For many years we have been searching for a good hair salon for everyone in our family. Granted there are plenty of good hair salons but they would be expensive. Finally we found Vibrant salon with a very affordable price. Couldn't beat $15 for men haircut, $12 for kids and $50 for women's cut with wash and style! Every single hairdresser/barber there was very skilled and would take time to cut your hair! Ask for a hair wash and you will thank me! The best I've had so far! My new go-to hair salon! Thank you so much to Isabel who brought back life to my limp, boring hair. I initially came in wanting full highlights but after showing a picture and discussing what I wanted, Isabel suggested that I try balayage highlights. I have very thick, naturally dark Asian hair and I was a little skeptical that the color would lift but it came out beautifully. The color wasn't what I expected but I was pleasantly surprised and happier with the final look of it. It suited me really well and I want to thank my stylist for shedding some years off of me! Alinn is the only person I trust these days for my hair. She's amazing and very sweet to have a conversation with. I used to go elsewhere but it got pricier each time I went and one of my friends hair starting falling out so that was my reason to stop going there. Alinn pays attention to what I want but she also lets me know if it's possible to get that look instantly or if it's going to be a process for different sessions. I told her what I wanted and she really did come close. Here are some pictures so that you can see she really is an expert for blondes. Due to the shop is very busy and there's only two people I had to make an appointment versus walk-in, but that's OK it's not that big of a deal. I used the owner( please forgive me I don't remember her name) for a hair cut and she did a great job. I can't speak on the color work but the pictures online seem to be good also. I found this salon on Yelp and decided to give it a try. I needed my roots fixed because the previous stylist gave me gold roots. They were very nice at first, it's a nice shop. However, below are the pictures I showed them to reference what I would like my roots to look like. The next 4 photos show my hair afterwards. They did a root shadow and now my roots are honey brown. Not what I asked for. So I paid and left and kept looking at my hair and it just really was not what I asked for. I called the salon in tears (dramatic I know) asking if there was something that could be done to fix it and whoever I spoke to was very rude. She told me that the honey brown looks just like the reference photos. You can see below that my roots are BROWN not dark/ash blonde. Then she told me that I obviously do not know how color works (while I'm still in tears btw). And she's right I don't because I'm not a hair stylist. She was very dismissive and rude and I did not call angry. I was just sad that my hair looks like this. She agreed to refund the root shadow but then tells me she's only going to refund me half (40$). I paid $174 on my hair and it is not at all what I asked for. You can see that she missed some spots also. Run away from this place. I didn't expect her to give me a full refund I just called to see what could be done and she kept insisting that it matched the photo and that I don't understand what I'm talking about. Hoy tres meses y medio después de que fui a esta peluquería soy capaz de hablar sobre mi experiencia en este lugar. Yo fui el 28 de Junio, llegué con cabello negro y quería tenerlo más claro, en mis expectativas no estaba quedar rubia, simplemente quería ir aclarándolo poco a poco. La señora aplicó decolorante en mi cabello y solo pude soportar 5 minutos en el calor porque literalmente sentía como mi cabeza se estaba quemando, ella aplico dos tintes luego de la decoloración y termine con un color anaranjado (el cual no me gusto), salí con el cabello súper reseco, maltratado y llorando de este salón. A los días veía como mi cabello se caía más y más, se reventó de las formas más horribles hasta que llegó un punto que ni siquiera podía peinarlo porque se caía todo. En mi desesperación compré productos de OLAPLEX, y aun así no eran suficiente para el daño tan grande que tenía mi cabello, otras peluquerías no querían tratarlo y me decían que mi cabello estaba muerto, solo podía cortarlo pero el problema es que de me estaba cayendo desde la parte superior de mi cabeza. Las fotos del antes (cabello negro) mi cabello era sano y largo y yo lloraba literalmente todos los dias, mi autoestima estaba por el piso porque mi cabello jamás había estado tan poroso y débil, las personas me decían que debía demandar a esta peluquería y por desconocimiento nunca lo hice pero es lo que se merecían. Deberían tener personas capacitadas para orientarte y decirte lo mejor para tu cabello, se supone que ellos son los que saben y son los que deben explicarte el proceso por el cual debes pasar para una decoloración. Gaste muchísimo dinero intentando recuperar mi cabello y al final lo único que pude hacer fue cortarlo lo más corto posible y tener paciencia. Estoy tratando de resumir lo que fue esta terrible experiencia, porque todo el proceso esos últimos meses fue de lo peor de mi vida. Jamás vayan a este lugar, por muy barato que sea, vayan con un verdadero profesional que haga las cosas por amor y no por el dinero. Al final puede ver como mi cabello se cayó y luego de eso tuve que cortarlo todo, me decían que me comprara una peluca porque mi cabello no tenía salvación. read more
