Ryan from Blue Lagoon did a fantastic job on my pool cleaning job. He and the Blue Lagoon team were good communicators; letting me know when work was going to start as well as when work was to be completed and updated me during repairs. He educated me on how to reduce the water level in the pool during heavy rainstorms with the pool equipment so I could avoid any damage during future rainstorms. Ryan was able to clean my tile on my spa spillover as we thought the tile might have to be replaced. I am incredibly happy with the results, and the excellent job Ryan did. Re-plastering of pool resurface was done with exceptional quality as well as done on schedule.

This company has cleaned our pool for 4 years. They have a tendency to try to up charge and sell things that are not needed. (Get a second opinion if you use this company). In March the pool turned green. A second person from the company came to check on it and told us their weekly person was responsible for creating the problem and that it was not the only green pool on that employee's route. He said he would go back and report to management and request they come see it. They never showed up to look at it Our pool was still green for 2 more weeks and when we respectfully asked the pool person how and when they would fix it, he refused to do a chemical read and left the property. The second person with him apologized for the man's behavior and finished skimming the pool. We found out it was the son of the owner that was poorly maintaining the pool and refused to do the chemicals. Another week later, over 6 weeks with a green pool the company sent an email saying they would not be back but kept our monthly payment. We now have to pay for a pool startup, which is fully due to Blue Lagoon. We are grateful to have found a new company with integrity, kindness and a work ethic for the same cost. Beware of this company. read more

Blue Lagoon was recommended in a Facebook group when I had drained my pool and found cracks. I checked BBB and ROC, discovered excellent reputation, and called for estimate. The pool required resurfacing due to its age and condition. From start to finish 2 weeks, as promised, and we're back to swimming again. Nothing ever goes according to plan, as we all know. But hiccups along the way were dealt with in a timely, professional manner which kept things on schedule. Pool is beautiful! All in all, highly recommend! read more

I do NOT recommend this pool service. They were charging me $120.00 per visit and required that my service was WEEKLY! That's between $480 and $600/Mo to brush and skim my pool. MANY visits they were here for less than 10 minutes and when they left, I still had to go behind and scrub away visible Algae. I asked them to at reduce the billing amount and they terminated my service instead. I would avoid this company all together. read more

They've been great to us! Always reliable & very fair pricing. We've had almost everything needing replaced within this last year (due to age of equipment)... filter, pump & vacuum all went out. Derwin & his team were on it promptly and had everything fixed and good as new in no time. After calling to initiate service, Dwayne was out at my house the next day to give an estimate. Nice guy - so we went with them, as others in the neighborhood had recommended him. Our previous pool company had not kept up during the storms, and the pool didn't look great. Dwayne said he'd have it looking great after the next service. Unfortunately, the pool ended up green. It didn't look better. They recommended we drain. We did. And power washed. And then we filled the pool up and the creepy wasn't working. Called and we were told somebody would be out. That was a Wednesday. On Friday our regular service guy came out, added chemical , still no circulation- he said Dwayne would be out. A week later, still no Dwayne. He came the following Friday and told us now our filters needed to replaced - nine days after we had refilled the pool. The weights were moved on the creepy, so at this point it was just laying on its side. It was just a mess. Poor customer service. When I would call, they respond back in 48 hours via text. If your service is on Friday, they close at noon. If you have a problem, don't expect to hear from anyone by Tuesday afternoon at the earliest. Super disappointed with this company. read more
