She was intentional with making my acrylic nails last long and in the process of making the acrylic, she made sure I felt comfortable since the chemical drying can make your finger feel hot. My appointment was at 4pm and walked in at 3:53pm. Once I arrived, Carol told me it would just be a few minutes. However, she had just sat another girl at her station. I was very patient waiting on Carol but once 4:30pm hit, I asked Carol how much longer it would take because I literally had an appointment at 4pm. Her reply was "Oh yeah sorry but she came first" even though I HAD AN APPOINTMENT! I was so extremely annoyed. In my eyes, that was unprofessional. I would have preferred for Carol to be honest and turn away my appointment from the very beginning rather than have me wait. And waiting was not the issue, it was the principle of Carol not honoring my appointment. I got there on time, I wasn't late, so Carol could've taken me in first. But oh well, they lost my business! This negative experience led me to find a new nail salon who honor my business/appointments and they do an amazing job.

She always creates such a fun, friendly, and chill vibe that I always look forward to seeing her every time! She has been my go to nail artist for over a year now. I love her attention to detail and the her willingness to pivot if needed (which hardly happens!) so much as well. It truly makes me feel like she cares about the clients' happiness unlike those other nail artists who tend to rush you. I used to have anxiety from getting my nails done because my hands tend to be very shaky but she is kind, patient, and understanding when working on me. I once ended up ripping my whole pinky nail off (eww I know) but Cat was super reassuring and provided nail growth tips to guide me through the healing process ! She's also transitioned me from acrylic to builder gel and I swear I'm never going back. My nails have never felt more healthy and my lungs are happy to not be breathing in those fumes anymore lol Her style is super versatile and I've never left disappointed. I used to stick to very basic designs (as you can see in the pics) and now I'm much more open to more fun design styles. Regardless, her knowledge and experience in different nail application techniques as well as design and artwork is what keeps me coming back. I truly love that I've found someone so trust worthy and patient who's guided me through my nail glow up journey!
