When I asked what I owed, he smiled and said, "I didn't do anything--no charge." I was honestly taken aback. You can approve or decline each individual item of work suggested. You can pay online and pick up your vehicle after hours utilizing the key lockbox. It really is an amazing service. After years of going to the Honda dealership for maintenance on a 2013 civic... I truly wish I knew of this place sooner.
