The older ladies (my grandmas age) that work in alterations are extremely rude and lack customer service skills. I've been coming here for over a year and I just cannot deal with them anymore. Rude, condescending and verbally abusive and on top of price gouging for the smallest repairs that come out mediocre. The rest of the staff that wear the purple shirts are always nice, professional, and friendly. Until the Grandmas are let go or educated on proper customer service and attitudes they will continue to drive business away. For me, I can't deal with them anymore. They are outrageously expensive. $45 to shorten the hem of a simple skirt. They have a couple seamstresses. One is reasonable. The other is outrageously over the top. This should've cost $10. Im going elsewhere. read more

There is nothing upfront about their pricing. They will up-charge you $20+ per item and theres no indication when you drop it off. I always used to dread picking things up from here because the price was always over the top, literally 120+ dollars for 6 cotton/polyester items that did not require special treatment. On top of this we had garments damaged and stains left behind after cleaning, so the question becomes what am I paying for? Why am I going here? Same with the tailoring, I had pants hemmed here so short once that they were floating above my ankles with lazy, uneven stitching. So definitely dont do any alterations here either. Protip: walk in, grab the BOGO frozen yogurt coupon and walk out - thats all this place is good for. read more

My mom took her dress here to alter the length. They left it completely crooked, and shorter in the back, and longer in the front. The job done was awful and ruined an expensive dress. They got angry when we asked what could be done about the situation and the woman working began shouting. Very unprofessional. They gave me the money I paid to get it altered however my $300 dress is now ruined. Would not recommend. read more

I decided to give Kenn Cleaner a try to get my suit pants altered because it was too tight on the waist. Their prices is a little higher than the usual place I go to but I didn't like the work they recently did on my pants. My sister speaks highly about this place so I tried them out. I called ahead of time to get a quote and went the same day to drop off my pants. I found parking easily in the plaza this shop is in and there also destinated parking spot too. The employees are very nice and the lady who was going to tailor my pants was friendly. They said it will take a day and it was basically accurate. I called like 3 hours early on the pickup day to see if it was ready and I was told it was. I'm very happy with the work they did on my pants compared to the other place I went to. read more

Destroyed my mom's expensive dress. We took it to get tailored, left the bottom of the dress very CROOKED and inches too short. It was a reverse mullet on the dress (back too short front long). We took it back to show them and all they did was stretch the visible layer of the dress. The icing on the cake was the old lady tailor and the old man being obnoxiously angry and rude to my mom. They did say they would issue the refund which was $130. However, they could not pay her the cost of the dress. Will not be returning here. There's other shops that show way more kindness and won't ruin your clothing. read more

I really like their service, they don't ruin your clothes, always friendly and overall fair priced. Items are ready on time and there is always some sort of a special going on. To be honest it might be little pricey comparing to some other cleaners, however the quality of their work does justify the price. I believe they also have specials for police/firefighters uniforms cleaning. Kenn Cleaners are operating in this neighborhood for very long time. I had a very bad experience with them. Horrible customer service. I needed to clean my husband's t-shirts and they have charge me $55 for 2 T-Shirts saying that they are Branded T-shirts. On my question why is it so expensive he answered " We are cleaning the brand, not the T-Shirt ". One was a Gucci T-shirt the other one Dolce and Gabbana. You can see on the receipt that the Dolce Gabbana was more expensive then the Gucci. Attached you can see the Receipt. I highly recommend you to go to PRESTIGE DRY CLEANERS . I needed to get a dress cleaned for work and the place closest to my apartment said it would take 6 days to get back which seemed nuts. I decided instead to stop by here when I was in the area since they do same day cleaning if you drop off by 11. The dress was about $20 (they have coupons online so make sure to show those) but I got $3 off so it was in line with the price of other cleaners. I dropped off my dress around 10:45 and came back just after 5 and it was ready. Overall it seems like they did a good job cleaning it and I was very happy they could do it same day. Just make sure to drop if off by 11 if you want your clothes cleaned same day (the site said 1 but that seems outdated). I will be back next time I need something cleaned. read more

As a first responder sometimes my job gets tough, and things get torn. As a customer of this establishment i was disappointed to have a very important and time sensitive repair of my uniform not only late which wouldn't have been a big deal on its own, it happens. but done very poorly, with the hole not completely repaired. I stood around for almost 45 mins past when it was supposed to be finished with reassurance of the owner, just to find out the job I trusted them with not to be done. First off, service is top tier. Everyone is always friendly to talk to and, recently, instead of letting me have to make two trips, they offered to help me take my clothes to the car AND when he saw me struggling to hang the clothes in the car, he even showed me the better way to do it! They're also really fast to get the clothes cleaned and they add the plastic clip on the sleeves and the cardboard insert for the collar which no one does these days. Against my better judgment I went back, for dry cleaning this time. Same issue. The woman at the front desk told me each piece would be $6 and some change per item. I calculated about roughly $35 worth of dry cleaning. Reasonable. Go to pick it up, it's $50. What the hell. The woman ringing me out breaks down the pricing and I'm in disbelief that YET again this happened. that was a huge hit financially, if I was told the proper price it wouldn't have been an issue because I wouldn't have done all the pieces as I couldn't afford a $50 hit. Your employees don't know the prices. This is the LAST time I go here. I'm so angry. They change the prices once they've already done the service. It's wrong and not cool. If you want more money or decide the job should cost more call your clients before you do the damn work. It's ridiculous and wrong. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU PAY UPFRONT AND THEN PICK UP. Hi love this business! It's family owned, the family actually works there, they are nice they go out of their way for customers, they do a great job, they have an in-house alterations person. They're open seven days a week, they give you discounts on your cleaning if you were a consistent customer, there are not enough good things I can say about this business. That's comment is directed at the alterations. I have twice now have the experience in which the alterations person has tried to charge me $100 for shortening my garment by a couple of inches. I had some stains on a t-shirt took it to this cleaners and asked them specifically to see what they could do about getting the stains out didn't happen and all I got after I had to look and see they put a note on my shirt that said sorry they couldn't get the stains out but they charged me $6 to do that and then when I asked them about it she said well we could clean it again what's that going to do you couldn't get it out the first time you think it's going to happen and get it out the second time. read more

I've been a long time customer of this business. I dropped off 2 items for my wife for dry cleaning and just went to pick it up. The lady said $60. We were surprised by the price and asked why it was so much. She said one of the jackets is designer so we charge more. No one told me this when I dropped the items off!!! The lady behind the counter said oh we noticed it after you dropped it off and changed the order..... very unethical. You cannot change the price on someone without notifying them first. read more
