I called on March 14 and spoke with the manager. In the first conversation, I was told he would look into it and call me back, which he did. At that time, he wanted my card info so he could refund me the money. I asked him if he could use the last 4 of my card number, he said yes. He then called me back and told me he would need my card number and expiration date. I was not willing to give him that information. He kept telling me he was trying to make it right, which I understood, but let's be honest, who gives their card information out over the phone like that?! I didn't like that he was dishonest by telling me he offered to give it to me in cash because he NEVER offered that at all. The manager also told me that the system that they have he would need my card information to refund me the money back to my card. I told him to just keep it.
