I went back inside and simply asked if it could be heated up. Instead of receiving good customer service, the cashier had a terrible attitude. To make matters worse, they took the sandwich to the back and microwaved it after I had already taken a bite. The food quality has noticeably gone downhill lately. I've had several meals recently that were served cold, but I kept giving this location another chance because of how much I've always enjoyed it. This visit was the final straw. I'm truly disappointed because this used to be one of my favorite places. I hope management takes the time to address both the decline in food quality and the customer service, because this restaurant deserves better than what I experienced today.
