The gentleman who originally assisted me via Yelp was very quick to respond and gave clear and precise information. Although it took me a while to make a decision, I eventually contacted him several months later to get the process started. His quote to me was very competitive, and even a little bit better, than other companies. And to make it even better, he included free pickup and delivery. We agreed on a pick-up time, and he was here on time with plenty of options for me to choose from as far as the material to be used. He quoted a drop off time of completion, and met that on time! I reached out to Furniture & Repairs for a couple or recliners that my grandmother needed repaired. They were quick with a response through Yelp and even followed up with me directly before reaching out to my grandmother. Not only were they thorough in explaining the estimate and repair process, they followed up multiple times to try and schedule an appointment -- only wish grandma would have put in her hearing aids a little sooner to answer their calls! Ultimately, she decided that purchasing a new vinyl recliner might be more frugal but is looking forward to having them come out and repair a leather recliner once she's got her new furniture delivered.
