When we arrived, the place was completely empty except for two workers. I was getting a pedicure and my sister was getting a builder gel set. I was seated first, and as soon as my sister was about to sit down, there was a literal ROACH crawling on the chair. She immediately pointed it out and said she couldn't sit there. The employee who was supposed to do my pedicure quickly picked it up and threw it away. Looking back, I honestly don't know why we didn't leave right then and there. We decided to stay, and they started working on my sister's nails while turning on the tub for my pedicure so my feet could soak. A few minutes later, another woman who I believe was the owner came in and started talking with the employee. They stood there chatting for about 15 minutes while I sat in the spa chair waiting. I kept looking over to see if someone was going to help me, but nobody did. Eventually I got fed up and stood up to leave. Only then did they finally acknowledge me and say they were ready to start. At that point, I was done waiting. Between finding a roach in the salon and being completely ignored while sitting there ready for service, this was a terrible experience. The cleanliness and customer service were both extremely disappointing, and I will not be returning.

My total was $125 & for the set I got it's not worth it. When I asked about pricing they proceed to act like they don't know English. Also the lady who did my manicure, saw the error she made & proceeded to let it be, she rushed my manicure because she wanted to eat her food. If that's the case I'm okay with waiting & having one person work on me. When the other lady finished my pedicure, that's when the sense of urgency kicked in for the 1st lady to stop eating & come charge me. I felt like she just told me a random number as my total, I asked for a break down of how they charge for future reference, and she once again proceeded to not know what I was saying. Not to mention the flower I received wasn't what I wanted, I showed her a reference & then she proceeded to place stickers on my nails. Not even hand painted. Who know how much she charged me for a sticker. I also asked if tip was included & she then demanded a tip. Horrible. Never coming back again. This place doesn't even deserve the 1star. My usual shop is currently moving and hopefully opening up soon again. Atleast there I can pay the decent price of $90 for both gel x for mani & pedi.

I ended up getting builder gel with cat-eye polish and paid $75, which I felt was reasonable for the service. The only downside was that the shape came out a little wonky on a few nails. Other than that, I really love how they turned out and was happy with my overall experience. I would definitely come back, especially for the builder gel and color selection.

Elizabeth the owner is the kindest person i've ever met in my life, she was soooo patient with my kids, she put a show on for them and even bought them dinner . The nail bar is nice and clean, they do nail services for kids as well and the nail techs are very kind. I really wanted to like this nail salon because it's family-owned and has so much potential. I…read morealways try to support small businesses, so it's disappointing that after my second visit I don't think I'll be able to come back. During my most recent appointment, I got a gel pedicure that took about two hours. I have acrylic on both of my big toes and I mentioned ahead of time that one of them was lifting slightly. I told the technician that if it needed to be replaced, I was completely okay with that. I chose a really pretty pink color, but unfortunately it turned out to be very sheer. By the time the service was finished, you could clearly see the acrylic lifting underneath, and one of the acrylics is slightly discolored, which shows through the polish. Because of that, I'm not comfortable wearing open-toed shoes. For $65 and two hours in the chair, I left feeling really disappointed. My first visit also had some issues. I asked for Gel-X, and it seemed like it might have been the first time the technician had done that service. The nails were all slightly different shapes, and when I got home I realized a topcoat was missed on my thumb. I ended up walking around for three weeks with one nail looking different from the rest. At the time, I assumed it was just a fluke since it was Valentine's Day and the salon was very busy with kids running around in the lobby. I truly wanted this place to work out and gave it a second chance, but unfortunately my experiences haven't been consistent. I hope they continue to grow and improve because the salon really does have potential.
