Dr. Miller spent that hour combing through vet records, establishing a timeline on her heart issues, calling other vets for bloodwork records, asking me detailed questions -- all while in the room with me -- and ultimately, helped me navigate an end-of-life choice for my sweet girl (with tears streaming down my face). I prayed to god the night before for wise counsel, and the Lord sent it to me via Dr. Miller. I felt bad for taking up so much of his time when there were other families waiting in rooms, but I needed the generous gift of Dr. Miller's time to navigate the difficult choice of ending Apple's life, the compassion he showed me (never abandoning me) while making it. When you enter BluePearl, a triage nurse meets you at the door to sweep your fur baby up, immediately start taking vitals, and get their arms around the situation. They send you to a room to wait. Yes, you wait. But while you're waiting, they are gathering information so that when it comes your time to see the vet, it's not a 5min swoop in and out, they spend time to walk you through observations, gather more details, and help you navigate difficult conversations if end-of-life is required. This is exactly what you want in an emergency vet.

We were told to call a number to speak to a toxicologist and get a case number. We then had to wait for hours, were given minimal information, and we never spoke to a doctor. We were told eventually to go somewhere else--it had already been hours since the medicine was ingested. Eventually one dog was taken back because we insisted they induce vomiting. No vitals were taken for any of the other dogs and the technicians seemed mostly concerned with costs. We would not recommend this "emergency" pet hospital and will not be returning.

I cannot recommend Valley Ranch Pet Clinic enough! We recently had a dental procedure done for my…read moredog, and the experience exceeded every expectation. First, the cost was unbelievable in the best way. The procedure ended up being literally one-tenth of what another vet had quoted me. I was honestly shocked -- but even more impressed that the quality of care was absolutely top-tier. Affordable and exceptional is rare to find. Dr. Garcia was amazing. She is cool, funny, and incredibly good at what she does. She made me feel completely at ease, explained everything clearly, and treated my dog like her own. You can tell she truly loves what she does. The best part? My dog ate the same night after her dental procedure -- which is huge -- and she didn't cough even once. That alone told me she was comfortable and well cared for. Seeing her recover so smoothly gave me so much peace of mind. If you're looking for a vet that combines skill, personality, compassion, and fair pricing, Valley Ranch Pet Clinic is the place to go. Dr. Garcia and the team are simply outstanding. Thank you for taking such incredible care of my girl!

Almost everything is practically double per line item in comparison to local vets (please note service dates as one is from 2021). They also quoted me $850+ for dentals. This is absolutely not what I was expecting price-wise based on reviews but it's my fault for not confirming beforehand. If you want a nice doctor that will take care of your pet this is the place but don't go in expecting affordability.

I would not recommend the veterinary services at Community Outreach. We brought both of our dogs in…read morefor cytopoint injections and wanted to discuss prescription dog food. We were told by the tech that each dog needed a separate vet visit, costing us $50 per dog. During the appointment, the vet discussed the prescription diet with us and stated he would prescribe it. However, when we later contacted the office to obtain the prescription, the experience with the front desk was extremely unprofessional and frustrating. I then received an email from the clinician stating that only one of my dogs had the prescription diet documented in the chart notes, but that the prescription "should be enough" to cover food for both dogs. Despite the fact that we paid for two separate vet visits, they refused to provide a second prescription for our other dog. The office then tried to justify this by saying the second dog had an ear infection and therefore "needed" the appointment anyway. The ear issue was simply an incidental finding and not the reason for our visit. We came in for prescription diet management, paid two exam fees as instructed, and still did not receive appropriate prescriptions for both dogs. This felt incredibly dishonest and like we were charged unnecessary fees without receiving the service we were told would be provided. Our pets are family, and it's disappointing to feel like profit mattered more than proper care or customer service. I highly advise pet owners to look elsewhere for veterinary care.

PET Boarding: Not the cats meow! Was quoted over the phone a…read morepickup day and when arrived, that day was a national holiday = paid extra. My quote on location included a $80 "well visit" by a VET, never mentioned to me at making the booking. I was hours away from a flight and trapped = had to sign a bill acceptance with the added fee. Predatory practice, clear and simple. When I came to pick up pets (2) they claimed one "attacked" them before being placed in a car carrier. I went back to see this smelling, small space they had boarded my pets and understood abuse. This same pet has boarded 2X previously with never a report of aggression. Clearly diminished level of service and desperation to add fees to a bill that was already overpriced for a national holiday date added. I suggest any pet owner use TCAP services, as they are trained VETS and fair in their pricing.

Animal Medical Center has been our doctor for the last 4 years and they know my dogs history - but as other reviewers have recently shared, it's obvious this practice is now driving at profit over people and pets. I'm extremely disappointed with the service--or lack thereof--at this veterinary clinic. When my dog was clearly in distress and needed attention, I was turned away without the basic evaluation I was asking for due to a missed vaccination. I informed the vet to check my dogs medical history; he is a highly allergic Boston Terrier with multiple documented accounts of severe anaphylaxis in response to some, not all, vaccinations. This particular vaccination he needed is one that had been administered in the past and nearly killed my dog back in 2021. He survived but was hospitalized twice in five days, and barely recovered. There was no compassion, no sense of urgency, and no attempt to refer me elsewhere. As a dog Mom, I rely on my vets not only for medical expertise but for understanding, empathy and responsiveness in critical moments. Unfortunately, that was completely lacking here. I won't return to this office and I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone who wants their pet treated with the humane, loving care and respect they deserve.
