The entire place looks and smells like a spa. Symone is so kind and her smile is super contagious. I went to EWC across the st. to start the Brazilian process again because it was cheaper but immediately regretted it. I promise you, the prices here are so worth it considering my sensitive skin always leaves feeling calmed and renewed after my wax- something that is so rare at every other waxing place I've gone to EVER. I've never experienced any skin issue during after care or long after the wax since they only use the cleanest ingredients and their estheticians are really skilled. I booked an extended Brazilian about 4ish months ago and randomly got assigned Shymell and I'm so glad I did. She's super gentle and makes me feel so comfortable which is crucial for this type of wax. It feels like we've known each other for so long! She tracks how my skin/hair are doing and is now very knowledgable about my skin/hair profile after only a handful of sessions. Also love that they kept the art on the ceiling- so empowering! She does not know customer service or how to speak to people kindly and every time I enter this establishment she is always on her phone when I enter. Last time I was in I asked who ran said establishment she told me she is the assistant manager. Now why on gods green earth would they hire someone so rude so inattentive without manners. Please train these associates again or please employ staff that are happy to greet customers who spend their time and money at these establishments. But Alresa is so good with threading that my eyebrows literally inspired art (no joke, someone started using them as a reference for their work). The process is so quick and affordable, and she graciously puts up with my constant sneezes and eye watering. Despite my runny nose and eyes while getting threaded, she makes it as painless as possible. I've even had a Brazilian by her and it was the least painful I've ever had and she had wonderful care tips. She has separate, private rooms for various services, but no matter where you end up, the atmosphere is so calming. She has heaters if you get cold, aloe for eyebrow redness, and paper underwear for waxing. I honestly can't imagine going anywhere else. I haven't tried any of her other services, but I don't doubt they're just as great as the ones I've experienced. Pro-tip: plan to schedule appointments AT LEAST 2 weeks in advance, maybe even more if you have something special coming up and the online scheduler allows it.
