The calcium buildup on our pool and spa had gotten really bad. We contacted Veteran Tile and got a firm quote. We made an appointment and they came at the scheduled time and started the drain. We did opt for a cleaning, full drain, and tile coating at the end. Our pool looks as good as the first day of use. There is not a spot of calcium anywhere. So glad I used Veteran Tile. Today my neighbor had there pool cleaned by Brandon from Veteran Tile. I had no reason to know this or care but I was inside my house noticing a bad smell in my laundry room. I just happened to get a package and went out to get it and noticed a man waking onto my front yard property and he was checking his tube that he had hooked up to a drain outside my house! Now I'm not the one getting any service I am the neighbor. I went outside to ask what he was doing because I had no knowledge he had opened my drain and was dumping in it. 100% caused the smell in my house. He states that he is finished and my neighbor didn't have drains. This isn't true and every house In our neighborhood has drains. I was upset because he had come on my property opened my drain and was dumping into it without any logical reason to do this. He then tells me he has legal right to do this, he's finished anyways and people need to share. Calls me emotional and miserable after telling me I was wrong for being mad. I contacted my neighbor to get the company name and who did the service for this review. When she found out what happened she was amazed and told me he didn't even ask her where her drains were and we found them no problem right where they are normally. I was home all day no one tried to ask if it would be fine to come on my property. Someone needs to talk to Brandon about ethics and to talk to his customers before just going onto others property causing issues with their plumbing and I didn't even knowing why. They did a marvelous job getting the calcium ring around the pool tile to disappear. Also, they redid my crumbling deck and made it a brand new fabulous cool decking! They did an outstanding job. read more

After being told by another company that they wouldn't even come out to repair my water feature, Veteran stepped up and said they would at least take a look and let me know what was possible. They discovered they could remove the stains on the rocks, but doing so would damage the grout. Knowing my alternative would be to have the entire feature re-rocked, they took the time to show me the outcome and explain the risks so I could make an informed decision. Thanks to their honesty and clear communication, I chose to have just the back section redone They were punctual, professional, and kept me updated every step of the way. Their integrity is above reproach! If you have a pool or water feature, it's not a matter of if it will need service, but when -- and Veteran will be my go-to in the future. read more
