I'd get the sandwich and fries again, but I'd skip the cheddar bites and try something else on the menu. While eating, I found I needed some extra sauce and I was able to go up to the front cashier and get it no problem. I can't believe what Chipotle is doing to its customers, and I can't believe that the customer service employees answering emails don't care about the customers. None of the people I sent the emails care about the loyal, long-time, rewards customers.
