We stumbled onto Via Mia Pizza because of a Yelp promotion, and I'm so glad we did because it's now a family favorite! The pizza is priced right and tastes great. The crust is just right -- not too thick, not too thin, with perfectly crispy edges. They go hard on the cheese (which our family loves), and it's got that slightly salty flavor that keeps you reaching for another slice. The pepperoni is generous, spread all around the pizza. Heads up: it's take-out only, no dine-in, but the turnaround is fast -- our order was ready in about 15 minutes. Parking is great too, which makes the pickup quick and easy. I called in a takeout order and spoke with Oliver, who was incredibly patient and helpful, especially since it was my first time ordering from here. While I was looking through the menu, he gave recommendations, and we both agreed that the Italiana and Via Mia Chicken pizza sounded like solid choices, so I ended up ordering both. I also added the onion rings, since they're made in-house. Unfortunately, those were probably the only thing I wouldn't order again.. they were very heavily battered and didn't stand out nearly as much as the pizza did. The pizzas, though, were definitely the highlight and worth the drive. You can tell they focus on quality ingredients and care about what they're serving. Yeah mamma Mia!! Via Mia pizza is like a mom and pop version of Mountain Mike's with unique topping combinations. I got the Gyro pizza and I loved that they put real slices of gyro meat on there. Ambiance of the venue is quite nice. It's small inside, but it does the job. Not much parking outside but the plaza is not too busy so it's alright. I was craving pizza and decided to try this place out. They do have a small parking lot in front. Although it's more of a takeout restaurant, the staff were quick and friendly upon arrival. It's a great little takeout pizza joint in a smallish strip mall on the Camden side of town. It's take out only, but they give you all the necessary cups, paper plates and pizza condiments (like Parmesan cheese and chili flakes.) Very decent sized large pizza. I got the 1/2 Supreme and 1/2 Garden Blast and a 2 liter of diet soda to balance out the calories I was going to consume! Even after a 15 minute drive home, pizza was still hot and not soggy! 'm not a vegetarian so I preferred the supreme side. But both sides were delicious. Right ratio of toppings to cheese and the crust was nice too. We were craving pizza for dinner tonight. So we decided to order takeout from Via Mia Pizza. They offer a variety of specialty pizzas as well as build your own. They also have salads, appetizers breads and wings. On their website they offer coupons for a variety of things. I decided to take advantage of their coupon offer and called in an order for a large combination pizza and a garden salad for takeout. The young man who took my order said it would take 20 minutes. When we arrived to pick up our order, we were warmly greeted. I gave my name and they quickly got our pizza and salad for us. I really love that this is a local family run business. The owner was so nice to us. He made sure we had all the extra dressings for our salad and offered Parmesan cheese and pepper flakes for our pizza. When we got home, our pizza was still piping hot. It was loaded with a ton of toppings. They don't skimp on toppings here. Our salad was nice and fresh. It was a really large portion. We both really loved the pizza. It's delicious.
