BEWARE: THESE PEOPLE CLAIM TO PROVIDE RELIABLE CLEANING YEAR ROUND WHEN IN TRUTH THEY HAVE NO PLAN…read moreWHEN IT COMES TO SNOW. I also will note ahead of time also that while their website claims they pick up both dog and cat poop, I had several occasions where obvious piles of cat poop were left in the yard while the dog poop was picked. We employed this service since last summer and initially did not have problems. Starting in January when snow started to fall, as it does every year in Ohio, we started to get nervous about the quality of the cleaning. I came home one Wednesday, our service day was always Wednesday, to find that the yard had been serviced however one large pile that looked as if it had been stepped in and smeared in the snow was left. Upon further inspection it was apparent that other poops had been left under a fresh snowfall that had occurred earlier that Wednesday morning. We contacted PoopPros to inquire what the plan was to clean during snowfalls because when we first inquired about the service in winter, we were told with pride that PoopPros have even "chiselled poop out of ice!", so it was disappointing to see that we had literally been charged for them to come out and pick up only visible poop, which was from that very morning, deposited in the yard between the early morning snowfall and their tech's arrival. We wanted to cancel the service because the whole point is not to have poop rotting, wet, on the grass, under snow. The next week, we specifically reached out prior to service and told the tech that there were many poops in the yard both from the previous week as well as what had been left over the next week. We got no response. The servicing was done, collecting again only visible poops. At this point, we have basically two weeks worth of poops in and under snow in our yard even though we PAY a service for the expectation that THEY gave that our yard would be clean year round. Now come to Wednesday before last, there was a polar vortex with extreme temperatures. We received a text saying they would not be out to service for the week. Understandable. What was not understandable is that they did not warn that they would not be coming this past Wednesday to make up for that missed week. PoopPros claim that because we cancelled service after January and that Wednesday was the last Wednesday of that month, that they are not coming out and we would get a check for that cancelled service. They feel no obligation to clean all of the poops left in the yard, of which there are at least 30-40, I have pictures. These are all poops left in the yard throughout the month of January, when they WERE employed to clean the yard, but did not. They did not ever say that they did not intend to make up the week cancelled until we complained again when we came back from travelling this past Wednesday to find the yard a defrosted poop filled wreck. Additionally, they backtracked on the previous credit offered stating it would be offered only if we continue to employ the service. After the condition of the yard by the end of January, will be shown in photos, I had no intention whatsoever of employing this service during snow months. I was open to signing back up for warm weather months until I saw just how much back tracking they did and still left us with a yard absolutely full of poop that we had to clean our selves. So, to total the first snow month and last month utilizing this service that proudly claims to be year round: We are left with a yard full of poop we paid them not to pick up for an entire month as they only pick visible poops and do not chisel anything. We were offered a credit for previous issues then it was snatched back in an attempt to strong arm us into maintaining this business relationship. They cancelled our last week of service with no intention or communication concerning our previously and loudly voiced complaints about the condition of the yard. They are fine with the 100$ they collected over the course of January to literally pull maybe 10 poops leaving 40. DISHONEST COMPANY.

I was surprised to go on to the camera to find there was at least 50 dogs in a small area that only had concrete (no turf or beds) and no toys. I saw one bowl of water. There was nothing for the dogs to do except walk in circles and follow the sitters around. They called and said "your dog is exhibiting signs of anxiety" when all he really wants to do is play like a normal dog. They also said "he has a prey drive and goes after small dogs" which i know isn't true because he does not care about other dogs. After trialing today, i can confidently say this place just wants your money and for your dogs to be okay with walking around in circles and not trying to play with other dogs or much of anything. I don't think this place is ethical and would honestly think your dog would be happier at home in his/her crate.

Kristina, the owner, turned cold and after I surrendered them and never kept any of the promises she made to me about keeping me updated on their progress. The older dog had to be euthanized this past April, and no one bothered to let me know. When I emailed her, Kristina ignored me until I posted something on their Facebook page. She accused me of being an animal abuser and that my dog was so sick when she came back to them that they couldn't save her life. She could, of course, adopt her out for some more money knowing she was sick. I treated those dogs like they were my children and she knew that. My vet was made aware of concerns I had and told me everything was fine and it was just normal with a dog her age, but nothing to worry about. She had vet records that I gave her showing they got regular checkups, yet she still accused me of neglecting them. I'll post her email to me below. I was already feeling incredibly guilty for surrendering them and grieving for my dog that was euthanized and she decided to send me this email: "(my name) ,      I don't think you realize how bad (older dog) was when you gave her back to us. She was emaciated and was in dire need of a dental, her teeth were extremely bad and completely infected. This was very painful for (older dog) but apparently you didn't notice. Her eyes required surgery to save her eyesight but that was overlooked as well.        (older dog) was an older dog and should have had a dental cleaning while in your care. We did a dental but her health was already failing.   The result was a very sick dog that couldn't fight back; her poor kidneys were shot due to the neglect and infection ravaged her body.       The last few weeks of her life her adopted mom spent $5000 and Marilyn's Voice spent $4000 to try to save her life when the adopter ran out of money. Both the new adopter and Cheryl held her and sobbed when she passed. They are both still devastated.   In terms of why we didn't contact you; you relinquished all rights the day you signed her back to us. You sent (older dog) back to us in horrible shape. You didn't see how this poor dog struggled at the end, it was Marilyn's Voice that was there for her!  For you to post such lies on Facebook  is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.   (younger dog) has been adopted and is very happy. I suppose you have forgotten about how we helped you keep (younger dog) when you divorced your ex.   You are ungrateful and should be ashamed.  Please don't aquire more animals, it is clear they are no longer priority in your life." Now everyone can see what kind of person she is. She will kick you when you're down and blame you for things you had no control over. I also posted something on their Facebook page about how devastated I was a out my dog being euthanized and I included a photo collage to show my dog was loved and Kristina deleted it. She also deleted my review on their page. I took screenshot of everything and will post them here. So people that didn't know my dog could grieve for her, but I couldn't. And she's dragging my name through the mud because I trusted what my vet was telling me. I hope others see this and can avoid the pain and heartache of dealing with Kristina and Marylin's Voice.

We had followed our Veteranarian 's instructions with this indoor cat. But agreed to meet the agency's requirements. They told us that if we would get the immunizations done and have the cat, who is healthy by the way, certified by the Vet they would approve our application. At the very end, they said it didn't matter that we brought the vaccines up to date as requested. We were disqualified because we had not had yearly exams done prior to our application. I offered that we had no way of knowing what their requirements were before we made the application. How could we?? I suggested that what mattered was that we immediately had all the vaccines administered and a health exam done. The puppy would not be brought into an unhealthy situation. They went back on their word. I would not recommend doing business with them. Besides, they gave us a "creepy" feeling right from the start. If you want to adopt, go to your local shelter or rescue- not to one of these kinds of places. They even had a puppy there that had very cloudy eyes(like it had cataracts). Stay way!!! Update: two weeks later we went to the Lake County Shelter and left with a sweet little chihuahua puppy who now has a loving forever home. And we were not grilled like felony suspects or treated with disrespect. It was a great experience. And now "Leo" has a home.

I saw firsthand dogs that were incredibly stressed from being in a traditional kennel environment and it broke my heart. FlipFlop® is the perfect solution.
