Good things don't always last forever: I asked that my new PT referral to be submitted to Atlas PT…read morebecause I had such positive success in the past. The new referral was for joint pain in different joints that were addressed in the past. However, I ran into a difficult situation trying to set up the initial evaluation (that generates a recommendation for further PT sessions). The office staff stalled in a number of different ways that communicated that they were not available to receive any new clients. I was told that Dr Tito Dith, PT had such a full schedule of clients that I should call back in 3 months! The staff person would not schedule the initial evaluation as Dr Dith was overbooked and that the practice had lost 4 of their 5 PT assistants due to their taking higher paying positions elsewhere. Unfortunately, this story is currently being repeated over and over again in established practices that is a real game changer. The only way to prevent support staff from leaving for higher pay is to offer them that competitive compensation in the first place. I do not know all of the circumstances, only what the office staff is willing to share. As for me, I learned enough while I was their client to feel like I am able to devise a productive and beneficial home program. This will require that I investigate what the internet has to offer. It would be helpful for a pro to oversee my home program. But in this case Tito Dith has made it clear that he is unavailable. So, based on what the staff is currently reporting, I cannot recommend Atlas Physical Therapy. This is the reason that I have updated my review and awarded only one star.

I chose PNW Physical Therapy initially because I needed to find a clinic within walking distance from my home. I had surgery on my shoulder which meant that driving wouldn't be an option for a couple of months. Andrew was my primary PT, but I also saw Kylie a couple of times and got to know a few others around the clinic (including the owner, Jamie, who is awesome!) over the ~4.5 months I was going. Every session was 1-on-1 for the full 50ish minutes, which was different than any other clinic I had been to. Each appointment started with some assisted stretching and mobility exercises before moving into range of motion and strengthening. Every exercise was demonstrated for me and my therapist always ensured I wasn't experiencing any pain or discomfort. My main interest was getting back to a place where I could golf again, and after a couple of months spent restoring my range of motion, we started doing exercises that were more tailored to my activity preferences. The office was cooperative with my financial circumstances and honest throughout the entire process, never trying to schedule my for excessive appointments or take advantage of the situation. I'm now happy to say that I've been cleared by my surgeon to resume full activity and he was very impressed with my progress over the months. Now that I'm all finished, it feels kind of weird to say that I'll miss going to physical therapy every week!

This time I picked a different therapist for knee replacement. I am so glad that I did. Jamie Lee was my therapist. He was a joy to work with. He listened to what I had to say, even if it was off the subject. They got me an extended prescription. As I was still have knee problems after 3 years. Bottom line is, I will never look for another place for therapy as this is now my place for any kind of Therapy. Aloha to all at PNW. You made an 83 year old feel like an 80 year old. Lol. Thanks

I booked for all three: chiropractic, massage and acupuncture. When I went in for the appt, they said only $30. I asked them again how many things will b done: acupuncture, chiropractic and massage. They said only one. After calculating all three, my total out of pocket price is $150. $150 is far from $30 I initially I have to pay for all three services. Another bait and switch or dont deliver what they promise. No star in my opinion. What kinda business does that? I called/booked for three services and when I showed up for them; they said I only booked for one. I had to pay 150 out of pocket costs instead of the initial $30. Thank u for the quick reply. I was writing for my friend who does not want his identity to be known due to backlashes. To that, you dont need his name to remedy the unethical business practice. I hope no potential clients will fall for this shenanigan!!! To that, I wish you will clean up the business from the inside out.

In long 7 months ago, my lovely bride suffered a serious stroke and has lots of atrophy and inflammation in her affected arm and leg, because they don't move as much as they did before the incident. Month before last, we wanted to re-establish her with massage care, and left ESR a message. Waited a week. No response. Tried again. No response. Tried the online form to book an appointment. Still no response. Left one more VM while I started looking for somewhere else we could take her. A week later, they finally called back. 4th time's the charm, right? They sounded organized enough on the phone that I was ready to give them one last shot. They couldn't quite fully explain the difference between their specialists, but they got close enough that I just picked one. Still have to wait yet another week to get seen, and now we're well over a month into this process. They did a lot of intake work over the phone with me, and said it'd be nice (didn't sound required) if I could bring a paper copy of one form with me. Totally my fault--I couldn't find it. Certainly was my issue. But we couldn't be seen. At this point, even if the care in back is solid, there's such a long-standing pattern of obstacles, sloppiness, and indifference that it wouldn't have seemed wise to proceed, even if they let us. On to the next place.

The front desk staff has been rude and not very helpful. I've had multiple issues with my FSA funds and not going through. They changed their booking to only a month out which makes it difficult to get scheduled appointments. I've taken in documentation multiple times and it has not been saved in their system and was just asked to bring it in again. Doctors and companies like this need to work directly together as people don't know all the things required to bring in or the coding that they need. This has been nothing but frustrating and a waste of my time to be doing all the paperwork they require. Especially when I had brought it in multiple times and the front desk people did not get it in their system. I'm looking for a new massage/chiropractic care facility.
