When I returned, I was charged about $200 and told there were no notes indicating the pin removal was covered. A different doctor performed the procedure, which may have contributed to the charge. I expected to pay for anesthesia and medication, but not the additional fee. I paid it, and lesson learned: keep your paperwork. Aside from this issue, the staff were caring, professional, and provided excellent care for my cat. It seemed like a communication issue, but overall I had a positive experience. My first green flag was seeing multiple pets being cared for behind the front desk, literally hanging out freely instead of being locked in cages, I absolutely LOVED THAT!! There are no appointments, you just wait your turn. I've been there four times, and only once did I wait for my turn about 15-20 minutes. Every other visit was less than 5 minutes. The clinic looks like a house from the outside, so parking is limited, but even then I only had to wait about 10 minutes once. I took my 7-year-old pittie because he was bleeding while peeing. They ran different tests, diagnosed him with an enlarged prostate, and recommended surgery (neutering). It's now been 11 days since he got surgery at El Club de Nana, his stitches are out, the bleeding is completely gone, and he's happier and has so much more energy. From the bottom of my heart, thank you to the doctors Lulu and Francisco, and the staff at Club de Nana. I have my healthy, happy boy back, and I couldn't be more grateful .

We bring her and front desk told us she'll possibly be done by 3pm. We get a call that there were other pets that had emergencies. We completely understand, but now she'd be done or out by 6-7pm. This entire process took us 12 hours. While her being under anesthesia would be the best outcome for a dog since they wouldn't be moving, they did not care AT ALL about her quicks. I understand that vets/vet techs are challenged with dark nails. But nails were shaven down extremely too short and uneven. She bled on all her nails. It sucks for those who also had a bad experience, everything in front desk felt absolutely rushed. We were speaking to too many different people at a time. Im also unsure if they treated her well during her dental cleaning if this is what her nails look like. I haven't gotten to look at her teeth yet since she's been exhausted after her appt yesterday. I did not actually meet the vet which I thought was a little strange. They took my dog to a back room and did the biopsy. I was in and our in under 1.5 hours and they were able to vaccinate my dog too since he was due for one. They called me with the results in less than a week and they also emailed the report to me. Luckily, no treatment is necessary. I will be back to this place if the need arises.

I paid $160USD for the initial visit which covered the check-up, x-rays, and medications. Extremely affordable and fair pricing. My dog already had stitches on her cheek from another incident and the doctor offered to take them out at a later date. I went back a week after and they didn't charge me anything. She got her stitches at another vet in Poway (we paid $1100 for that visit, NEVER AGAIN). I can't recommend this place enough. Will definitely be bringing my puppies here for any veterinarian needs.

Left the clinic around 5:15 pm and areived at Otay Ranch via 125 around 7:15pm. Young vet spoke great English and exlained everything thoroughly. Paid $200 deposit and remaining $ paid at pick-up. They also groomed my pet with little boss, free of charge. They said they donit as part of their service since some dogs get blood on their faces so they want them clean when picking up. The vet called me to let me know that she wasn't too happy about having her blood taken, because she tried to scratch him. I was kept up to date with videos and messages, and she was ultimately diagnosed with hypothyroidism, and I have a prescription to (hopefully) get filled tomorrow. She has to go back in 30 days for a bloodwork recheck, and at the same time, I'll have her evaluated for her dental. The entire bill came to $285, which included the $10 transport fee, and $25 consultation, which over here, would have been double, if not more.
