My wife and I have been wanting to try this place for a while but never got to it. We had family in town and couldn't get out to eat until 10PM. There are is shockingly small number of places to get food in Utah County after 10PM that aren't fast food and let me tell you - Via 313 may be the best option I know of. The place wasn't completely empty but on a Friday night at 10PM, we were seated very quickly. The place was clean and the staff very friendly. We tried their house root beer which was delicious, the beet salad (which was good but not great), the cheese sticks appetizer which were a hit, and two pizzas: the bobo Brazil (spicy and sweet) and the Ambassador Bridge (savory). Both were absolutely delicious. The crust of the Detroit style was crunchy while the dough inside was soft and airy. The topping complemented each other very well and everyone enjoyed the pizzas. It was our first visit so they gave us free cinnamon sticks. Those may have been the best part of the entire meal and were hands down the best cinnamon sticks I've had. I'd absolutely recommend Via313 for any casual meal out, lunch or dinner. read more

Don't be in a hurry because they are the SLOWEST restaurant I have ever been to. The first time we went, it took a little over an hour to get our pizza. The second time we went, we sat at the bar, hoping to get served faster. That didn't happen. They had the bar tender waiting on a table of 16-20 people. Online ordering is the most frustrating process. You pick out your stuff and then it makes you enter your personal info, there's no option for check out as guest. So you you fill it out and then it say you already have an account so you change you password switch back and forth between email and ordering site, 20 minutes you discover that you need need to reenter you order and then submit only to discover that the ordering site changed the location on you, no site confirmation, nothing, and since you can't drive 3500 miles to pick up a pizza that's average at best in Houston Texas you now need to cancel the order that just took you 30 minutes to place. No, no not customer service but the actual location and the don't pick up, so you call and call and someone answers and then they give you a hard time about refunding your order because it took you another 30 minutes just to get someone on the line and they've already made it. This is the fourth time it's happened to me. Ordering pizza from this company is more frustrating than doing your taxes. Just don't do it. read more

If you rate just the food, it was good. Our whole family liked the food and it had a good crust. We tried both styles and preferred the deep dish version. We also tried the bread sticks which we also liked. My issue was the service wasn't great and the price. It took forever to get our food and the waiter wasn't very attentive. We tried their root beer which we found out after its not refillable. Most places free refills is routine and it didn't say they weren't refillable so I wouldn't have ordered a root beer for 4 bucks knowing there weren't refills. It was also pretty pricey. Compared to other sit down or fancy pizza places the quality of food was similar but this place was more money and we had no left overs. If I'm paying a lot I want leftovers. read more

I loved via 313! I had the Detroiter and it was so good. I had never had Detroit style pizza and I really liked the sauce drizzled on top of the pizza--it make it light and delicious. The cheese bread was also unreal and the Cesar salad was good, even though I had to ask for more Cesar dressing because it was a little dry. read more

Great service, but I literally had SOOO much chopped garlic on my pizza it made my stomach Turn with the first bite. Everyone at our table said the smell was SO strong and I'm a garlic lover but it was horrible and ruined my first experience so would not recommend the marinara pizza with garlic just get it without garlic. I can't get the taste out of my mouth and I've tried gum, mouthwash you name it. Must of been an entire thing of garlic on my pizza seriously excessive and WAY overpowering. read more

I just left this absolute shit show my wife and I walked in at 11:10 right after they opened we were greeted and sat with one other family in the entire restaurant it looked like they had ordered and waiting for their food. We get the worlds slowest server like he just starred at us after we gave him our drink order for like 2 minutes I'm pretty sure he was high as a kite, then came back and took our order, we got a small salad and a bar style pizza to share. 45 FUCKING minutes go by and 5 tables were sat and ALL got their pizzas before us. And they were 4 tops that had more than one pizza. We went to ask where our pizza was and our server said he didn't know what happened and they built the pizza and said it would be 2 minutes. First of fucking all if it only takes two minutes to make a pizza why am I here for 45 minutes without one? Second it was over 5 minutes and it still didn't show up so we just left. Best gluten free pizza I've had! At first I was skeptical and worried I was given the wrong pizza but nope, it's Judy that good!

We went as a family (two adults, two toddlers) and it was great! It's not necessarily geared toward kids as there is no kids menu, but it's pizza...do they need a kids menu? We got the Detroit style and it is true to the name. Deep dish and delicious! My youngest didn't like that the pizza was square so she refused to eat it but devoured the cheese bread. And the non-alcoholic drink selection was good. Not just plain soft drinks. My husband and I plan to go back without toddlers and try a few more things. read more

I've personally worked in food establishments. I know for a fact that it is IMPERATIVE to make sure that the WHOLE table gets served all at the same time. It took a little over 2 hours before the last person at our table was served. From what was told to others, take out orders got placed into the oven in the middle of our order which caused the whole fiasco. So, either 1. Time management needs to be reassessed and/or 2. Get more equipment AND staffing to be able to handle take out and dine-in orders at the same time. When take out orders are interfering with dine-in orders, something is clearly wrong and needs to be looked into. Btw, this is my FIRST TIME going to VIA313. I'm not impressed. Oh my this is the absolute best gluten free place! Gf cheese bread and pizza and then the waiter brought us a complimentary gf cinnamon bread for dessert since it's our first time. Ok, so my son lives in UT and I am from CA (via NY). He was ranting and raving about this pizza joint. We visited on the day before Thanksgiving and I was blown away by the Ambassador Bridge Detroit style pizza. Normally, I like a thin crust. In fact, I am not much of a crust person at all. But this pizza was da bomb! And the crust was perfectly crispy around the edges and fluffy in the middle. If you like garlic, this is the pizza for you. And the sausage was light and crumbly along with devine homemade ricotta. I'm sad that they don't have a Via 313 in CA. This is by far, the best pizza I've had west of NY. read more

They lost our order twice. Nobody checked on us at all after seeing everyone get their order for people that sat down after our party. We asked our server but she stated they we're working on it. Not until an hour later the manager comes over to tell us they lost our order again in the system. So disappointed. I came here previously and everything was great. They did not even offer any appetizers or any discount for the inconvenience. If i can rate it lower based on customer service I would. read more
