Not quite the warm hug of a family-owned neighborhood gem. I was concerned. Then the bowl arrived. Ordered the Vervacious Bowl (Large, obviously -- I refuse to learn). And I LOVED it. Generous toppings. Not a sprinkle situation. A commitment. Peanut butter and açaí together? That combo continues to be undefeated. Jordan & Pippen. PB & Açaí. Some partnerships just work. Happy to see Verve expanded to downtown Seattle from the Capitol Hill location. Verve is definitely my favorite place to go for a smoothie bowl. My favorite is the beast mode. I love how everything is vegan fresh and overall healthy. Your prices are a bit on the high side, but what do you expect for a downtown Seattle location? Service was very friendly. I honestly regret coming here. It was my first time, and when I walked in, no one greeted me or even acknowledged me. I stood there for a bit trying to figure out the menu and where to order, and when I finally asked someone if I could order, the employee with glasses looked super annoyed, like I was bothering her. I actually felt bad for asking. Then when I got my bowl, I asked if I could add coconut since it said it was a free topping, and again, same attitude, like I was a huge inconvenience. I still said thank you and wished her a good day, and she just completely ignored me. Not worth $15 for a just-okay bowl and that kind of service. Definitely won't be back. read more

I was a regular at Verve during my month in Seattle. The acai bowls are fantastic (my usual was the Uncrustabowl) and the service is friendly and fast! It's conveniently located near Pike Place, but away from the hustle and bustle. The place was usually pretty quiet. If you're looking for a great acai bowl, look no further! read more

My daughter is a SUCKER for a good smoothie/acai bowl spot, we walked in excited to get a nice smoothie. She ordered the tropic thunder, it didn't taste like much and was relatively bland. For the small amount we got, I would refrain from spending over 10 dollars in the future at this establishment. As soon as we walked through the door the atmosphere was depressing, we weren't greeted, the two girls working barely even acknowledged our existence. We stood in front of the counter for a while trying to order, and after being ignored we realized there was a self serve kiosk on the other side of the counter. Overall, this place has no flavor. If you're looking for a sweet treat to cool you down go to Jamba juice and pay the same 10 dollars on a smoothie twice the size and triple times more flavor. read more

I never write reviews but this was warranted.....Service was bad!!! Came in 10 mins before closing. She was upset that we decided to place an order even tho she said we could. She rolled her eyes at us several times. Many passive aggressive comments by the lady worker. She seemed like she was pressed for time to get out before the actual closing time. Then another worker came out and told us they usually stop taking orders after 5:45pm. My response was, you should have told us that before you took our order and payment. Closing was 6pm, we got there at 5:50pm. if you don't get there by 5:30pm. Don't bother! read more

Customer service is non existent and expect a tip. I'm unsure if there AC is broken but they have a big fan. Notice they have flies in their eating area and they do not do anything about it.im been more than three flies and more than three employees with no customers. It's just fancy yogurt. Delicious AF, pricey, worth it. It's a great stop for tourist cuz it's across the street from the market. It's cool.

When we walked in there was no one in the front counter area so I asked if they were open. They were open. I ordered the vervacious acai bowl and added coconut.
