, and this is what we get in return? Broken equipment, wasted money, and constant frustration. Do better. Right now, this place is a perfect example of how to run a once-good business into the ground. Fix the damn place. Give a shit about your business. Update: I appreciate the response, but I'm not reviewing your other 17 laundromats. I'm reviewing this location. As a concerned customer, my frustration comes from the fact that I actually want this laundromat to do well. This location is more convenient than most others in the area and, in my experience, feels safer than many alternatives. That's one of the reasons I've continued coming back over the years despite the ongoing issues. You can say your machines are 95% operational, that mechanics come multiple times a week, and that you're investing in improvements, but as a customer, that's simply not what I've experienced. I don't come here every week--I come once in a blue moon--and every time I return, I see many of the same issues. Broken machines, out-of-order signs, and equipment that doesn't perform as it should. What frustrates me is the disconnect between what you're describing and what customers actually see when they walk through the door. If this location is receiving constant maintenance and investment, it certainly isn't obvious from the customer side. I don't care how many stores you own. I care about the one I'm standing in. As a longtime customer, I can honestly say this location has declined over the years, and that's what my review reflects. If improvements are being made, that's great. But customers judge a laundromat by results, not promises. When I have to rewash clothes because a machine didn't do its job, or when I repeatedly find machines out of service months apart, it's hard to believe things are improving. This review wasn't written because I want to tear the business down. It was written because I'm disappointed. This laundromat has a great location, is open 24 hours, and has the potential to be one of the better options around. As a customer who would like to continue using it, I hope the changes you're talking about actually happen, because the condition of this location does not currently reflect the level of care described in your response.

Machines are broken or don't work properly. Of the 4 washers that I used, 2 did not perform…read moreeffectively. My clothes finished "washing" on a 4 and 6 load machine and the washer never pulled my conditioner and bleach. I asked the lady working here if they could restart my machine to manually add the bleach and conditioner- she said no because she can't, and she told me that's the reason we should be paying attention to our machines, and that we are responsible for adding water manually from the sink to the bleach and conditioner container for them to go through. She said that's why the signs are posted. No signs on this unit say such thing. Since she told me to add them and add water, I did so, and my clothes washed on the rinse mode and so never rinsed. All I wanted was for my machines to be restarted. Given that my clothes washed on the rinse mode, they didn't really rinse, i called the number and the person I spoke to said that he would have this fixed. Later on- While I was drying my clothes the lady came back and said she was told to start new washers for me free of charge, at this point my clothes that were not rinsed were being dried and I just needed to go because I have work to catch. I asked her if I could get my money back for those 2 machines and she said no, only 2 paid washers if I run my clothes again. I don't understand why someone is not here physically managing this place in case issues like this happen. I paid 7 dollars for a 6 load and 6 dollars for a 4 load- and I lost this money. Go elsewhere, my recommendation. If you do decide to come here, don't forget to bring a big cup to flush the bleach and conditioner manually in case your machine doesn't pull it properly during the cycle.
